Looks like a lovely place to stay based on the reviews. Tried calling to get information on pricing and was rudely cut off and told to call at a different time. I then asked why the call was answered (instead of being sent to voicemail) and was yet again cut off, told i was rude, and was hung up on. Clear lack of customer service. Hope the lady has a better evening.

Seems to be a very well maintained facility and clean. People seem friendly. Well update more after time goes by!

Is a large & clean community & is gated for entry/ exit. The Office is by Appt only during shut down. Which is ok except if you have inquiries or are liking to speak with staff, or wanting to apply for a Mobile home in this community. Good Luck with that. I think their guidelines are little strict, for example recently tried to purchase a mobile home for My 68 yrs aged still active & Mobile Mother & she was denied due to no cosigners accepted here on Application. You are REQUIRED tl live w the Co signee also, NO exceptions. So currently still looking for a quiet mobile community for My Mother. Due to her only receiving Small pension & her social sec monthly she does not Qualify to Reside here alone. But a ROOMMATE FULL TIME is fine, go figure. I suppose rules are rules, sorry Mom.

Its a nice place if you follow all of the rules. Descent prices for descent modular homes. Might have a few issues when first moving in, but once settled its nice.

Quiet . Kind people. Clean enviroment. Landscape is very neat. Office lady is very welcoming

Paradise Trails is a very well maintained and clean Park they have a staff that tries to go out of their way to help you with any questions and try to really find out and help you with your questions in a very timely manner also Park is so well maintained that you cant help but notice the cleanliness and the maintenance care that it is given

I love living here. The management are the greatest.
