Nice 55 and over community

It was a good place staying here for visiting Las Vegas. The way coming down to Las Vegas was wonderful

They always expect everybody in the park to follow the rules when they dont even follow their own. the maintenance workers are always nice but the people that are actually in the office are rude and when they hire Plumbing or tree trimmers they always do a bad job.

Ive been knowing people since 2004 that live there. Its nice depending on who managing at the time. Nice clean . senior living

The front office people are not nice and are never there.

This has to be the worst park when it comes to purching a used mobile home.When they submit the paperwork to Century 21 to see if your income meets what they expect Century 21 cuts your income and states they know what your obligations are so you get denied...if your interested in buying a used home dont inquiry with this park....the only thing thats favorible is the staff...

I live here over 6 years without any incidents.. if Ive had a problem I called the park and all issues were taken care of in a timely manner. Ive been here through changes of ownership, management companies without any problems. Unfortunately my husband and I are leaving Las Vegas because we miss our grandchildren dearly.. I hope the new owners of our home will enjoy it as much as we have.I would recommend this park to anyone interested relocating to Las Vegas.Its very reasonable, safe and quiet community.God bless to all our friends / staff & this community .. its been a blast.

Quiet and clean grounds in the early evening hours. Most all trailers looked well kept with their own character. Seems most people have lived here and are well established residents, most taking pride in keeping their trailers well maintained. There are some unscrupulous looking characters near the back of the property and possibly some squatting in at least one of the unoccupied spaces back there. The area of town attracts homeless and drugs so expect this to be the norm in the surrounding perimeter.

Its a wonderful park to stay at with great staff and amenities, quiet and secure, and in a great location, close to down town Las Vegas and access to freeway.

Cool place if you about that life. Not someplace Id want Grammy living but still cool. Night life is pretty active and on a steady increase over the passed few years Ive seen.Still not that bad considering the location .

Ive lived here for a very long time and would never move I always thought Mobil home parks were for other folks I was wrong these owners are showing a positive additional effort to in prove this whole part of town which has been in decline for a number of years possibly because of the old management this five star isnt the way I would say it gives it justicemy way is I found gold in the silverstate come in and youll agree.

The only thing that I most definitely do not understand is how the office is expecting every visitor that comes into the mobile home park to register via paper log in the office during normal business hours ONLY... And obviously, when the office is closed, residents are not supposed to have any visitors@all! Are You Freakin Serious?! What makes them think that they have a right to dictate who + when a resident may or may not have guest(s)? I just do not believe that they have any authority to do such a thing. Do You?

Very nice place to live. My father and grandmother own a trailer there. Quiet and a nice place to have children. Only dislike is I have a Lincoln town car and the speed bumps grind on the undercarriage.

Very unprofessional I had a sales rep named donna she showed me a home she knew I liked and was interested and we discussed how much as a offer I would put down and when I showed up to start the process she gave me her word that there was no one that wanted it but when I came back she tells me she offered it to someone else not only did she lie to me but very rude she said I was bullying her I dont understand where that came from shes very unprofessional and CAN NOT BE TRUSTED! I dont reccomend her at all to do business with. Be aware shes very dishonest and cant be trusted....

Great place to live just moved in

Lots of empty lots without homes. Very confusing numbering system.Nice club house and pool. So in that aspect it is top of the line.Lot rent includes use of billard room, pool, and center.Right now there is a big push to get homes sold. No dog restrictions.

Always visit my sister here and go swimming in the big nice pool its 9 ft deep and 3 ft shallow

Not a bad place. The ladies in the office are very helpful. I bought a house from them. A nice place to live even though the surrounding area is a bit sketchy.

Much more so than when i resided there with my senior mom. People should know this one VERY IMPORTANT FACT About Riviera Mobile Home Park That Is Still True TODAY.. NO MATTER YOUR AGE, YOUR SENIORITY AS A RESIDENT, HOW LONG YOUVE KNOWN YOUR NEIGHBORS OR THE OFFICE PERSONNEL, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU MAY THINK MIGHT GIVE YOU IMUNITY TO EVICTION IF YOU CROSS THE WRONG MEMBER OF THE OFFICE PERSONNEL, YOU WILL BE SERVED A SIMPLE ONE PARAGRAPH LETTER STATING YOU HAVE BEEN EVICTED AND YOU HAVE UNTILL SUCH AND SUCH DATE TO VACATE. Towed my work truck for xmas. new manager right way of doing things and i quote. mulitple vehicles with no registration and incomplete but not touch. she picks n chooses who to tow.

Parking situation is bad. They give too much power to the scummiest tow company. That will try and take your car the minute you make a mistake.

Taken over by a large franchise with no clue or desire to customize the park to the needs of its residents. 70% have a pet and no place to walk them except 100 degree + asphalt or sharp,rocky,bear space on the outside of the entrance. Many pet owners have limitations themselves regarding distance walking . lots of empty space and no pet space.

Well maintained cute mobile park. Quiet with well respective people . the staff are very nice and are right there to fix and help you .

New management is invisible most of the time and since they have caller ID they will only call you back if they want to. Now waiting 3 months for my title, but they sure want your money on time. Now I find out they sold me a home they did not own. They have put my problem in the hands of their lawyers and I am sure you know they will surely milk this situation out.

It is a nice place that is going downhill. The war on drugs looks as though it is being lost in this area of town and the ensuing chaos and declining property values are moving in. Not too horrible yet but headed that way.

My dear friend lives here, it seems clean quiet & friendly when ever I pop in for a visit.

Desperately trying to keep the peace in my part of the park. Unfortunately caught in the middle of two neighbors feud. Its actually one neighbor couple harassing the others. Shooting their gun off, banging pots and pans on their porch at 3 am, yelling racist words and gang claims. Threatening to shoot any animals.Despite reporting these horrific tenants to the office this tag still remains on the driveway of a neighbor who tried to fight back and is still being harassed daily.

Place is off the hook for late night hoe creeping lots of interesting people look for the young lady faith for real drama or the man called sickwithit straight up stocker

Lived here for 20yrs thru different owners and mgt...this ones priorities are off, and their procedures and clerical followup are inconsistent ..but they bark more than they bite..Im OK with them.
