Very clean grounds and nice looking trailer homes.

This is a very nice place to stay at and it is really quiet.

Well ive lived here 7 yrs an it has gone down hill very very fast an its sad cause its a beautiful park if they would just do some up keep an get rid of the lazy ppl that dont belong here....

Shadow Mountains is a 55 plus motor home park. The units are constantly being updated and the nights after 8:00 PM are very quiet

The residents cant use the clubhouse after 4pm which is when management ends their day. The lawns, trees and foliage are not kept up anymore. The brick planters around the clubhouse are falling apart. The new managers do NOT do a good job at all. This park is not all they claim it is.
