Beautiful neighborhood, nice people. And its near town so you can get groceries or emergency care fast and easy!

The owners are lazy and greed and very picky and won’t let u do simple things like change your car battery and only let u have certain dogs and the trailers are more expensive then some housing I just recommend stay away from this place your off better buying house for more freedom and more Financial rights

If your looking for a great place to live look no further. The neighborhood is safe and quite. The Mobile homes are in great condition and very reasonable. The sales staff are very helpful.
