I love this park an the people here are really nice! The park is is kinda hidden in real nice community, with the Pinallas trail in our back yard! The park is kept real nice. Mobile homes here are fixer uppers but are cheap enough to invest a little to make a nice home an the park rent is one of the lowest rents here in Florida. It doesnt have a pool which is why the rent is cheaper but the privacy we have an the neighborhood makes up for it!Diane an Mike current residents

The park is clean and well kept there is a maintenance It is located close to shopping gas stations and the beaches. This space is limited as they only have Room for 42 residence . Its a small community where everyone watches out for everyone else but they also mind their own business. I am actually going to go ahead and purchase a small 1 or 2 bedroom in there the lot. Rent is reasonable st 464.
