Found this park by accident, What a little gem. really excited to become a resident and meet everyone. Front office is very sweet and helpful.

Love living here. Quite,friendly. The only negative....the smoking by the pool area. Since been moved by hot tub your breathing that in. Especially when there smoking cigars. Nice if could be moved further back maybe by the grilling area. Grounds are kept nice. Wonderful maintenance guy. Written by wife...not Steve!.

Beautiful park. Stayed with friends for a few days. Everyone nice. Pool was great. Super clean. Liked it so much I would love to buy home there.

I was hear for work, the park looked clean, homes appeared in good condition, Maintenance Personal was present, and working around the Community, I did notice there is a Shuffle Board Court, the Community is conveniently located to all nessacery needs, Gas, Food, Restaurants, Movie theater, ect.

Friends live here..very nice

Nice older mobile home park that is kept up nicely and had a very nice Christmas lights throughout the park.

Why else cause my mama lives there...

What a wonderful Park and its so beautiful in the people are so friendly

Its small and clean but the lot rents are ridiculous! You still have to pay for your own water and you have to do your own edging of your grass.

After living here for a couple of Years, I have to change my Review from a 5 Star to a -1 Star.At first the People here are very nice, almost too nice, then the wheels start turning, they are constantly complaining about something, and you are treadet as an outsider and dont fit into their Clique, no matter what you do and how hard you try to fit inThen, with the new Board members at the Parks Social Club, you better agree with whatever they suggest, or they shouting at you, which just happened to me yesterday, I was just asking a simple question about an upcoming Dinner, and wanted to know what all would be served since they charge $ 20.00 for the Tickets, she did not care to answer and Kate ( one of the Board members) had a fit, she shouted at me that I should not ask her this question, What the Hell ?? was that all about?They are so argumentative, you cant even finish a sentence without being cut off.Then at the last meeting was about a planed function and I been Told that I would not go ?? Does that mean because I am in a wheelchair they dont want me there, or how could I understand that??My Husband and I went above and beyond to do Volunteer work for here in the Parks Social Club, we never espected a thanks, and never espected to come across such hostile People either.,As long there is such a hostile enviroment, I will never be a Member at this Social Club again.

Looked into buying there was turned down for something so stupid... I had the amount to pay in full and they still turned me down
