Quiet place, 55+ rent is cheap compared to local avg. $397.00/Month

Place is a dump and over priced for what you get.The grass never gets mowed until it is knee high and they dont trim the treesThe owner is a money hungry slumlord and if you happen to catch him there and say anything to him,he gives you a smart answer.The rent goes up every year and you get nothing.I have a mobile there and I am looking around,got to get out of that bug infested dump

The reviews left by other people are not about the same place I stayed. I’m talking about the dump I stayed in on Seminole blvd. I’m sure the other place people are talking about is much better. The place I’m talking about is overpriced for what you get. Sorry mike but I gotta be honest

Very nice place to stay

Lot rent too high. Apt s. Up front full of druggies and pros. Dont stick to rules.should make it a family Park feels like one aleady. Owner has too much favoritism with alot of people getting information for him. Can never get ahold of him.

Nice place

Beautiful mobile home park. Residents are very friendly. Not a rental park as you have to buy into a share of the land. Maintenance fee is currently &110 per month. Includes water and lawn service.

Very quiet park, conforteble location. Largo Mall, Cinema, beaches. Perfect for family, like a neighborhood!!!!

Comment is about two homes in the park that Im associated with only. They are clean and Insides is beautifully done.

Place is a dump and the manager MIKE is so unprofessional he will rob you blind then evict you and wont even speak with you. He literally will hang up in your face.

They with hold your mail no bodys never in the office when you need them mike the landlord cusss his tenants and calls them names they never fix none of the problems in the apartments so he is a slumlord I advise not to rent from here
