Office rarely open. Office manager doesnt answer phone. Only time you see office people is when they walk around issuing park violations.

Its packed together like a stockyard full of shipping containers, and though the residents are genuinely good hard working families- the ownership has let maintaining the whole property slip into complete neglect. Several times weekly backed up and overflowing drainage often leaving residents exposed to raw sewage etc.

My stepdad sister manages it, the trailers are decent and I work for them there cutting grass, raking leaves, painting, etc.

They have a very nice and quiet trailer park. I have a friend who lives there and every time Im there its so quiet and they keep it up very nice. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to put their trailer.

This place is great if you want a place where the rules are rarely enforced. They have no speed bumps, or stop signs. and of course the office is rarely ever open if you do catch it open you still wont be able to get anything done. so if this is what your looking for come on over. fyi I am well informed due to the unfortunate fact that I live in the park. ..hopefully not too much longer.

They take your money for your trailer sitting on thier lot they charge pet rent for my dogs living inside my home they make no improvements to the lots or property.they put off major and minor repairs till its absolutely the last straw the lots all look trashy they need to improve the muddy trashy gross lots the trailers are on its rundown n ghetto

They said they would call me back and never called me back so I went elsewhere

Alot of dope going around there. In and out. So if u like any drugs in general just go move in there. But also if u liked to get robbed. Ive never lived there but Ive been there because to take my baby dad to a friends house real fast n omg. As soon as he walked up to the door his friends grandma was like r u here too sell him dope. ? Lol. My baby dad was like hell naww . Too much going on over there . But they have nice trailers, a couple around in there

This is a great place to live, The manager is the best, She is in office alot,and answers all calls. We have new paved streets, A great crime watch too. There is stop signs and speed limit is 5 m.p.h.I lived here for 3 years, Never any crimes and it is very quite. If your elder/disabeled or want to raise your kids in a great small community.I read a review posted by someone named DAVIDA, I hope that they had a blessed and safe move,The mobile home park has homes for sale, cash, and some on payments. And offer empty lots to put your home.Thank you all here at b.m.h.p. Pastor Warren.
