This is a nice laid back park with not a lot of strict rules and/or management bothering you. There are daily activities and holiday parties going on if you choose to participate. The club house, pool and hot tub are adequate for enjoyment.

Park looks great on the outside S you drive through. The people who live in the park are not friendly. The do not acknowledge new owners making it the most unfriendly park we have been at.

It could be a nicer park if it was run properly. There is a Mobil home on the side of ours that should be torn down and brought to the scrap pile. Instead they are selling the place, rats and all, for $100. Another one across the street in a little better shape that sold for $1000. There are a lot of nice people here but selling the run down homes for 100. only seems to attract squatters

Reasonably priced... More Residences should take care of their landscaping.

I am in the process of moving my sister into this community and found it to be very nicely kept clean the neighbors are friendly and so far everything has just been fantastic.

I have been living here for about 4 years, And Management is horrible, they do not get things completed on time, example pool heater during winter was out over 3 months. Neighbor had a tree that belong to park uproot by his place and they fought him on getting it taken care of, and it took over 6 months to have cleaned up, and it was a terriable job done. The lot rent has gone up each year the most they can increase it. The people who live here are good people, but never anything positive about Management. I would never buy or rent from this property again!!

Age restricted Mobile home Comunity.. We lo e it here. Alwsys maintained nicly. Grest size pool with hot jacuzzi available to residents and their guest.. The ground keeper guys very friendly and office manager and other office personal they are extremly pleasant. Homes for sale at fair prices. Lit rent affordable. The club house has a mefia room and workout room . several event and activities something for everyone! I see my husband snd i wilæ retire here! Blessings to all

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star if I didnt have to. EXTREMELY nosy AND gossipy neighbors. Mgmt is a joke AND rude. I was approved to live in the park and they continuously gave my mom a hard time. Lot rent goes up EVERY year until people that live strictly on SSI CANT afford it. They even gave my mom problems when my dad passed. Even before he passed we had issues with the medical personnel that was there for him. People poop in the pool

Too many rules and MGMT doesnt even follow them. Park is 45& over and theres elementary school kids living in the park.

Although I stayed in one of my friends unit for a couple of nights; there are zero-signs stating if you park on the street after Midnight, you will get your vehicle towed. Thats not what I wanted to do for the morning after. And no-where at the office, does it say that. U had to call the towing company, from a one of only two signs in the park

Beautiful location for the 55 plus community.

40 years of my family in East Bay Oaks, Largo, Florida. Myself 16 years here. The management and owners are fine but the Home Owners Association (HOA) is making this not a good place to live in. Look and chat with me in lot 13 before you buy.

Visited a friend of mine on Christmas Eve at her park it is a very well kept place with a pool and friendly people

Nice place to live except for the people that dont follow the rules and then you got your neighbors I just wants to start trouble when they think theyre better than everybody else

Worst place to be. Neighbors are gossipy. Lawn crew is ignorant. Staff doesnt listen. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Wouldnt give it one star if I didnt have!!!

Ive lived in this park for 6 yrs. I was so embrassed this July 4. I brought my family down to the pool and we were having a blast until some rude lady turned off the music n said I need everyones lot number. After a few shouted their out she then says did paid for the event....we all looked dumb founded she then says youll all have to leave at 5 cause a 120 people are showing up. Excuse me pay rent n I should have the right to use the pool anytime I want. Happy 4th. She could have been nicer about it
