Lived here 18 years. Its home. Its safe. Its a good place to hang your hat.

The office manager is horrible Dons was his name then. They all hav there pick an choose people. If u dont fit in u dont get in.

Quiet community. Nice place to live. But gets very crowded on weekends and evenings. Parking along streets makes turning corners and getting down streets very difficult as well as dangerous. Everything turns to a one way and vision is restricted.

Very clean property. Way better than Post Acres

Run run!!! Is all I can say really my lot rent is 340 a month Ive lived here for 5 years and theyve raised the rent twice with in that amount of time and they have no amenities they dont have a park for the kids to play at it takes them forever to fix the roads and when it snows or theres ice on the roads they dont put salt down they barely plow the roads!! They do not make people in here follow the rules on parking or anything for that matter I mean you know around holidays certain holidays I mean they will have parties out in the middle of the street like a parade so you came and drive down your street kids running out in the street its just ridiculous in here and they keep raising the rent and then offer nothing in this place they need to put in like a playground for the kids or a water splash park something if theyre going to keep raising the rent!! and when I tried talking to the manager and Parkwood and so is my husband about the ridiculous noise the way people Park he says why dont you talk to them meaning the neighbors and we have the thing is is they claim not to speak English so you know to me I tried that several times talking to the neighbors if that doesnt work then he should be bringing his butt down and talking to them you know Im a very easy person to get along with but some things are just ridiculous its about respect you got to have respect when you live on top of people in a trailer park like this but just run I would not recommend this place to nobody as soon as I can I will be moving out of this place because for what you pay for rent and if you got the payment on a trailer I own mine so I only have the lot rent for what youre paying for that you could go get a nice house in a decent area so just run people run lol.

I have lived here for a few years, and I really like it! Others might not share my view, but there are good, and bad, neighbors anywhere you go. The park really tries to make sure that it is safe and clean.

Quiet and clean place... the parkin sucks.

Clean mobile home park very well kept, strict on the rules keeps for a smooth running community.

Be very careful. They will take your 1000 dollars to get the lease and then deem your property unfit and evict. Multiple people have had this issue
