Not safe, strictly curb appeal!Events and community outreach is a front for good image and ratings.After a breakin almost 2 months ago, our door still isn’t “repaired” due to materials available/ custom order; yet with carpentry skills and other manufacturers I could make repairs myself.My locks don’t even go inside the wall, guess this displays the wide variety of their “repair skills”.It’s okay reports have been filed with appropriate agencies & will be followed up on and repeated if no action is taken.They’ve insinuated, threatened and offered eviction with a 30 day notice instead of making repairs; stating, if they’re that unhappy give them a 30 day notice”.We’ll see you in court after March regardless so enjoy the monthly tenants while they last; 4 others will be leaving before end of 2021.

I had a recent plumbing problem and park management quickly resolved my problem. Was very impressed by how quickly they got a plumbing company out to my home. Ive seen negative posting about this park and I love it here.

I give this trailer park a one star. The staff there harrasses the residents if they have the least bit of a problem with them. I have a friend that lives in there and they always to seem to have some complaint towards them. When i lived there maintenance was slow to fix anything. Some of the trailers are poorly put togwther less than a year in the mobile home and things like framing were coming off and doors were hung crooked. People speed through there and unless they dont like you Others dont seem to be reprimanded. If they dont want you in that trailer park they will do anything they can to get you out and keep you out. People call make false accusations against other people. Anything to get their way.

I changed my review to 3 stars in hopes of getting my security deposit back, its been almost 2 months. So now Im back at 1 star. And they dont even deserve that! The manager Dawn is sneaky and greedy, she is a slum Lord and maintence there is a joke. She put me in a crummy broke down mobile home and is refusing to give my money back after my lease was up. No paper work of any damages I have caused or nothing. She makes up stories with no proof behind it. She gave me a fake number to corporate so I wont tell on her. Please avoid this place!

The Staff here “Dawn, Nichole and Kyle” are all very friendly and extremely helpful. I have currently rented here for 1 year and going to renew for another year.! Every time I have had a concern or issue, it was handled very professionally and quick.! Reading these reviews on the place is crazy.! Majority of the reviews are left by people who haven’t even rented. So don’t be afraid to give this place a try.! It’s an awesome place to live.! Pet friendly, safe, has a pool and playground for the kids. In the summer they do all types of things for the kids.! This isn’t a “Trailer Park” it’s a Mobile Home Community.!Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication.!Especially to KYLE for always doing a GREAT JOB and unthawing my water!!

Wonderful people here. The ladies in the office Dawn and Nicole are always so pleasant and nice to me. If I have issues they do what they can to resolve them. Maintance has also been good to me. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very peaceful and quiet.

We lived here before and moved because of the manager who was or should I say wasnt taking care of the place. But now when we went back thinking about moving back we were very impressed with all of the improvements they have done. The place looks better and cleaner. The new staff is great we are moving back in and couldnt be happier! We really enjoyed working with the new sales person Paula she is great! She is very outgoing and really knows her community. She will show you more then just one place and she listens to your needs. Thanks Shiloh for finding a person who really cares about the people in the community she work at. I was at the party today and I couldnt believe the change!! I chose not to move in a year ago. Now, with new management and maintenance the community has a whole new feel. The park looks great, current residents are bragging about where they live, activities like this that bring the whole community together and did I mention how great the park looks!! I am going to be stopping in this week to see which home I want and this time I will be moving to Shiloh!!

To whom this may concern,This review is for the new team at Shiloh Estates as of 2/16/2018. Prior to the current team, Ive have had numerous bad reviews. However, the new team consisting of Nichole, Paula, Dawn and a new maintenance crew they have been nothing short of amazing!!With the previous team I had placed numerous work orders and absolutely none had been filled. Nichole, has made it imperative that she fills every order in a timely manner. We just recently had our water pipes frozen and Nichole made sure the maintenance team came to our house that same day. It was very important that I have running water for my disabled sister (that lives with me) and also to save money from renting a hotel that night. Nichole and her team are wonderful people to trust and live under!With the previous team, I knew I was not going to renew my lease. However, with the new management team Im looking forward to renewing my lease. Nichole and her team are awesome and Id recommend the Shiloh Community to anyone!Warmest Regards,Kennedi

The staff is amazing! They helped me in everyway possible, made me feel comfortable before I had even officially moved in! Im moved in now and I love it! Its awesome to know that they care about their residents and are willing to go above and beyond for them!

I love Shiloh Estates. I would recommend to any and everyone, particularly if you have children. Its a great community where I feel safe, and treated like family.

Decent rent rates for decent sized trailers, they all come with a shed for storage. Relaxed pet rules, maintenance guys are great. Becky is the most understanding and patient property manager in the world. She will work with you if you have to be late on paying rent. Weve had several medical bills come up and she has been great to us. After a year long lease is up, it switches to monthly, which is nice. No rush to move, no pressure to resign.

My mother has lived in the park for close to 3 years and we honestly thought about moving her until we went into the office and met the new manager Dawn to talk about this. I have to say after meeting with Dawn and the new staff, mom has decided she really wants to stay. Mom even goes up to the office now just to chat with Nicole the new secretary and to have a cup of coffee. After hearing some of the changes being put into place, especially community events that they are working on, mom felt this is where she belongs and is so excited. Mom said that they even have a new maintenance team that really goes above and beyond!

I am so sad to be leaving this neighborhood because I really do love it here. Its quiet and a safe environment for your children. Highly recommended! The office staff is also great!

I would like to say since moving into Shiloh estates i have to say the improvements being made are great! They are more community oriented and great friend management staff... I admit i was skeptical at the beginning but the efforts made by shiloh are great and these people will work extremely hard to make living in the community great!! They even have a pool for everyone here to swim all summer... Please everyone they have renovated the community and are continuing to increase more community oriented activities. I can say new Shiloh Estates rocks! Dont pass them by come check us out!!!!

I really enjoy shiloh estates with how community oriented and family friend they are... Its great for my 3 kids too! There are so many kiddos makes it a great community as well as dawn and nicole keep finding amazing ways to bring the community together and welcoming upon arrival of future tenants. The community is also a safe place for our police patrol to even help keeping us safe in our community! Please come check out Shiloh and become family with us!!

Just got this sent to me, but this place - maintenance is a joke. They select certain ppl to have animals. They put stickers on ppl vehicles not knowing the law. And declined me to get a place with them, but couldnt even tell me why. I certainly have all my credentials in order with a clean background and work for Warren Township Schools. Also talked to better business bureau about this place and more negativities upon them. My girlfriend stays there and I get my mail there but I actually live in a house with a roommate across there. And at times I live in Decatur Township area too. Feel that the trailer park off Lynharst St. and Kentucky Ave. would be a better choice. Thanks.

This place was better than expected from the very begining with the biggest suprise being the courtesy shown by leasing agent Paula she was helpful and upfront the entire process she was very punctual and mindful of our time frame. Also the clubhouse and grounds were much cleaner than I had remembered from years past. All in all a good experience and glad I chose to move here

My family has lived in this community for over a year now. There were a few hiccups at first, but those were prior to the current office staff. Since theyve come onboard, all the maintenance issues we were experiencing have been resolved, our inquiries are answered in a timely manner and the community has been cleaned up considerably. I also like that theyre beginning to have community events.Keep up the awesome job!

BEWARED!!!!OK, we got a violation for no having blinds.We do, they are brand NEW, but I have the blinds open all the way to the top only in 2 windows so we can get the sun in the living room area.And it surprised me when I walk to the main office this people dont even care about our complaint, they just assume we dont speak english and the lady sitting at front started telling us what we need to do to fix our issue, A ISSUE WE DID NOT HAVE My daughter in love walk in and ask the lady why is she been so rude and even if we didnt have blinds they have to replaced!!!! THEN THE MANAGER WALK OUT OF HER OFFICE AFTER 30 MINUTES OF DISCUSSION AND CONVERSATION WITH THE MAINTENANCE AND THE FRONT OFFICE LADY AND APOLOGIZE POR THE MISTAKE, told me I own my house and I need to replaced my self, when Im telling her we have blinds and they still brand new! AND WHATS WORST APPARENTLY THEY DONT KNOW I RENT THE HOUSE I BEEN LIVING FOR THE LAS 3 YEARS!!!!! WE RENT THE HOUSE!!!!! HOW YOU DONT KNOW I BEEN RENTING THIS HOUSE? IS SHE THE MANAGER??? Very well put together community very clean and the management is great.

Horrible!! Found black mold and they done nothing about it! It was in every window seal and in our bathrooms!! For anyone that would like to know what trailer address was 7293 lot 147!!!! Trim was always falling off. Back door was left open for weeks before we moved in which invited critters in to pee and poop all over the carpet. It was a “brand new” trailer but I’m not lying when I say every appliance had SOMETHING wrong with it and had to be worked on. Maintenance men speed through there like they are at the Indy 500. We went without smoke detectors for a month before someone finally came and put ones in. Corporate NEVER returns phone calls, they are all liars and I WOULD NEVER recommend someone moving in here. I wish I could give zero stars!!!!

THE 2 MAINTNENCE GUYS ARE A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!! Literally do nothing but drive around and play on their cell phones. DRUGS everywhere on property.. They dont care.. Office ladies Dawn, and Nicole talk bad about residents..dont even try to hide it... Dawn never has time for anyone.. Just smokes all day. Place is a joke. THIS PAST MONTH has been nothing but ridiculous ... Work orders still have not been done.. That I put in... only come to say they dont have parts and never return.... GO FIGURE!!! ROACHES.. BED BUGS.. I hear it all from my neighbors. Buyers or Renters BEWARE!!!!!!

I live here and i love the new management and crew... Dawn and Nicole and the crew have made big changes to the comminity. Very hard working very involved they take charge where its needed and wanted and very responsive they have good spirits and great hearts. Ive seen nothing but positive from them they involve themselfes easter egg hunt and games for the kids, christmas party with santa Claus and began a neighborhood crime watch, boys and girls club for the kids and breakfast and lunch program for the summer they have cleaned this place up and so much to come they are working on new equipment for the park.... Not only that but they are great friends and care so much for the kids ... I wouldnt trade them for the world.

Well; as soon as you turn into the property you see a work van and then a tent. The junk cars are plentyfull and the trailers are not in good shape. Would not tell a friend they should live there.

Less than 1 star. This used to be a nice place to live even with bad management. Now is even worse the new PROPERTY MANAGER seems very nice at FIRST! But as soon as you sign your lease you will meet the real Pam. She is extremely rude and will harass you for no reason. There are many rules and she makes them up as she goes. Like she tried to make me take lattice off my trailer that was on it when I moved in and just today she threatened ti have me removed from my home for loud music. Mind you this is a factory radio in my car. Not ti mention the horrible maintenance men & the part is run down and the pool is never open. ( you can not bring guest) Im only writing this to save people the heart ache. Ive lived hear for over 7 years and I will be leaving asap. Please take this into consideration before you decide to live here. Dont waste your time and hard earned money.

We are so excited to be moving into Shiloh Estates! Leah has been a phenomenal help in finding just the right place for our family. We had some very specific needs that had to be met for our situation, (ie., rent preferably under $700, a floor plan with bedrooms together, central air, and a spacious living area for all of us). We hoped for other details, but they were not necessarily deciding factors, (ie., a storage shed, a large tree in the yard, a place to put my stacking washer & dryer). As we looked at various homes, Leah was exceptionally patient, listened, appreciated our needs, and what we liked and didnt like. She was willing to wait for us to find our home, instead of shoe-horning us into a place that would suffice. When I walked through the door, I knew I was “Home!” Thank You, Leah for knowing your properties and matching people to their new homes!!!

We live here for a year and ended up getting screwed over I honestly hope this place gets shut down we got screwed over ended up paying 200 dollars more on what were supposed to be paying we got charged for our since having to be fixed and the matince guy is rude and likes to speed down the street when my kids are playing outside so yes I am glad I moved the hell out of their and something needs to be done I will not pay extra for me living in whats supposed to be affordable living this is Indys east side not Carmel or fishers this place is bull shot and lie And cheat and I refuse to refer anyone their way

My partner and I currently moved from the southside of Indy to Shiloh Estates, although the moving experience was a tough one Leah Tovar made it as easy for us as she could. Leah Tovar got us into the exact home for which we picked with an affordable price and it has been a great pleasure working along side her through our move. I give Shiloh Estates and Leah Tovar two thumbs up. We really like the quietness and less stress we have encountered since our move in at Shiloh Estates and hope others will seek a home here if you are looking for that relaxing down to earth piece of the world.Thanks again Leah Tovar for being a big part of mine and my partners new life at Shiloh Estates.

BEWARE!!!!!!! DONT move in here. pam the property manager is rude and unprofessional. She claims this is a safe and kid friendly park. Its not, the playground is falling apart and she dont care. The people she has cleaning up the tailors and doing the manitance part do drugs and she dont allow them to talk to the residents..when the pool was open last year she couldnt open it on time or keep it open because she didnt want to hire a professional to take care of the pool so it was constantly closed for turning green. She wouldnt allow floaties or other devices for my 2 year old. You cant bring more than two people to the pool which is crap.if she dont like you she harasses you about anything, kids toys who your hanging out with anything she can think of, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE,, if I could get out of my lease I wouldnt be here
