My boyfriend and I went there 2 times and requested a brochure about the prices of trailers for rent, each time she said we dont have any and also we had an appointment to see a trailer, got there and she didnt even remember it. Very disgusted and disappointed!

This place has lots of potential, looks like they are fixing up the pool area and fixing up the community. Lots of new homes we got to see today. Cant wait to move in! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable

When you pay your monthly rent payment but the current manager tells you she isnt going to process it and you try to contact someone else but all you get is a voice mail and no one returning your call. Ive lived here 3 years never been late on a rent payment, never had a issue until now. This manager likes to hang up on people that call and question her, this company needs to take a hard look at her, she threatened me when I was questioning her. I would like someone to contact me since I couldnt contact anyone, the office manager here has my phone number. It would just be very good business to do so.

Have lived here for a year now and moving out as soon as the lease is up. They have lost our rent money orders 3 times now in the 12 months being here. Two of those times they later called and said they found them... so unorganized. The third time they blamed us and never found it. Make sure you make them sign your rent receipt when you turn rent in or they will blame you for not paying rent. They are raising everyone’s rent starting September- in the middle of a pandemic! The leasing office people are so unorganized and rude. The neighbors are always loud and making noise late at night. I have had a gas can stolen and my temporary license plate ripped off my car. Always finding trash in my yard from neighbors. Yelling and fireworks almost every night through June-August. I do not recommend living here at all!

I have lived here since 2018 and from what I see this place has improved drastically in the last year since management has changed hands. I never have a problem paying my rent it has been seamless as long as you get your rent in by 5:00pm by the 5th of each month there will be no late fee. Loretta is amazing, during the beginning of COVID-19 I was put out of work, Loretta assisted me in get my rent deferred so that I could have some time to look for a new job she also gave me a list of places that were hiring delivery drivers, which by the way is how I found my next delivery driver job. Nate the Maintainace Man is awesome as well if I have the smallest issue like my garbage disposal button getting tripped he’s there to fix it. I love living here, I have moved several of my family members here because I love this community that much.

Nice community, friendly people .

Its constantly adding new homes and parks for the kiddos. Its a good community. Most trailer home parks have a bad rap or are looked down on. This community is growing and the homes are just that, homes. The new additions look amazing and theyve invested into them, just as they will invest in each new home owner.

Office never calls you back and teens were breaking an entry into abandoned trailer reported to the office manager was told to call the police sewer is outrageous u cant have any play stuff or bigger pools in your yard and my rent went up im supposed to be paying 835 with water and got a rental statement of 948 for 1000 a month and no kid activities aloud in your own yard not worth it at all moving at the end of my lease

I have lived here over a year now (and moving as soon as my lease is done)and this place is the most unorganized, uncaring, and rude place I have ever lived. There have been too many office manager to count, no maintenance is ever done even though it is repeatedly asked to be fixed, homes put up and moved into unfinished (didnt have an air conditioner, built porch, holes punched), office organization is a joke (loose checks, double charges-loose check give another check and they take both out) and overall the experiences that I have encountered here has made me never want to live at a Meritus Property again.

The office staff Candice and Shelly were super nice and made the process so simple. Loads of fun to talk to as well. Super impressed with my new home. Brand new house and new everything else. Its styled so gorgeous it surpassed my expectations . Cant wait to be apart of this community. Ive lived in the nearby area my whole life and this is not the questionable mariwood it used to be several years ago. Much improved!

I just moved to the west side of town within the past year and just applied and i loved Candice she was friendly and very helpful i look forward to moving in soon hopefully but if im not approved i still loved the experience I received and how clean it looked when i drove through.

I visit in this community everyday and it is pothole city in the front. Rough roads and hard to look at landscape. Im guessing its because it is the winter time. For weeks, I have been seeing tires stacked up, lots of mud and barely any grass. Looks nothing like the pictures. This is in the front.

This place has really done a major turn around which no one can deny that this place needed some tlc ten years ago. They have pulled out all the old run down trailers replacing them with new ones with nice new staircases up to the doors. Done times people dont realize that even just a small thing it seems at the time can make all the difference in the world. Great job Marriwood!!

Worst corporation Ive ever had to work with! After 8 months of purchase, still no title in the rightful owner (my brother). After getting NO response from corporate for title, decided to sell back to corporate, now NO selling price check yet & cant even get in touch with Doug who said my check would be here in 2 days. Its been 6 & now cant even get in touch with corporate & neither can on-site office personnel. Lawyers ready & waiting for my word to file fraud & more charges! Dont ever believe what they say - Corporate that is!

The people there are so rude, too many fights, too much police officers like I cant beard to have my niece around there. I personally dont recommend this place no one really need to be if you want to stay safe from danger or indanger people. Im sorry I moved out of there for good cause.

Beautiful mobile home park. They have new homes and a community pool

Newly paved roads and driveways. Lots of new doubles. No speed bumps. Pool for the summer. Long picnic gazebo being built now.

Staff is so rude, changing pricing back and forth, doesnt answer phone calls or follow through. Real nice to your face though. Seems shady to me.

Im not a fan of management, Had problems and they refused to fix them. I did everything properly and always excuses as to why it could never get fixed. I went over managements head and things got worse. Check out a different facility to stay. I certainly wish I had done that. 4 years I was there.

I tried to purchase a home in this neighborhood and the office lady Shelly told me she would call me about it and never did despite the fact that I followed up with her several times. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and was obviously in a time crunch. Their pool hasnt been opened in years. Which is what the lot rent is supposed to be going towards but obviously isnt. Its a trash hole.

This is a wonderful place to live, friendly staff that will go above and beyond to help you with anything when it comes to moving. Shelly and Candice are amazing ladies that should be recognized by their superiores for doing such a great job everyday.

Love our daughters new place, since im disabled kind of hard to get in and out of her place.

While o enjoy my home and my neighbors,I absolutely hate some of the policies, the attitudes of the staff is horrible and they need to learn how to communicate to others,the pool has never been open and thats one of the reasons we chose to have a home here and when you need to speak to anyone they have no corporate information available. Had I known over a year ago how things here really are I would not have bought my home.

I drove by and was going to come in and look at a home, I was very disappointed in the way the Mariwood looked. It was awful, the park is ran down and the same equipment to play on that was there in 2004 which was ran down then with promises of a new park coming soon. The pool wasnt opened or even sat up to open, it was really sad to see no one out, no kids around that place use to be full of kids and noise.

New roads and lots of new trailers being instalked. Out with the old in with the new. Entire park is being updated.

The best neighbors friendly, easy to talk to everyone been out in yards all summer, nice to come home to friendly smile and wave hello: if have any issue maintenance is always eager to help and management does good job keeping up with everything

This is a great place for families. They are making big changes around here. Remodeled the clubhouse, probably going to resurface the pool this spring or summer. They are bringing this community back to life. Lots of Completely renovated

The management is incompetent and needs serious training on how to deal with the public. Was Given 3 Different Prices on the same place on 3 different days. Definitely needs new management.

Owner is not keeping up on property. Shes the most unprofessional woman. Corporate needs to look into little ole missy in the office. Shes more crooked then Crazy Eyes from Mr. Deeds!
