I lived here 15 years ago.. i came back to see how things have changed.. with so much change I found that this place was close to everything.Easy in and out .the park had some major change but all was for the good. Kids play ground good mailboxs and a good over flo.. all was good.

A nice family friendly manufactered home community.

I live here I dont hate it I just wish people would stop parking in my yard they need to up grade this place to attract more families. Why are they so scared to add a pool or maybe a lake picnic tables and gazebos around a lake. I got so many ideas to turn this place around but whats the point they wouldnt listen to me anyway

Park has new ShareHolders Board which are now implementing a lot of good things. Overall the best All-age park in the area! Far better than most other all-age parks like Kings Manor! While every area will have some bad apples- most residents here are great! Management & Board are now starting to deal with the minimal riff-raff swiftly & quickly! If you cant follow the rules - they will proceed with evicting you- which as a resident is great!

The management here are very unreasonable. The president of the board had my daughters car towed at my expense for parking in front of my home!!! A real gem!

My wife and me love it here! Great place to live. We have been here almost 2yrs and never had a problem.

Hard to deal with. The office lies and says theres a meeting with the president then cancels within one hour of meeting 4x in a row in one week.. property has liens on it from not paying previous contractors. they just do bad business all the way around. I miss the old management. It seemed like they actually cared.

Worst place to live scumbag people and bad management everyones nosy and gets in your business also let me live in fices for a week wouldnt fix my plumbing and doesnt follow rules but breaks them himself
