When I moved here I was excited and couldnt wait.Especially relocating from smaller to bigger and being on my own from Michigan.Everything was fine, until I was called home to Michigan from my younger siblings because of my mom being sick .I left home (Indianapolis) August 14 I recieved a call from a friend August 25 that morning that cuts my grass asking did I drive home. I replied no He asked this because my car was missing out my driveway.I called valley brook site office and asked what happened some lady that answered the phone said it was towed. I was in total shock and disappointment because idk why .She gave me a number to the tow yard and said if my car was not running it can be towed . I just bought my car last month fully paid off .So I was highly upset and confused. I called the tow yard and they said I had a flat tire. Before i left home i did not have a flat tire.I called back to the office and was told by some woman there I had nothing to worry about and they will release my car.when I returned and called for my car a guy answered from the office .And said he doesnt want to hear my issue because he cant help and theres nothing they can do. I pleaded to them and told them I have to pay to get my car out, pay rent, and pay utilities. I need timeIf I dont get my car back how can I go to work.Using lyft or uber is a bill.I got a response from valley brook leasing office that I should have had someone watch my house.I felt why and I felt secure enough to leave without worrying about break ins because of my friendly neighbors.I told them I need time to pay my rent because of a broken promise someone told me in the leasing office .And they told me I have 3 days to pay or eviction notice.I dont have family here and I dont know if i should take legal action or deal

It was okay. They told us they had a 4 bedroom double wide open and didnt. So we are looking for a house.

Cant wait to move out! Every time new management comes in they all say were going to get things done! JOKE! Maintenance supervisor told me they have better things to do than fix things I can fix my self and told me to quit trashing my house! I take care of my home as if I owned it! Property manager does not keep her word! They charge outrageous price for water and sewer! Kids run wild in the streets! I could go on and on but I dont have the time. Im posting pics of the filth that I have to look at from my neighbors and the office doesnt care about it!

Signed our lease in the middle of September. Had to wait a week to move in so it was ready. Ok no big deal. Then it was two weeks. Then we had to call to even get our keys. Then we get our keys and move in and nothing we waited two weeks for was even started, yet alone complete. Since then, we pushed them to keep their word on what was supposed to be done before we moved in. No working air or heat, all the plug ins in the place were so loose the cords just fell out, no fridge yet, stove didnt work and had to be replaced. Oh and also we had to leave our place for two days due to black stuff coming out of the cracks in our shower. So we leave for two days so they could paint the cabinets after telling us they would be stained, the shower and tub were supposed to be epoxied in that two days. Only the tub got done, so the problem still persists, we just use the other bathroom. The epoxy guy left a huge mess like he opened a bag of epoxy powder and just threw handfulls of it in the air. The whole bathroom along with our things, covered in a tarp mind you, were covered in epoxy dust. After having to repeatedly miss work to deal with all of this so my family has a reasonable place to live, we requested an extension on our rent due date this month because these people have literally cost us hundreds of dollars in working hours. Finally we get word that our rent wont be counted late until the 16th, thank the gods. Now two days into this month, delivered at night with no knock, we get a letter stating we are in default for rent which we were just told was just postponed two days ago. This place and the people that work for yes communities, are not only going to take advantage of you, they are going to refuse to help you with things that are legally their responsibility, such as the fact that while the heat was finally fixed two weeks into living here, we STILL have yet to receive a working air conditioner unit, and as topping on the cake, when it rained heavily for ten minutes, water poured in the house over the frame of the front door. Just save yourself and your family the trouble and find somewhere else to live, we have no idea what we are going to do now. This place cost us our entire nest egg. We have no money to our names now, because this place broke every single promise they made. Dont let yourself be taken advantage of by these horrible excuses for people.

Theft and crime not the best.

Was told we would get until December 1st free of rent. They fired the man who gave us this promotion and then charged us November rent. We called and they were trying to figure it out, and didn tell us until the 9th we had to pay even though we had the promotion. We paid and they stil charged a late fee for their mistake. Now they are trying to charge us AGAIN plus another 50$ late fee saying we never paid it when it says paid online. We dont even have a key to both our doors, a working deadbolt, our trim is falling apart on a so called new trailer and they keep telling us they will fix it and dont. This is a mess of a place.

Worst place to live. Too many drug addicts...the only thing management is concerned with is tagging your car, even though it is legally parked and plated in your own driveway. I have had this happen at least 3 times. They increase your rent every month until you cant afford to live here. Their maintenance crew is a joke. They refuse to fix ANYTHING. if you can get the office to answer their phone they may or may not put in a work order for your stuff to get fixed. They lie repeatedly. If you are going to spend $1,000 on rent or buying a home DONT DO IT HERE! There are plenty of places to live. Please dont make Valley Brook that place. You have been warned.

If you have any respect for yourself, don’t move here . This place is an absolute JOKE. I haven’t even lived here a year, and I’m ready to move . When we first moved in, they wouldn’t give us a fridge or stove for 3 days . Maintenance doesn’t fix anything, they WILL NOT fix anything. The first month we lived here, our neighbors had a fountain of human waste that maintenance would not fix . I’m so excited for our lease to end so we can RUN out of this monstrosity. The only way this place would ever get 5 stars was if we were rating how rude and foul they are . NOT a kid friendly place !! absolutely disgusted. Overall, I’d recommend a cardboard box before renting from these people .

Wouldnt move here. The pool is never open and still charge an insane amount for rent. They will also charge a late fee when youre not late and try to make you pay it anyway. HORRIBLE PLACE.

This is one of the worst places to live. I would not recommend anyone living here. We have gotten nothing but the shaft here cant get anyone to fix things and they want to charge u for basically everything.

They will give you a 10 day notice to pay or evict on the 2nd of the month and then refuse your money when you try to pay .

Cheap as far as renting but maintenance still hasnt fixed the skirting so my electric bill has been sky rocket for over a year and Ive lived here for two years. Management has changed so many times since they sent someone out to unfreeze our water pipes during the winter of 2018 and melted some of the skirting and never came back to fix it so every time it storms it rips off more and more causing heat and AC to escape and we pay for it with our electric bill being over $300-$$400 a month at times...

This place is a joke. We have only lived here since March and every single week something else breaks. You can never get the maintenance people to call you back on the emergency maintenance line you can never get the office to call you back when you call them. We still do not have screens on our windows, we had to pull our own stairs to the back door because they sat out there for 2 1/2 months we have had to have our air conditioner fixed at least four times and now it is out again and it’s 87° inside my house and I cannot get the maintenance people to call me back. I have two young children and I do not feel that they should have to sleep in a home that’s 87° and I pay my rent on time so I don’t think I should have to go stay at someone else’s house instead of someone just coming out to fix it. Two weeks ago we flooded and couldn’t get emergency maintenance to call us back so our bathrooms were overflowing all night until the next day. We ordered a second trashcan in March still have not received it, there is a pile of dirt outside of our back door that makes it to where you cannot even go down the stairs which was supposed to be taken care of before we even moved in and it still is not. They had completely set up the pipes in the place wrong which is why it kept flooding and it took five times having them come out before they fixed it. I have never lived in a place that no one ever calls you back no one comes out to fix anything you have to call and call and call to get anything done. They tell you to take up your issues with the office but yet you try to and no one gets back to you. I don’t understand why there are so many problems Or how they think any of this is right. I cannot wait until our lease is up.Update 7/15/2020I just wanted to update this post that it is now the 15th and they still have not fixed my air conditioning. They brought a window unit that is the smallest kind you can get to air-conditioned the entire house. And if you see it in my post there is a response from owner that says they take this very seriously and please call resident relations, my husband has called twice and I have called once and we have still received no call back. We have called the office repeatedly and they do not answer now, if they do answer they say I’ll call you back when I know something and then never call back.So we are going on a week now with no air-conditioning and it’s 90° outside and the office is doing nothing about it. They finally came out to put screens on our windows after six months and only put one on instead of the five windows that needed it. But they sure are quick to call if your rent is not on time I don’t think they would except my answer of I can’t let you know once I know something as my excuse for not paying rent but they use it as their excuse to not have to fix anything and to allow the residents to live with their house is 86° Nothing about this place is right I am going to start looking into getting a lawyer and see what legal action we can take because this is ridiculous.

They cant keep management in there to save their life. They like to harass their residents. Pick and choose who follows guidelines. Make sure you lock your stuff up too because it may or may not get taken.

Does not seem to care that we are in a pandemic. Had to pay rent right now but yet they are still bugging hardcore for it and constantly reminding that the courts are going to be opening soon. They do not hold up to their side of the renters agreement by not sending maintenance when you request them to fix something. Nor do they even communicate with maintenance half the time (head of maintenance told me himself). The neighborhood has a bunch of disrespectful kids who purposely stand in front of cars and their parents will yell at the drive for driving down the road while their kids play in the streets.

I have to say after 4 new management personnel and incompetent maintenance Techs that seem to know nothing about simple maintenance rising lot and water bill? The out of state owners just want you to pay the rent and continue to waste your breath and time about the same complaint since the 1st week of move in? Because fixing any thing costs them money .... They wont hear of it they just smile in your face and continue to ask about the rent money... Because they dont have to live here I like the neighborhood and most of my neighbors just hate the way the owners refuse to maintain or try to make an effort to fix anything in a timely manner...

Nice people great place to live

I live here, its not so bad. Lots of new management been here through 4 different ones. So lots of different rules and changes. Dont bother referring a friend it says you get a bonus but Ive never seen mine. Water bill just keeps going up and seems extremely high and its included in the rent. Other than that as far as trailor courts go its not bad and I enjoy raising my children here.

Ive lived here almost 2 yrs with no problems..I wish they would make people clean up their yards

(sorry in advance for the length) Well i planned on waiting til i was moved out to make a statement on my experience living here, But i more or less was forced into making a statement because of what happened recently, Me and my wife are buying a home here and since we are not geologists or surveyors all we can do is tell you what we have found out by doing our own investigations into why water is standing in our yards, First Our home has been attacked by wild animals coming from the lake adjacent to many of our homes, They have pushed out sections of our skirting and got underneath our home and buried themselves into the underbelly of our home between the floor and the insulation and one has died, The smell in our home is almost unbearable, We have spent alot of money trying to masked the smell but now we have tons of air freshener spray over the top of the smell of a dead rotting carcass and at least for me i want to vomit every day and have come close to it, But getting to the flooding in our yard, The flooding has gotten so bad that the water comes all the way up to my stairs which is about 50 to 60 feet away from the back area and at least 300 feet from where the lake is located, If proper drainage is put into place and mounds of dirt is placed to re-direct the rain water and any other water that happens to over flow from the banks of the lake itself Then our yards would not flood causing all sorts of issues. First and foremost it causes a swamp like atmosphere, A breeding ground for disease infested mosquitoes, And there are trees all around our property that breeds spiders and other insects of all kinds which invade your home causing you to have to spend spend spend on insect killers and exterminators which is toxic for your family, And if that is not bad enough the moisture from the standing water is killing the trees that surround your property causing them to drop large tree branches onto our home. the moisture causes algae which spreads like the plague onto not only the trees themselves but also on our shed and home as well as on the soil in the yard, but the worst of all of it is from the investigation we have done, our property as well as both homes on either side of us have crumbling foundations, the foundations themselves are sinking, so we did further scientific investigation to uncover that the entire land that makes up valley brook is a potential sink hole, because under our feet is not just soil, but underneath the soil is what they call bedrock, and depending on what type of bedrock it is (limestone for example) will determine on what the future is for what stands above ground, in our case the bedrock is made up of sand and small rocks similar to pebbles you would find at a creek or pond or lake etc etc, so think about that for a moment...........the water that floods in your yard seeps into the ground and has no where to go but down causing the bedrock to weaken and disintegrate, following is the soil in which your properties and lives sit on, at some point that ground will not be able to support the heavy structures above ground ending in a sink hole appearing and everything above ground being sucked into this sink hole destroying everything and killing any living thing above ground, we tried to bring this to the attention of management as well as the head of maintenance, and my concerns fell on deaf ears, and i was told that many of the issues i have is my responsibility to solve, i am supposed to pay for issues that arise from me renting from them, i was told that a drainage ditch was made that stretches along the entire community, well if thats the case then why is our yards flooding? and that only solves the standing water issue, what about the fact that our homes and lives are in jeopardy because we are sitting on a sand box, And what about the trimming of the trees, is that my responsibility also, i have made many calls to the office to speak to someone and no one ever answers the phone, i dont know about the rest of you but im gone asap.

This place was nice but since the new owners, I have had my water shut off multiple times from the main pump breaking and several times cops have had to block off all entrances and exits to this place due to gun shootings! My kids no longer live with me because I dont feel it is safe enough for them. So now I have to wait to have enough money to move out of my home and go somewhere else before I get my kids back from their dad.

My father and sister live here. It seems to be a quiet and clean place. Everytime we visit we see staff fixing things, running errands, and just talking with tenants. The mobile homes, from the outside, look clean and nice.

I rent a 2019 mobile home from them. Its a 65,000 dollar home, youd think they would be more concerned about fixing a bad leak to prevent mold from growing but from their behavior towards me shows they could care less. I have attempted to get this worsening leak fixed for the last three months and have called them about twice every week and the work order has either been lost or never turned in. Just last week i was told the contractor would be calling me well i waited a few extra days and when i didnt hear anything i called the office. Of course they had no clue as to what i was talking about well they told me to wait until thursday and then call back. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would call me back in about 5mins. I never recived the call. They treat you like you are a joke. Well not anymore my lawyer will be called.

I used to live here long ago it was two separate trailer parks Valley Mills and Meadowbrook theres a Woods in between and they cleared the forest out and put more trailers and combine the two trailer parks in the Valley Brook whoda thought but its an all right place to live good schools not so many crackheads like in Mars Hill

Got broken into before I could even move in . They stole everything from refrigerator, washer, dryer to furnace . central air unit to pipes& wiring. Supposedly no one seen or heard anything!! The last time I went back they got me twice within 2 hours!!! Needless 2 say they stripped the trailer clean . I refused 2 live there. So Please do ur research before u move into any trailer or housing additions!! You might be surprised at what you find!!!

If I could give this place has zero I would. The management is absolutely terrible, absolutely unprofessional and they do not answer the phones. You can call them about not towing a car or something being wrong with your house and they will not answer the phone, you can call them every single day if you wanted to and they still wouldnt answer the phone I called them about my car they still towed it. I went in to have a discussion with them and the manager jumped in my face. regardless of how I acted, she should have stayed professional and just said maam please calm down and well try to get this fixed, instead she cursed at me and continue to do so, along with yelling at me. She then proceeded to tell me to just leave which is highly unprofessional and uncalled for. This place is a joke as well as the management. They have also changed managers three times in the past year-and-a-half with out notice so you never know whos behind the curtain pulling the strings. I DO NOT recommend living here!!!

Today was a delightful experience as I journeyed through the picturesque mobile home I thought to myself one day

When i first moved in here i thought it was a good place to live boy was i wrong. Over the last few months we have had so many things stolen from us some with high value and turns out we were not the only ones. The kids in here are so bad Ive never seen kids as bad as these kids we even seen a kid about the age of five try to break into our car. When they turn off the water they do not warn people that they are turning off the water for the day. Theres cars literally parked all over the street to where you could barely drive up and down the street and sometimes people will just sit in the middle of the street park and will not move. While trying to move in new trailers I witness them almost hit parked cars. They were literally within inches of peoples cars. All the management cares about is trying to get these old trailers out of here and move in new trailers. They do not care at all about who moves in they just care about money.

The only good thing about this place is how the new trailers look. Their customer service is terrible because they will say they will call you back then blow you off, make you sit there and wait for hours just to finish your issue because they keep letting others after you ahead and chit chat. Our move in date was supposed to be June 1st and it has no ac or water. Call maintenance and they say water cant be hooked up to that place they shouldnt have moved us there. Then we go the next day to tell them and they claim they fixed it and will turn on water. We check the trailer a couple hours later and still NO water. This place is a joke and they are lucky I dont have many options right now to move elsewhere because I would leave this place.

Its a lot better of a community then it use to be, but I cant stand all of their speed bumps!!! I understand of having them so people dont speed in the community, but I believe that theyve over done it!!! I dont go in as much as possible so it dont mess up my car!!!

I didnt sign the new lease and wont nobody shld move here and those that do need to look at moving out lot rent is way to high for the little land we have

The office people are great. But some of the people that live there not so much. To much crime for me.

Theyre very unprofessional they work really hard to get you in and then they will not fix anything in any of the mobile homes. My 2 year old son found a dirty syringe under one of the sinks after we were told the house had been cleaned. The dishwasher was not secured and fell on him as well. The AC was never repaired they are complete slumlords. I hope my review has helped deter people from having the same problems I have had.

Not good place to live

Paid deposit, but home not ready for move in. Signed papers a week later, no home ready for move in. Another week goes by, no home ready for move in... Told them that I was no longer interested in getting a place with them, that I wanted my deposit back.. Now a month later, STILL waiting for my deposit refund. If I can get some one to answer the phone, I am getting put off by the manager . I olny gave a one star to give a review....

Needs alot of attention

I been living here right at 14 months and enjoy the community although we do have alot of empty lots...the section I live in is fairly quiet and we all look out for each others property... people in office seem to be respectful from the very little time I may be in there, all in all with that being said its probably an average community to live in, Im sure it has its issues but honestly I havent really had any problems or issues but that may be due to Im a home owner

It a very clean an nice place

The whole neighborhood is infested with bed bugs. People throwing their beds out everywhere, not sure if they think that will get rid of them or what but obviously if they think it will more power to the morons. Glad I left that place, and the office and owners are a joke. Wouldnt be surprised if bed bugs were in the office as well. Run as fast as you can from this nasty place, doesnt matter how nice they make it look, just remember this, BED BUGS!

This was a great place to live back in 2014 when i moved in. Then they got a new owner and he is complete joke. Not to mention the maintenance is a joke as well. To get anything done around there you had to wait weeks upon weeks to get anything fixed.The prices are ridiculous as well especially lot rent because only a few people have a yard. But if youre desperate for a place to live then go for it.

Need to fix stuff

Water and sewer is outrageous. Office staff just wants to collect rent, dont care about residents. Uae to be an okay place. Past several months gone wayyy downhill.

I have had to deal with Peggy in the office yet again. I ask a simple question and she decides to be rude and argumentative all over something so small. She shows no good manners or people skills and she is rude and argumentative. She is the sales lady in the office. She says one thing and her coworkers say another. So she is calling her coworkers liars and if what they said is true then she is a liar. Pretty sad that they cant get a good honest staff here. My husband lived here many years ago and I hesitated moving here due to bad experiences before. Came back the staff was decent and they worked with me when I needed it quick and with the budget I had. Found out things were not communicated to me honestly. Peggy started working here and tried to get involved and lied to me a couple times. Finally someone else higher then her stepped in and told me not to deal with her. I got into a home unfortunately is close by her and then now she is even worse. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone because she may lie to you too. I unfortunately have no other place to go and have a family to provide for so this is where I am. Im grateful for my home but not so fortunate with my neighbors.

I was unsure of what I wanted to spend when asked so I said Id like to stay under 15k? So while she was looking for the property I went back to Craigslist to locate the properties I had found and wanted to see then she found the only property available and said here you go, she handed me a map and said you can drive by and let me know and we can get your paperwork started.... but I couldnt even look inside the property?!?!?! Meanwhile I continued looking for the property on Craigslist while still standing at the counter and she asked was I going to go because that was the only one in that price range and I said well I might be interested in one of the other trailers or do you just want me to leave??? I can do that because it seems like I am bothering you?!?!?! I wont be going back!!!! Ally was very rude in my opinion!!!!

My son lives there and they take care of that Community he owns his own mobile home

Well we have Ben here for 2 1/2 yrs or so. The new owner has cleaned up. Love the fact that we a owners and not renters. We have fallen on hard times and they have been working with me. You would think you were applying to become a government spy with the restrictions on their list for qualifying to rent yet if you buy a trailer from someone who has it for sale by owner, then they dont check out any thing. No felons policy yet have registered sex offenders residing in the middle of the park.

No handicap accessible pool, not enough sidewalks, property ran haphazardly (ie 1 car may be ticketed for a flat tire but another isnt). Snow removal from streets is poor, mailbox areas unlit and not secure

No longer under Sun Homes, thank god. The new owners are great. They went through and replaced all water readers so they are reading correctly. Bringing in all new homes and getting rid of the old. They are bringing this once falling neighborhood back to life. I own so I cant speak for the renters but our manager is great so if you have a problem she will do what she cant to make it right.

They are filling up the community with brand new homes & getting rid of all the old abandoned homes. The community its looking more like a home and not like it use to be.....its looking more fancy with the new skirting and decking in al new or used mobile home....neighbors r great and quiet

Great place to live

When the current management (may 20016) took over they started a decent process of trying to clean up the area. This is overshadowed by serious short falls in the office. While i give credit to 1 or 2 office employees that try to do the right thing. the manager is very shady refusing to speak directly to people. She instead just relays conversations making false promises that she will not face up to. Everything gets blamed on the Corp. offices in Colorado over and over again and nothing gets done or fixed. Used to love living here but the headaches now are far not worth it. Do yourself a favor and find another place.

It was OK at first then about two months into it paying close to 1100 a month with a 3500 down payment by the way I figured it wouldve been a nicer park to live in, joke was on me because we continuously got broken into, AC unit cut, doors were off the track, my cars got destroyed, my huskies were stolen and then took about a month to get gas turned on because they forgot to run the gas lines in the trailer, the furnace would constantly break and water lines were constantly getting worked on. Then when I mentioned to them about one of the break ins and the damage done to the trailer they kept saying well get someone out there to fix the walls and yet never did. I got so fed up with paying g what I was and getting the crap done to the trailer, that was supposed to be brand new btw that I finally just left without notice. I sincerely hope theyve gotten better but some friends that live there say its the same. Money wasted in my case definitely

Great community but the mangers ruin valley brook they lie on your water bill raise your monthly lot rent dont plan on moving here because you will regret it. I know this because i live here but i plan on leaving this place very soon!

I Lived @ 6329 Beryl Road. Took a Year For Them to Fix Leak In Roof (Still Isnt Right) They Make Up Water Bill Numbers. Several Children Have Drown In Their Swimming Pools in The 2 Years I Was There. A Child Got Bit By Neighbor Dog, Front Office Said: Good One of The 4 Managers That Worked There Came To My House & Cussed Me out! WORSE PLACE IVE EVER RENTED

Dont move here. The mgmt changes every six months, and none of them care about anything but getting your lot rent. Ive had their mowing crews destroy my decorative fencing Anns gazebo screens and they would never do anything...just keep putting me off. They changed the water meters and yanked the strip holding my skirting off and 4 weeks later they just keep telling me. Theres a work order in...on and on...yada yada yada... Meanwhile they stick eviction notices in your door before your rent is even late. Might look like a nice place on the surface but dont expect any help or responsibility from this place.

Was told a year ago that they was going to clean up the park and get these old nasty trailers out of here but that has not happened. There is a trailer down the road from me that has people living in it climbing in a window They dont live in the park they are homeless. That trailer needs to be removed. Plus a lot more. There are so many empty trailers with trash all around them broken windows missing skirting the park just keeps looking like a dump. Moving people into the newer homes and the those homes look like trash in a matter of weeks trash all round blinds tore up then nasty items hanging up to windows trash stacked around homes. Letting people move in and adding on rooms that dont even match the home dogs being left outside barking all day and evenings cant even open up windows because of barking and radios so loud having to call the police to be able to relax in our homes. The park only cleans ups half a** Was told new owners and management was going to clean up park and that has not happened. Kids cant even go play at park because of people peeing on the equipment, nasty words painted on equipment. Really sad that you we got new owners in Jan. 2015 and looks worse than before. Our new owners also bought Windsong and go look at what they have done over there new play ground equipment, new fence around a lot of new homes they sure have put in a lot of efferent ing that part and done nothing to ours. What is our lot rent going for? Maybe is more home owners would complain maybe just maybe something might get done. People parking in yards making mud holes parking on the street no need for stop signs because not used anyway that includes the people that work in the park. Homes being broke into, cars being painted, dogs running loose, windows being broken. Being told trees going to be cut down and not happening, however they can cut down a tree that I planted and it was about 4 ft tall and the office manager didnt even care and would not even come out of office to talk to me about it and nothing was done about it. A bunch of crapSo far cant even get ahold of owners not that they would careCome on residents of Valley Brook lets write they reviews in hope of cleaning this place up.

Inlaws paid 50,000 for a trailor and they are junk! The walls started to fall apart not to mention leaking doors and everything else thats gone on not even a year after buying! Also it was brand new when bought! Half of the reviews on here that are 5 starts are management lol!!! Plus know sex offenders in park!! Do your reserch

Expensive and high crime area very unfriendly

They dont let felons live here, yet there are sex offenders everywhere out here. They get away with it because their name isnt on the lease or whatever. Yet they refuse to kick them out.

Nice and clean great place to live and close to everything

Horrible, moved in back in February, now in the process of leaving, maintence doesnt show up when they are needed, my husband had to knock down a beehive that i had called maintence abput multiple times. Our shed had wpod behind it for months until they came to get it. Overall they dont care abput their tenants at all.

Maintenance is not good,and they dont take responsibility for there responsibility; ( like they say it not there problem for the main water line go to the trailer when the manager says it is there responsibility

Just bought a place here and they havent fixed my door locks that dont work,my refrigerator that stopped working the first week, the Animal thats trying to claw its way thru the floor, the cabinet thats falling off the wall. And a Rays trash cant that I never received and pay for every month.
