I bought here 2 years ago to live here part time, I love the location it’s very close to my work many restaurants and right across the bridge is the beach I was attracted to it because of all the beautiful trees but it was the management that convinced me to stay! They have always been so willing to help and make me feel secure and safe! This last hurricane they came and helped me put things away and clean up around my trailer after!

Very nice and cozy feeling place. Roadways throughout are winding but easy enough to navigate. Plenty of shade trees. Seemed like a little hidden away get away! I only delivered a clients camper to this site and it was just as the sun was rising but it left a good enough impression on me that I was willing to actually take the time today to write out this review so... I think that fact alone speaks for itself!

I just drove thru this park. I do not live here or know anybody that does. I must say that it is very well kept! I was quite suprised! Filled with beautiful trees and quiet. Most homes are on the older side, but looks like every single one is taken care of!!! My reason for entering the park in the 1st place is because my family wants to move here from Michigan. I will be calling them on Monday to get more details!!!

Amazing living! Location, neighbors & shade

Lot rent has gotten way out of control, no pool, not gated community, no group functions, so why the high price lot rent. Location of place is all it is, 5 minutes from beach, 2 grocery stores either way you turn out of park. Now the people that live in park, mostly older a few that deal drugs, not many children and a few crazy and Im mean crazy people that shouldnt be out in public, but if you get passed all of that. Then this place is for you as long as you can pay the outrageous lot rent.

AMAZING ! I LOVE it here, Daniel, is the NICEST MOST easy going person Ive met here so far. I came here for work purposes but was very nervous to be in my first campground, I must have called 16 different parks..., And Daniel and staff were so friendly so relaxed I was able to make it up here when I had helped bring my RV. It is so quiet the showers are wonderful and secure the laundry area is perfect everyone is extremely friendly I honestly dont think I could be happier and the rates you cannot beat the rates.

Quiet....tree lined. Good neighbors. Off the beaten patg yet still close to roadways. Friendly management. Great place to live

3 stars are because of the location- very near the Pinnelas Bike Trail and convenient to the ocean. Also near Westshore Pizza (near the top on our best of list. And some of the neighbors are the best people weve ever met!Now to why it should be 1 star. Entry for most any Rv is difficult (very sudden steep entry apron, low limbs and power lines make clearance questionable to a full sized rig). They used river rock instead of crushed gravel for the pads (some units have actually gotten stuck on the pads!).The cost per month is pretty high especially when the only amenity is a (usually) dirty laundry room.Dont get me wrong! We spent 7 months here and had a great time- but it was mostly due to the top paragraph (especially the people!)

Just got back from staying a week, we enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff is exceptional, we had a small incident and Donna handled everything for us, she was great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed being so close to the Pinellas trail and the beach. We already have our reservation for next year!

Found my stay to be one of the best I have had so far. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars if they had a pool and included cable TV. The beach is close so the absence of a pool is not a huge issue. I did have a bit of friction with the manager but it was mainly my fault being that I was fairly new to RVs, so it was completely understandable. I would recommend this park though the seasonal rates are on the high side.

Its a decent Park 55 and up but also handicap Im only visiting now but I may look into moving in

They always make you feel welcome. The shade from the trees through out the park adds to the quite and clean park. A very nice laundry room, clean showers, a pavilion and club house. The Largo medical center is just across Bay Drive and many restaurants just a short walk away. The beach is just 6 minutes away down Bay Drive! This is a wonderful place to stay or live. I give it 5 stars!

This place is so perfect. we stayed for a month. my only regret is not having made plan to stay longer. People are nice and the place is so quiet and close to all you need.

This RV park does not allow dogs that someone may say is a pit-bull. This is a discriminatory practice and has no basis in fact. I suggest you avoid this RV park at all costs and take your money to somewhere that isnt discriminatory.

It is a very nice little park in a great area close to the beach and there are a lot of nice restaurants and stores close by

Rented for 6 weeks. Laundry room filthy, leaves and dirt all over the floor and washers have dirty scum around the lids. The RV beside me has 3 couples, two of the couples under 25 and 2 small childern and a pit bull, all in one RV and there is stash all around the front of the RV and they let the pit bull deficate behind and on the side of our RV space and he was off leash. They arrived the same day as we paid rent for a month. I called the very next morning to request our stay be reduced to 2 weeks once I found out that the over crowded RV would be staying for the whole month. I was told that all rents paid are non-refundable so I am stuck to endure the yelling and trash and excretment. Oh, forgot to mention that this park is advertized as a over 55 park.

Parked here for many months under the huge oak trees. Quiet place with no nonsense anytime.
