Thats a good Kroger. Friendly people, fresh food, they even have a sushi bar . I enjoy going there.

Rent water sewage go up every month... Teenagers always in street trying to start trouble with working people.... Teenagers breaking in the homes... Terrible place

They dont fix things that needs to be taken care of.and no authority around here noone stops at stop signs and no maintenance men to fix things going wrong

Unfortunately I have to give this community 2 stars.With that said, it has zero to do with the staff or the community itself per-say, moreso the surrounding areas that are starting to infringe upon the community.The staff was ALWAYS such a delight, even with unpleasant issues. Such wonderful staff.If the community were to be gated...

Im in the process of finding somewhere to move and for real I keep checking out these trailer courts and Im think about moving in one. They are really not bad, Ive lived in them before. This place seemed pretty nice also.

I just moved into a new mobile home and its wonderful so far! 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a dishwasher and washer/dryer hookups are just a few of the amenities. The staff is nice, respectful and helpful!

Jad my kids car towed bc someone stole her park pass! It sat 1 nite without it and towed that nite. Not to mention they wont give her another! So ig ur overnite guests get towed. For what she pays to live there they are robbing people

I applied for a rental. Brian, the sales guy, told me all of the qualifications. I met all of them. No evictions. No criminal history. Long time at my job. I got the application in very quickly. Once I submitted the application I received a phone call from Brian on a Friday asking me for some additional information. I provided that information. He said he would call me back possibly by the end of the day if not the next day to let me know something. Friday goes by and I didn’t hear anything. Saturday goes by I didn’t hear anything. Monday comes around and I figure they may be off for Veterans Day which is why I hadn’t heard anything by about 1 o’clock in the afternoon. I decided to call the mobile home park and they answered. I asked to speak to Brian and I was told he was with a customer. I left my telephone number in my name. Never heard anything back. Tuesday comes around and I still didn’t hear anything so I called them about noon. I got a voicemail I left my telephone number and my name. Finally after not hearing anything I called them about 430 after work. I finally spoke to Brian who said I was denied. He started coming up with all this other information that they look at. They look at credit history, which I do have some medical bills that are in collections. He said that was a factor. I understand that there may have been factors that I could’ve talked about before I fill out an application and kind of had an idea if I would’ve been denied or not. Brian was deceitful when he laid out what the qualifications were. Not only was he deceitful he wasn’t man enough to contact me and let me know I have been denied. Being denied is fine I want to learn from this to see what I need to do better so that I can get a place in the future. Brian lied to me and said that he called me on Saturday. He gave me the number that he called from I looked in my phone history and I had no call from that number or the area code of that number. I will just stay for my experience I was felt like that I was deceived win going through the process. There was no communication once they found out that they weren’t going to be receiving my monthly rent check because I was denied. One of the thing that they told me that they look at what’s my rental history. I lived in the same place for six years and paid rent every month. Was not a Vic did was not threatened to be affected. My lease ended on both mine and my apartments terms. Be careful when you apply At this location because they will tell you what you want to hear to get you to complete an application so they have your information. Very dishonest business.

Management sucks! Maintenance cant help if the toilet gets messed up. The rudest bunch of people Ive ever encountered even if you pay on time and are never late. Husband s mom passed away and they couldnt even muster up a sorry for your loss Avoid this place at all costs also they tailers fall apart easily!

Very clean and well kept park.

New management took over just under a year ago. They try to implement rules before getting them approved by the real corporate who own the park. I have been living here for 3 years and each year it gets a little worse overall. A new playground was replaced and some roads were repaired. If you dont mind people speeding through the neighborhood 15 mph speed limit doesnt exist, little kids swearing and selling drugs, your neighbors having a yelling match, new neighbors who move in asking you who has weed or other hard drugs then this is the place for you. Lock your cars cause they will get broken into at night and get a shed because anything left out on your lot is free game to the little hood rats that steal. The pool is enjoyable in the summer and the free lunches the office provides for kids is nice. There are some good things to come out of this park but there is more negative.

Very nice community my stepson loves it there and so does his mother who is blind. Im just jealous of the pool that they have now I really feel like it should be 4 public or family of people over there just an idea merely a suggestion

Clean place but the woman manager here thinks she can run your life if she dont like you..she tries to find anything she can on you but dont say nothing to other people that are doing the same exact things..it would be a better place without her unless she changes and treats every body equally.

Was checking this place out, pushed me away once I noticed people had confederate flags on their porch’s and homes. Maybe not a problem for some people but definitely a problem for me

Im editing my review because they well deserve it. Although I would probably never buy a Fleetwood home again because they just throw the trailer together but the park management itself has went through changes and for the better. They ride the fine line between business and being personable with their residents with style, their no nonsense but do everything they can to make your life living there the best it can be. To my understanding a new owner had taken over and is making changes in the community to make it the best it can be and Kristie and the others in the office make you feel its not just about getting you to buy their home, but its about welcoming you into their community/family. Theyve taken trailer park living to a whole different level.

Purchased our trailer 7 months ago. The community is so much better than where we came from. Most courteous and helpful office staff ever. Cannot think of any negative comments at all.

Nice mobile home park, very clean. They are building a very nice park where families can get together and grill out while the kids play on the playground. People should consider living here.

I never lived there but I have friends who do. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

We bought a home about 2 years ago, currently still living here. Our home was brand new and any repairs we needed, the new management helped get them fixed. The park is clean and maintained for the most part. A big part of complaints come from other residents. Noisy loud cars/bikes/trucks. The majority of the time its quiet. The water gets shut off at a rate of once every few weeks, old pipes. Management fixes as quickly as they can, weve never had our water off for more than a day.

Its got a bunch of unnecessary speed bumps and litterally no driveways, so most people park in the street. But its a good home i guess

I went in to see about getting a home. The office staff was super friendly and worked very quickly to get me approved. Mike and Christy are awesome. I cant wait to get moved in to my new home

This mobile home park is better than some of the others I have visited.However its not real big and you have to get a parking pass from the office or a resident.If you do not have a pass your car may be towed.parking seems to be limited and if you park in front of a neighboring mobile home then can get pretty rude about it.

We have friends that live there. Homes are hit or miss. Keep your eyes open the staff will lye to your face. Make sure you keep corporate office number handy. Maintenance is just any joe blow off street little to no training.

Almost two years ago they were working on the pipes tore up our yard because of a leak in the piping and they refusing to replace the cement pad or even the grass

All the high ratings are employees or previous employees. Be weary, I lived here for several years, biggest mistake Ive made in a long time. The new owner had the street lights in the park turned off. Its pitch black.The pot wholes are horrible and through out park. They said they where going to put lights in front of all the houses. And like everything above they well tell you what ever you want to hear to either get you out of there office or to buy from them. Dont buy from them call clayton mobile homes instead.

Very clean and quiet. Seems like the residents take pride in their homes.

Expensive but not worth the money. Too crowded and prefabricated homes fall apart. Repairs arent done by home manufacturers as promised by the warranty. Lot rent is more than the monthly mortgage and they have too many rules that they only uphold as they see necessary.

I think some people are treated differently then others. The trailers are made poorly and not worth what you pay. Also, you cant move your trailer until its paid off. Parking sucks unless you have a double wide then you can have a driveway. They either need to give everyone a driveway or no one should get one.

Well all i can speak on is from my experience living here, me and my wife bought a home from them on the corner lot next to the creek, it was an older model manufactured home that was actually supposed to be sitting on a slab of concrete but instead was placed on bricks with tye downs like a trailer, because of this reason they couldnt get skirting to fit the property so many sections were missing, because of that reason in the winter time wild animals raccoons and possums crawled under our property and burrowed themselves into the insulation tearing down our heating ducts and began tearing into the wiring, we hired a guy recommended to us buy one of the managers ( i believe her name was cindy) and this guy claimed he was a specialist in manufactured home repair, come to find out he was just a scam artist drug attic and drunk that cheated us out of over 1000 dollars, before i caught on to his BS and fired him, little to say i had some choice words for cindy after that, management also lied to us telling us that whatever we payed in that there would be no interest accumulated but come to find out when we thought we only had 4k left on the home we actually owed 8k, and with all the other issues on top of that we couldnt afford to keep the property any longer, so we had to sell it for what we owed on it and take a loss, we placed it on craigslist and within a week we had a buyer, they bought the property and wanted to move it to their own land but cindy gave us a problem and the owner didnt want to let them take the property without a fight, but in the end they moved the mobile home out and we were out of the equation, as far as the community goes, the people were nice and it was quiet and peaceful, it was for the most part clean and well maintained, but of course this was years ago so who knows what its like now.

I went to the office wed 3/14 3:21pm for info about mobile homes on sale and it was closed.The schedule said 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays...... (?)

Sooo..tell me why if all these changes have been done than explain the major drug bust yesterday. Also there are dirty needles on the playground daily and dope heads wondering the streets all hours if the night. Your background checks allow ANYBODY with a criminal record to move in. House arrests are occupying multiple homes in this community and you Tracy claim there is security. If its so secure than why dont you live here. This place is a far cry from being home. Save yourself and your family from a life of disaster do no live her. Management is horrible.

I loved this place at first. Well i didnt get approved of course i was dissapointed then i went in to try and get my 500 dollar deposite back because we found some place else he said i had to wait over a week to get the deposite back for the company yo write me a check.
