Well i lived their about 5 years ago. It was ok for me.

I am currently living here, my mother has lived here on and off for almost 10 years, and we also have a couple of family members who have been here a while too. I love my home and the owners are very understanding, helpful, and encouraging. David does anything he can to get the park, homes, and everyone who lives here in a positive routine. They have been trying to weed through the bad tenants and get reliable, quiet, and simple tenants to move in to change the past negative reputation that the park receives from the negative tenants. The turn around is noticeable, but like all other things, it takes time!!!

When you go you dont get no answer and I noticed a couple childish p&d and every time you go they say theres nothing available either keep people in there premature not working in the drug war and servant to people that is worth living there and every time I go in there it looks like the board now needs to go in and look around but the same time I heard they got a new arm so hopefully he changes things around

The street going thru is the nicest thing about this place. This was the only place to turn around so I wasnt here long. Felt like I needed to shower in hand sanitizer after leaving.

I really like the place but there is a lot of drugs going around.

Good place to live. Nice people. Good school district. Never lived there myself but have family who stay in the residence.

Seems like a nice cozy place where you could get to know all your neighbors
