Dirty filthy park management takes care of nothing

Its one road and its a one way so someone was broken down at the entrance so i went thro the exit and had all kinda trailor park people yelling at me

Ridiculous speed bumps. Trash all over the place. Super rickety... Wouldnt recommend to many as a sturdy living environment.

Good atmosphere nice friendly hard-working

This place is a joke they are throwing me my wife and three kids out over hear say I moved in and cleaned up the trailer had the nicest lot in the place and still they wanna kick us out meanwhile they have drug heads living hear and guys busting out trailer windows and they still get to stay, my floors are caving in my windows leak when it rains there is black mold behind the walls and roof leaks we were not even allowed to see the trailer before we moved in and as it was my familys only option at the time we had to take it we have mentioned these problems many times and they do nothing my wife and I had planned on completely redoing the trailer inside and out as well as yard but now they wanna take us to court good luck if you move in here owners are bad people Im from lot 133 also if you live here you will have to deal with people watching you and recording everything you do just so they can call the office on you, you have no privacy whatsoever I didnt get any warnings for any of the complaints just a court date letter for eviction, and our lease terminated we had payed day before we got letter these people are just wrong for this we are not the only ones theyve done this to

My husband & I have lived in the park for 15 tears and lived in 3 different Mobile Homes(moving up in size each time). We have little to no problems with ownership or maintenance. We have gotten prompt response on all concerns we have reported. The ones who complain are the ones who didnt pay their rent on time. We cleaned these Mobile Homes when the people moved out, so we know what were talking about!

The trailers are too old for the price they want and they only have one maintenence guy when they should have atleast two they seem like their wallets are tighter than their butts

Steer away from this place! This place has bedbugs and roaches everywhere before you know it they will be living in your car. We lived here for 3 years and moving out was the best thing I have ever done after throwing all my furniture away and beds and starting over again. The bugs just arnt worth it! Run far away!

I was in a hurry to get out of my small apartment with my kids. Didnt really drive thru the place before I came to sign the lease. Trailers are really run down. My trailer has holes so all the stray cats around there get into my home. When it rains I have this massive puddle infront where I park. The guy next door just tries to find things to always complain about. I am suppose to have 2 parking spots but because the guy complains so much I only have one. My 2 year old son has therapy weekly. So now I will have to park my car two trailers down just so she can come to visit him. I try to be a quiet neighbor. We stay to ourselves. I work Monday-Friday. So we are not up all night long being loud. He makes it so impossible to live there. Starting to really think about finding a new home. Which is sad the office staff is so nice. And our other neighbor never seems to have any issues with me. It just a hassle to deal with the man next to me. I have seen him watch us out of his window. I find it creep that he sees me leave and come home everyday. Really want to stay and pay my home but dont know if I can deal with the hassle much longer.

Ok for a trailer park. The road is full of craters. Most of the residents are nice to visitors.

Nice schools.....but as you can tell the owner Rob Fike for some reason refers to the tenants as idiots. I guess maybe you do need to be somewhat of an idiot to put up with a maintenance man that is allowed to attack people verbally or physically, plus live in a swamp,fraudulent leases,faulty wiring,need i go on....nah. You should just drive on by. A WORD FROM THE WISER. good luck ( p.s. black mold present in some units )

Run down dirty managment is very strict on who she will rent to example 3,000 dollars in debt at all? Denial, owe the utility company a dime no ay she will rent to you. A $30 application fee per adult non refundable. One fails ypu all fzil.. Its so rin down something is seriously off about tgis place!!

This is the worst place to live. The maintenance man is useless only does jobs half assed. And is verbally abusive towards tendents. There is faulty wiring and are fire hazards. There is mold in most of the units. It took them 3 months to get a new refrigerator because the refrigerator that came with with our trailer did not work. The hot water only worked when it wanted. They were told numberous times about the issues but never resovled them. Management is also very rude. This place should be reported and they should be shut down. They are money hungry And they dont care what wrong with the trailers as long as the get their money. We stopped paying them because everything that was wrong and after a month evicted us and tried saying we owed them over $1000.

Maintenance cant fix anything.The people are stupid.If you dont mind living next to crack dealers then go ahead and move in

They didnt help us fix our house they made use pay for 1,000 when it should of been lower because everything to toilets, roofing, room, etc in our house was ruined then they told us that it been there decades decades and they asked us if we wanted to buy it after everything was falling apart I been living in that house for 5 year and it was tearable I dont not recommend living their
