Loved when my Dad lived here. Its a 55+ community with many facilities (such as 3 pools, fitness center, table tennis & billiards, computer center +) and over 900 residents. Many activities for the residents, and the properties are very well maintained!

Ranchero village is a nice manufactured housing park. Well maintained and clean. The residents are active involved and friendly. The staff is efficient and a very dedicated to the residence and village. The village managed by Tracy Krol is constantly on the move renovating and developing new plans.

Beautiful place to live

Good price on homes with land but I dont understand why the HOA fee is over $300 per month. They have more than enough homes to cover all expenses if they charged only $150 per home per month. I cant justify buying a home then still paying monthly rent on top of a mortgage payment.

I love this place so much I just bought a home there! So excited and I cant wait to move in.I think the best way to find a 55+ park here in Florida is to drive through the park and drive through the area. Find out if it is the type of area and park that you can be happy living in.How do the residents seem to interact with each other? Does it seem like a friendly place? Are groups getting together and having a good time and laughing? How do the neighbors keep up their homes? If there are a lot of unkempt homes and yards then the park management is not enforcing any rules that they may have.Ranchero Village hit all the bells and whistles for me. It is 6 miles from Indian Rocks Beach and the park has plenty of greenspace. The homes are well kept and the yards are nice and kept up, too. The lawn service is included in the rent. I loved this park because of all of the greenspace and ponds and plenty of area to investigate and explore.Also included in the lot rent is cable and wifi! Let alone lots to do and all kinds of activities and shuffleboard, etc. The lot rent is very reasonable for that area, too.Management seems terrific and everyone who came into the offices while there were greeted by name. There was such a good spirit there. Games were going on and everyone was laughing.I cant wait to move in.

Nice 55 and over community!

We spent our first winter here, now we cannt wait to go back in October, 2019. The park has a lot of activities and nice people in it.

I went for a friend to view a mobile home. It was an older mobile home park. It felt like it could use some upgrades. The home I viewed needed a ton of work. I can only base this review on that mobile home. Hopefully, other homes are finished and more move-in ready. It is a 55+ community and there are amenities - pool, tennis, etc...Its not close to the Gulf beaches if that matters to potential renters/owners.

I have lived here for 3 years. Love, Love,Love it. Very safe. Very clean. Lots of activities. Love having not 1 but 3 pools. Office personal are polite and kind. Love the fact there is a chapel on grounds. The fishing pond is very nice to sit and watch the ducks swim. Very peaceful. I am so happy we chose to live here. This is our forever home.

I worked here for the day building a memorial for veterans and everyone was very nice and helpful

A smaller 55+ community of about 980 units... Seems well managed with helpful folks in the office and working on the property.Units are both lease and land owner. The Lakes side is very nice with illuminated fountains and a gazebo...Parents have owned since mid-80s...

Its little CANADA. THEY FLY THE CANADIAN FLAG AT THE SAME HEIGHT AS THE AMERICAN FLAG.This place is ruled by Canadians that only live there Four months out of the year.They cut down trees on owners property with no regard for the ownerMy experience is that it is NOT a nice place to live. The board of directors change rules regularly to suit themselves.One case in point is the recent changes to pool rules so a board members grandchildren could be at the pool whenever they want.This is a 55+ community and the Board caters to themselves

If you want to get into this community you better have stellar credit. These people are very picky about who they let in. Oh, and when you ask them why they denied you, they lie. If you dont use their sales people they hold that against you.

It was 8Pm and I was riding on my bike through here minding my own business enjoying my day off and 2 men who think they were kings or something followed me and then made me follow them to the exit. Extremely rude.

Packed in Damm tight, narrow streets barely enough room for a small car and a speeding golf cart. People not friendly, even though we were being shown around.
