I lived there for almost 4 years. I had the best neighbors and the people running the park were always helpful and kind. I wish I could have stayed, but I needed to move closer to my daughter, as she helps take care of me and it was an hour and a half drive each way for her, shes now 10 minutes away. I will miss living there though.

This is a great place to live with plenty of walking and jogging space its also a very safe neighborhood. There is a small park here but nothing special two slides and some swings. Mainly its older people who live here and they are all very friendly.

A waste of money. Keep raising fees to live here every year. Now pay more than a $100k house payment and no resale value do to monthly fees & 20% purchase down payment it’s not an affordable or reasonable option.

It seems well maintained, clean, and quiet. I have been there multiple times before, at varying times of day and evening, and I have never observed anything out of place. From a visitor point of view, it is nice. For larger gatherings, the majority of parking is next to the street, and even when we have to park in front of someone elses home, theres never been an issue.

Great neighborhood

Mobile homes are nice and seem well maintained. Theres sometimes a lot of walkers in the neighborhood and parking in the street, so use caution when driving through. Very clean appearance compared to other mobile home park.

It is a nice place to live, but not as cost effective as they advertise. And if you buy here, you should be prepared to do your own repairs. I am starting to enjoy my new home, but the buying and moving in process left its mark for a while.

I have lived here since I was like 5 and I love how welcoming the owner is, and the pond is beautiful. They take good care of their community and environment. I love it here and I would so recommend it to people!!

Good friend lives here it seems like a good quiet neighborhood....alot of older people I believe but not sure..... wouldnt mind living here myself if I was to move

Great sceanory,Its a great start for a new family thats starting over.A safe place for kids and its a family base community.This place I will recommend to anyone.

Its not bad but theres a lot of people that live there so youll have to deal with a lot of people and bunnies

Nice place to live, quite, friendly, & feels like home.

Its usually a pretty quiet neighborhood. Well maintained, and very kind property management that live on site. Ive lived here almost 10 years and hope my son will always know this place as home. My only complaint and why I didnt give 5 stars is people tend to speed down the main road between Pike and 52nd Street. Nothing a speed bump or two wouldnt fix though!

The grounds are cared for & kept trash free. BUT!, Do-Not trust anyone that lives there! A lot of the residents are mentally unstable. So I advise not getting too involved with anyone. Another large drawback is that Quail Creek was built on top of a swamp. Water is gross! Also, the water leaves a black mold looking substance on any & all water receptacles.

Dont live here but have looked at homes here. I live at one of their other parks, good people, wonderful staff always there for their people!

Smelled bad and the people were mean.

They have drug dealers all over the park. Management is horrible they cant wait til u die so they can get the trailers back an resell for as much as they sold it 4....

Dont live there they lie to you and sale you junkie trailers

Drug at the house thereshowing u. Break Ins all the time if u had kids and the office gets complaints u will Still the same drug house on this page but its not obe evicted. Im moving I wouldnt want to live here if u paid me to.
