Great Park, nice people in the neighborhood and very low HOA

Went to visit someone I know there. The park is very well kept, all the lawns are well manicured, roadways are clean and uncluttered and Park area in general is surprisingly quiet being that is so close to Ulmerton, a very busy road!

Gates are either broken or they have a hard time reading the clicker half of the time. Other than that its a nice mobile home park.

I dont live there but my cousins due and they raved about how nice the park is how they take care of it prices are bad Victor rents little bit on the high side for the property but overall they love

Great place to live. 5 star park all the resident help everybody in the park 5 star for all activities and great location.

I love their yearly community sale

Its a 50 and over park, nice people.
