They dont help their remnants

I would never in a million years give this horrible place a star it is one of the worst trailer parks that I ever lived one condition was that you have to buy your trailer but yet you cant fix it to your liking I wanted new windows installed with my own money and you cant even have anybody staying not even for a day or two. My bother who is a marine visiting. I find these people who are not even legal citizens to be rude and not care about your needs. I my self am Latino. so if you want to make an over payment on a trailer thats over 30 years old not be able to fix it and Telling you who you cant have at your home then by all means spend your money. However I learned my lesson and Im giving you a warning do not live here

Good place for a couple or a family. Kind of dirty an no maintenance to help you fix stuff, its more of a self do it. Other than that, good place to live.

Very nice community, family oriented, clean, affordable rent, great staff they are always willing to help.

Place is trashy. Theyre racist. If youre not a mexican, they dont want you. Their maintenance dont speak English nor do they have license to fix hvac, or plumbing. They sell you trailers with bad furnaces and bad water heaters. They only got a star because you have to put it
