Was visiting. Park is clean, well maintained.

Very nice place to reside. It is a very quiet park. The people here are friendly. The swimming pool is a pleasure in the summertime. It has a keyed privacy fence enclosing it to keep unwelcomed passer-bys out. There is a nice clubhouse for use that has a pool table in it.The park is very well maintained. It is always clean. If there ever happens to be needed work on any aspect, it is always taken care of right away.There is Largo Mall across the street. There is a Publix and a Home Depot right next door.Because it is a 55 and older park, at times there is always a place or places for sale.Sewer, water and trash is included is included with your monthly lot rent.A very nice place to call home.
