I think they need to get their management to do their jobs or replace their management. I visited somebody 3 weeks ago and the someone told him he had to remove some stuff from his yard by 12pm or be fined. Then as Im leaving I see peoples property looking WAY worse and I heard nothing was said to them. A lot of trailers look like they could use some work done.

They over charge on late fees they take advantage of people there many complaints but they dont do nothing about it it very poor ran by the management there never get anything fixed!!!!!!!!

A good place to live in that is not too loud or chaotic and quite safe.

Needs a good cleaning but always quiet and nice neighbors at my bf house

Most us old trailer need to be fix up to lease standard. Lot of empty trailer have broken windows. These torn down trailer need to demolish it.
