My husband and I have lived at Sun Seair for 4 years now. The residents are very friendly. The owner and manager are very caring. They listen to what we have to say and continuously find ways to upgrade and beautify our surroundings. I have nothing but good memories since weve been there.I even forgot my keys in my door once and headed off to Busch Gardens. As soon as I realized it, I called the manager. She made it a priority to go get them and made sure the door was locked. It was a Saturday afternoon. She didnt even have to answer her phone.We moved there for an easy way of life and to meet nice people. We have both !!Hats off to Sun Seair MHP !!Thank you for all you do for the residents !!

Sun Seair is a wonderful quite place to live. My husband and I have lived here since March 2017. Becky, new management has been upgrading the park. The old management did not maintain the lawns on a regular schedule and now with Becky the lawns are being maintained on a regular schedule.Starlene Warsheskie

I live here and have for almost 4 years. My wife, Becky is the manager, her and the guys work hard to make the park a pleasant place to live.Cant please everybody but they try.

Ive only lived here for a year.but if you like a quite,clean,friendly atmosphere.with fair to very nice homes.i highly recommend this park.and i come from a very upscale safety Harbor neighborhood.

My wife and I have lived here for 3 years we love it .The manager Becky is awesome always there when you need her Larry does a great job with park repairs Brian is wonderful taking care of the lawns and trees we have a yorkie who has dog areas and a pond across the street the park is always clean and well taken care of we love it never have any problems here no loud its a quiet place and safe to live at

Ive been in park 2 years and have just purchased my second home. Quoet clean friendly. Welllooked after .Manager devotes alot of time professional and personal to help anyone.

My mother just moved in there and it seems to be a really nice and quiet place, with friendly Neighbors. It was an adjustment for her to move, but I can see that she is comfortable, and is excited to hopefully meet some friends in there.. Sends like a nice place overall.

My dad lives here. The maintenance man and manager are amazing. All the neighbors seem very kind and welcoming and the neighborhood is very quiet which helps him sleep well at night.

Management is very helpful and keeps the park safe and clean. Clean laundry rooms nice pool only reason I am moving is work for me in Colorado.

Bad mobile home park, Since we are there raise your rent 5 times + We pay our own water bill now within less than year.The old management was renting out mobiles homes and pocking the money, Owner didnt know.Then had some good folks martin and martin husband and wife team.Left because wasnt getting good pay the work he did around the community was great!Office hours only open for 2 hour each day.This owner has 12 mobile home parks he owns, Raise our rent over $60.00 this year, Some reason he cant pay his employee a decent wage.DONT DO LIVE IN THIS PARK.OWNER EVEN SELLING HOUSES WITH BLACK MOLD.

Nice mobile home park. Has a heated pool. New washers across from the office. One mile from a RAC Trac gas station. Five miles from a Walmart.

Quiet secluded park, yet easy access to 66th St and US19 access road.. I can go to Walmart and never leave the access road..66st is busy at times,,easy access to convince store..Bryan Dairy and Winn Dixie or Ulmerton Rd.. Reasonable Rent most homes are resident owned and better taken care of.Current rent is $450 + water & sew.. mines $20 but I use their washers (new) and dryers.

Not many RV spaces, only one shower. Nice people.

Keep raising rent charge for pets and charge for property taxes on lots we do not own also do not take care of trimming around lots. High weeds and no lawn edging.
