Everything very nice but next place I look at I will know to ask more questions first before travelling 62 miles. they only allow 2 residents per home and a third will cost you 50 dollars a week. never heard of this before. saw the perfect place but couldnt take it because a third person would be living with us. so disappointing.

I spent my 100 dollars because I liked Lincolnshire Estates. Have applied at 6 or more parks and had never been turned down . Their background check system says it is in Texas but their phone techs are out of the country. I have invested in several homes and made them better. I have never been so badly treated ever. I will be sure to pass on my experience to everyone I know. They are disgraceful.

Were transplants, but weve looked around the Bay area A LOT. This is the nicest park weve seen, hands down. Local management keeps close tabs on everything. Lots of amenities, and it is true: weve been impressed by the friendliness of residents as we meander around the park. Lord willing, we will be there in a few short weeks.

Well kept homes, and a quiet place to live. No major roads near by making it possible to sleep nights! Very safe area as well!!

We lived there seasonally from 2012 to 2019. Excellent value for the money. Residents there are absolutely wonderful and very inclusive. A sweet quiet haven in the middle of bustling Largo. You would never be bored because there are SO many fun activities ALL of the time.

I have enjoyed my time living here. Its nice, quite and just perfect for myself and my husband! My son lives in Madeira and its so nice to be so close!

The park is well taken care of. The residents are very caring people. The management is okay but changes often. The Residents club is very active as is the HMO club. There are lots of activities of all kinds.

My home. The lot rent is high but the community is very nicely organized and clean. Grass is cut by professionals,Heated swimming pool during the winter cool for summer whirlpool heated all year long. Top notch exercise room with the latest exercise machines. Events frequently and of course shuffle board.

Nice but would not live in this park. Not resident owned.

We put an application in on 11/22/16. On 11/25/16 we called and told them NOT to run app and shred our app check. Office was closed on 11/25/16 for Holiday. Never heard from them, assumed they shredded everything like they were supposed to do. Now two weeks later, 12/9/16 they cash our check! Again, never a letter in the mail or a phone call from them. Must be desperate for money if they hold onto check that was to be disposed of!Dont trust them! Beware!

Nice place

Nice quiet park but too expensive and owner has bad attitude. He personally boasted one day regarding his park residents, let them eat their chicken hot dogs. I eat steak every night! Now thats someone to be proud of.

Been coming over here for years. My grandpare ts used to live here and now my great aunt does. The pool is heated, they have a nice little gym, and they have bingo on Monday nights in the hall. Its very quite and nice neighborhood.

Highly controlling management. Park grounds are beautiful. Clubhouse pool and work out room are spectacular.

Lucky got 1 star. As stated in reviews of Lincolnshire Estates as being a quiet community. Owners of dogs should keep control of them. Many dogs constantly bark and owners seem to think its cute. Owners walk their dogs and for some reason they gather along their route to chat not paying attention of their dog(s) barking. This is not a comfortable nor quiet community for folks that do not own a dog. PERIOD

This is a very clean park with wide and well-paved streets. Clubhouse has an excellent exercise facility and has been recently remodeled. There are lots of scheduled activities. The pool is beautiful. One of the more impressive parks in the area.

Great place to live. Friendly people, good pool, conveniently located to Indian Rocks beach. Nearby shopping and entertainment.

I have stayed in this Park a few times and I would tell you its a Great Place to call Home.For What ever time you have to get away.Would love to Buy a Place in the Park Someday.

Very expensive

Laura Stevers is a terrible property manager with extremely poor customer service skills. She was rude to me, and sarcastic when presented with a concern. She should NOT be in the customer service business.

Mobile home Park....decent

Small units, very quiet and well maintained.Approx. 75% yearly residents,25% seasonal residents.Not too many vacancies.

Lost $4,000. They sold me a home with rotten floors and constantly gave me threatening letters, I left after 3 months. The person who runs this place is an unfair, unkind, unfeeling individual. Good luck if you move in. it was horrible.

Buyer beware! These greedy bums have raised the rent three times in the past eighteen months, only part of which is attributed to real estate taxes and that without proof. All very arbitrary. If you are on a fixed income, steer clear of this place. Greed has no restraint here .
