I have lived here for going on 4 years now. Anywhere you go there will be at least one bad neighbor around. I am happy here. The only reason I give 4 stars is they need a playground for the kids. I wish they would! Other than that, Im happy! Everyone looks out for each other and Faith is good about weeding out the bad apples.

Horrible...!! Worst services provided by Faith .Faith is NOT friendly nor reliable. Ive called her several times and she never picks up the phone. and when she does, she does not know anything. Her answer is there is a third party that takes care of it. I went and asked her some questions in person due to not being able to reach her on her phone.Her attitude was incredibly arrogant, horrible customer service provider and when i told her was going to write a review her services, she made a sound between his teeth, as if saying to me, I dont care and as if I were an animal or something similar.So I asked her to please respect me because I had not disrespect her at any time and she kicked me out of the office, so I asked her for her bosses name and number which she gave me a number from an answering machine. While I was seating in her office, the mail man came in and advised her of a mailbox that had its door broken, which was broken last year (said by Faith) and the mail man replied, yes its been broken for awhile now. In which she responded yes we know well take care of it sometime at the beginning of next year. Apparently the House on for this mailbox was empty but now there is someone living there. So the mail man told her that if the person complains about the post office will cancel, or not send any mail to the whole complex do to them all being connected. and then she was like oh thanks for letting me know so I can get someone to fix it right away. Will it get fix? who knows but they had over a year to fix it and never did it and they were thinking about fixing it sometime next year. thanks to the mail man it might get fix soon....Be aware of what you get into.... Faith is so friendly and reliable. Her goal is to keep the park clean and help good tenants with affordable housing.
