Nice mobile home park. You own the land, not like other parks. Quiet and well kept.
My mom lives here. It is a super nice park with nice activity center and pool. Waterfront lots are available. I really think its terrific. It is a coop place so you buy your lot. Keeps monthly fees low.
Very nice place.
Lived here for 15+ years. A great place to Retire...
I live in this park. Great People and a great place to retire.
Great place well kept well managed
This park is not a 55 year old park. One of the few parks that you buy the lot with low monthly dues.
Great place to live/member owned park, low mthly. Purchase share ownership. Lots of great activities, even drama group puts on plays.
Would love to live here
Holiday Shores is a great 55+ resident owned park with(311-lots) w/ direct access to Lake Seminole via the canals running throughout the park & the boat launch near the pool. There is a huge clubhouse, shuffle board courts and a large heated pool. Located off Seminole Blvd. in Largo, FL its just minutes away from Gulf Blvd. home to the best beaches on Floridas West coast, as well as shopping, golfing, churches and places to eat. You can purchase a 2+bdrm 1+ba double wide mobile home as well as 1-share of stock(your lot) in this park for less than $85K and the monthly HOA fee is less than $150/mo. If your home is waterfront than your HOA fee will be closer to the $150, if its not a waterfront lot, it will obviously be less. The HOA fee covers the maintainence staff wages, weekly garbage pick up & lawn service as well as club house & pool up keep, along with a capital reserve account.
Very nice, well kept.
Very nice place
Great resident owned Park, low monthly maintenance fees, beautifully kept, great location on Lake Seminole.
My mom has lived here 30 years now I live here. Its friendly and quiet
Beautiful, well maintained share park located in Largo, Florida. They are voting on the installation of a hot-tub at the annual meeting in early December, 2015. PLEASE, everyone come out and vote YES for a hot-tub. Weve been trying to have one put in for at least the past 14 years! Most of the other parks in the area have hot tubs, and it would be a fantastic asset especially in the cooler winter months, and all year round in the evenings. Why should our fantastic park be denied this extra item which would help all those with aching bones and muscles. Tell your friends and neighbors to vote YES for a hot tub. Once you try it I know youll all love it!!!!
