Mostly quiet, decently clean, and safe. I live here because the rent is inexpensive and Im going to school at UIndy, so its a good option for students. The university is about a two minute drive. The ladies in the office are kind and eager to help anyone here. Most people keep to themselves and dont talk to anyone else here, but the neighbors we have met are very nice. The lake has little to no fish in it.

Lived next to place for 19years and it was always quiet and people were always nice when my daughters and I took walks there. Also people take care of this place.

Nice trailers with every one comes a beautiful view. Also your trailer is protected by an Army of geese, which at all day and dance on the rooftops. A beautiful lake makes for a great picnic spot, until youre driven away by, like, twenty geese that chase you until they can eat your food.

Dont apply to live here unless you make 4 times the rental price. And if the 2 old ladies in yhe iffice dont like the way you look you can forget about living here.

Clean, inexpensive, excellent security and very well maintained! This would be an excellent choice for college students attending University Of Indianapolis 1 block North.

A friend of mine has a small place here and tbth its really a decent neighborhood like frfr kids were out playing ..I even think they have a park and a pond for fishing if u enjoy that as well

Fairly clean on outside of trailers but idk bout way people live i kno if ride bike through there people kindavmug you like paranoid.

They are a scam and they have you pay and tell you they never got the money when really the owner takes the money and spends it on what she wants. The people that live here need something to happen cause they are getting money taken from them and its not fair someone needs to bring some justice.

I used to go here every day when it was long acre pool have visited friends who lived here a lot. Gotta truthfully say it makes me sad. It cost a lot, and isn’t kept up any more. It used to be a beautiful place to drive threw, not anymore. Sorry.

My ceiling is about to fall in got black mold that was suppose to be taking care of not done since i been here floors falling in told them about this nothing done no back steps toilet not working for about months i have two toilets one works the other dont we had swedish under the trailor didnt take care of that now wr have mice and roaches we had to pay oit of pocket to have in sprayed we are on a fix income and i pay 8 dollars amonth fot a maintence guy where they at i pay on time every month cause no trouble stay to myself oh my daughters bike got stolen too its a nice place but need better people to run this place office people are sometimes not nice at all very rude need better people.

This was a really nice place decades ago. They used to have a excellent pool, play ground for kids and so on. It has become so run down over the years. They filled in the pool and it looks like they got rid of the play ground as well. So sad

Kind of expensive on lot rent. There arent very many amenities. But beautiful landscape. Especially during changing of the seasons.

Worst management ever, do not buy a trailer from them, they cover up mold issues and floor issues and other things that may be wrong, cant see the problems untill later, they will tell u the water heater is new and a new furnace as well. Theyll put new stickers on the old ones

Very badd part of Thomson, but very reasonable pricing on mobile homes. Nice enough people, hard to get out of main exit on each end.

This is an older mobile home park, but it is well maintained, lawns are mowed, no trash lying about. Very little to no crime is reported. Offers affordable housing.

This place looks like an average mobile home park, ITS NOT! Poor maintence, poor management, poor everything! They fix up a home with the worst materials. Just enough to convice you they have made repairs. Mold, BED BUGS, ROACHES, TERMITES, electrical wires around the plumbing....it is beyond deplorable!

No pool, no corporate, just greedy asshats that turned the trailer park into a ghetto.. drugs and guns the American dream of the poor, kids get bullied theres no Park or swimming so the youth get bored and rob trailers left unattended.
