I love this community always helpful clean and have things going on for the community especially for the children here on top of our needs their workers are polite

Quiet and easy going

This park seems to not care about the upkeep of the property. Rent money is not set aside for in any capacity for.maintenance. They fail to provide pest control for rentals in park. They always say it is not in the budget. Homes are in need of repair and nothing is done about it. Stray animals run amock and the park will do nothing about it. Rent increases are frequent. If you make a complaint out you are probly going to get evicted. Its how they conduct business here.
