Large pool with hot tub. Well maintained. Club house clean and spacious.Grounds are well maintained.

55+ mobil home community, close to Gulf beaches. Clean, well maintained, Quiet. Has large trees. Outdoor, heated swimming pool open till 11pm. Accepts pets over 40lbs, allows a 18 year old family member to reside with you. Close to both Tampa and St. Pete. Busy, urban area but park feels peaceful. Great for walking, biking. Tons of shopping, restaurants within 5 minutes. Clearwater Beach 20 min drive. Bellair Beach 10-15 min drive.

If management would enforce the rules it would be a much nicer place to live

Never move here they increase the fees every month you live here. They increase utilities like water and sewer the bill says they read the meters but they don’t. Going to see what my options are legally. I’ll post back if counsel allows it.

We viewed a home and made an offer. It was accepted. But the park only accepts one pet per house. Our realitor knew we had a cat and small dog so offer was withdrawn. I think they expected me to get rid of one or the other of my pets.

Nice place to live as long as you can solve your own issues and problems that arise yourself you cannot count on management to handle the issues and problems that arise on the property that are the management responsibility to handle. If it affects their bottom line they will tell you that it is the homeowners responsibility to take care of and not see Property Owners responsibilities. I have. Lived here seven years I love it here it is a quiet and peaceful place.

My husband and I had an interview with Missy this past week. She was very nice and helpful in filling out our paperwork. Hopefully we will be moving into Oak Crest in October. What a beautiful place to live !!!

Quiet, well kept. I would mention the best thing about it, but saying something about it would ruin it.

Been here 2 years. We were not told of all the yearly Lot Rent increases. Now been told the rent will be increased by $27.00 in 2021. We will be moving before next increase!

I have been coming here since 1972 when my grandparents bought their home. Now my parents live here 35 yrs. Still BEAUTIFUL, serene a gem in the middle of a very busy area

The management and office staff at Oak Crest have always been courteous and respectful to me, perhaps it is because I treat them the same way.

Recently visited a friend while passing thru, thought Id look around nice place from a perspective thought I might want to retire here, then spoke with some neighbors. Wow their like being trapped afraid to speak out in fear of retaliation from management. High water bills on water not used, how does one use so much or are they being over charged good question. Some had to pay for repairs really not their responsibility, what the heck is a maintenance tax, does the county know their collecting this fee. Sorry changed my mind 2 stars being generous, moving further south. I will pray for the residents they get their fairness from soneone. Because it not just about the Band.

Nasty office staff and can get away with different things based on who you know would never recommend to anyone

I live in this community.. I bought my little fixer upper here 2 years ago, and have been improving and remodeling as time and budget permits. The park does a good job keeping up on the maintenance and upkeep of the landscape. Some residents complain about the trees, but personally I love them. I have met and become friends with quite a few residents, however as Chrissy said, there are the clicks and the gossips, but you get that wherever you live! Most people are very willing to help or assist if need be. I feel very safe here and have found my peace!

Community is tight knit and generally older in age. They have nicely labeled roads that are easily visible and clean streets. Everyone there loves it and takes care of their part. I know 3 different people that have lived there for 10+ years and they love the area. Nice and quite despite being just off ulmerton. Only down side is lots of trees and pollen.

This year the lot rent increased $27.00. For the years 2019 and 2020 it will increase $25.00 per year. For 2021 it is to increase $27.00. If you are living on social security only, how much of an increase do you plan to receive this year?Bless you all with your decision

What a great place to live!!!! Friendly and reasonable to live in a first class MHP.

When looking for a place recently, I interviewed a few residents and was told of difficulties in there community. Such as overcharging for things they are not supposed to, they are taking in younger residents not 55 and older, people in authority are rude, anyone can get through the gates.

Nice place very nice people live here.

Weve lived here for 4 years. We love having our parks so clean the residence can be a little gossip and clicky for the most part they try to do the best they can to bring the residence together, however, being on a fixed income. The wrenches keeps going up and up.

Pretty good Oaks Tree filled Mobile Home Park is nice and quiet at night not too loud during the day not any riffraff to worry about

They raise the rent every year and the people with dogs shirts all over your driveway and sidewalks
