Excellent office and Realty staff. Everyone going above and beyond. Johnny Mike, he is wonderful. Park 5* rating. Very clean well kept. Sidewalks both sides of roads. Ammennities surpass other parks. Reasonable lot rent and or Share. First place you want to check out and will not need to look anywhere else!

She lied about home we bought. Said floors were sound, not! Walls full of mold, paneling falling apart, huge hole in bathroom wall (covered by picture). Do your research, do not believe a word this woman says! I do like the park, East Bay Oaks is nice.

They tell you why your house wont sell. Then you lower your price so it will sell, because they used scare tactics. You get less money, they still get the same $3500. It sells faster if you go low. They win you lose.

When we first moved in it truly was paradise. With all the busy bodies here, it is a nightmare. One lady was turned in for feeding the ducks on her carport. One lady was in a non pet area but she had a strick indoor cat. She moved. Its now about who you know. Its a shame

Not a friendly community unless you are in the clic . Thankfully rented and that was challenging enough! Very happy to be in a community with genuine people who care.

Total incompetence. Ran us through the mill, turned our lives upside-down and then after we spent a ton of money found out that they didnt even vet the buyer! Told us the day before closing that he didnt even have a minimum credit score to qualify. Even though it was entirely in their hands will not accept any responsibility. Now they dont answer texts, emails or phone calls. They are holding all our documents, keys everything! Absolute frauds!!! Run as fast as you can and use ANYONE else. We are having to take them to court. They cost us a fortune!!!
