Son lives there. Seems to be a nice place quiet ( well till my son and his 4 kids moved in

Came not during lunch and at a time they should have been open to apply and the lights were off with no note on the door and no one answered but there was a truck that looked like maintenance outside staring at me as I pulled in and not once did he say anything to me. Guess it wasnt meant for me to relocate to this area because soon after I acquired a nice house in a nice neighborhood. I would just advise the staff to be more professional.

People flying on scooters and children running around everywhere... no park security

Once u move in they forget all about you. There are no fire hydrants in the whole park. In the year I lived there 3 trails burned to the ground.

They dont like to help anybody with anything this was the biggest mistake of life by moving here

I Moved into Skyway in October and have been happy here. I love my home, its not perfect but neither is life. If you expect perfection in life, you are going to be miserable.The office staff are helpful and very nice, April is always cheerful and nice to talk to.

April was a wonderful saleswoman, and treated my partner and I with the utmost respect! They are very patient and kind in the office, and theyll work with you. They have helped us achieve a dream and become first-time homeowners! We are elated! We can hardly wait to get our keys!

There maintenance takes forever to fix anything,in the summer time my sons air conditioner went out an he reported it an it still isnt fixed.If your car breaks down they will have it towed without warning.

If I could give this place a negative rateing I would. Ive lived here for a little over a year and the way the treat there tenants is atrocious!!! There rules and regulations are outrageous. They are nice while they try and get you to move in but the minute you do they treat you like garbage. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter has a sick baby because of the mold in her trailer so no I would not recommend this trash of a trailer park to anyone

Its a lot better than they used to be and I think having people own the trailers instead of renting help out a lot!!!

Would be nice to have someone up keep on my trailer while I am on their property even though I am buying the trailer is not fully paid off yet so it should not be my responsibility to fix my air conditioner

The staff Ms.Jean was very polite. Thr mobile home was spacious and beautiful. I hope to call Skyway home someday.

This trailer park is something else. Never have I ever worked for a company or people that do not pay for work that has been completed. Not to mention waiting 33 days on a net 30 pay this company is a disaster! 2 homes were completed and still no pay with the many excuses one could come up, with they have managed to ruin a lot for our hardworking family. Mr. Green and Daniella do not care about the contractors that they hire to make the homes value go up. Instead you will be strung along for weeks with lies and false promises .Working out of your own pocket is hard enough on a net 30 pay without these two e-mailing each other and no one being on the same page to get paid !!! Future employees be ware this will keep happening .

I currently live here thought it was a nice place to live. However after you move in they are rude and hateful. They treat you like second hand citizen. I understand the outside of the trailer is there concern. However what goes on inside of my trailer as long as it dont effect other resident. My mom is bed ridden and her bed room is the living room. My house inside is clean and nothing to concern the property management. She came to house to drop off flyers and made rude comments to my handicap mom. I have asked for corporate number but havent got it yet. I am very upset.

This is the most backward place ever. They take the water bill for the whole park and then divide that between the residents so in other words you wont just be paying for the stuff you use you pay for others as well. If you move in here it will be a very stressful.

I dont live here but just driving through the neighborhood it looks really clean and seems like a decent place to live.

I love my new home. We have lived here for 8 months and have not had any issues. Rene has been wonderful to us and has made sure everything was taken care of when needed. We have wonderful neighbors and my kids have been able to make plenty of friends with kids in the neighborhood. We picked the perfect place to raise our kids.

There management sucks. They are very rude and dont want to help you. Especially since I had to move due to personal reasons. On top of that they have gone through three managers within a year and working on bringing in a 4th. Plus I am the Girl Scout troop leader over that group and now the lady tells me since I no longer live in the trailer park we can no longer use the clubhouse and that I need to be replaced. VERY RUDE!!!! Just because I had to move doesnt mean you should punish the kids and not let them have Girl Scouts!!!On another note, dont move into these trailers. They cover up black mold, wont fix anything and half there trailers have bed bugs in them. Also, they have homeless heroin people shooting up in the trailer park. My kids and neighbor kids have found 4 needles just laying around in the park and on the street.

No they wont work with you they start the late fees on the 6th if you aint paid by then and if not paid by the 15th they start the eviction. The maintenance dont fix nothing no matter what we moved in 11/2018 and here it is March 2019 and aint nothing been fixed .master bathroom still has no water in the sink I had to cut my own dryer vent out . Reported a water leak under the home over six weeks ago still aint fixed (cable guy found it) so water and sewer sky rocketed and they expect me to pay it .still no heat in bedrooms cause the duct work aint hooked up . They dont want to do their part but they sure expect you to pay them money. So if you can find someplace else to avoid the hassle I would . Definitely aint the way they explain it1. Carpet aint tacked down2. None of the doors shut to bedrooms3.no water in master bathroom sink cause of leak4.kitchen faucet leaks5.no heat in front 2 bedrooms6. Water leak under home7. Linoleum aint glued down no where in the home so it has bumps in it.But they dont care its money money money thats all they care about . And if I wasnt sick I would just fix it myself . But I have talked to a professional about the situation so we will see what I have to do to get it all done . Just wish they would do their part .

Absolutely in love with our new home! Rene helped us through a lot within the first month. We did have a few problems, but nothing that hasnt been handled swiftly and accordingly. I am very thankful to call Rene a friend that I can rely on both personally and professionally. Definitely have treated us like family. Highly recommend this place to others. No bugs, swift maintenance, and a problem solving expert!

We got eviction notice went to see what it was about the ladies husband got mad and punched me very unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend moving in there!

Tried to rent out the clubhouse and my mom paid $75 and was supposed to the have the party the next day after paying, never received a key, I suspect someone is living in the clubhouse which Im pretty sure is not allow. This trailer park is complete trash, cant leave things on your porch or you have to pay fines, will get car parts stolen off of your car in the middle of the night, druggies walking around at night. Juvenile kids running around. Just stay away. I cant wait to leave this place.

Staff is rude, as soon as your there overy 30 days they think of you as trash. Wont fix anything. 500 to keep your kids worm. Old trailers that have not been work on properly. Damaged no go homes... plz for God shakes... stay far away. You come here, and youll be just like me stuck 7 years to something that you hate having to sleep in.

Living in here has been a great experience the manger is awesome always trying hard to make things right and since we have got a new maintenance man things have been way better things are actually getting done so for people who dont live here should come talk with the manger and people that dont live shouldnt be making comment

This place brings trailer park trash to a whole new level.Renée con is a rude lying witch.She refuses to do repairs because shes lazy.The roaches the bedbugs and all the little friends that you will never get rid of no matter how far you move.Beware stay away.

It was a great place for the first 7-8 months and then after that everything went down,they done work on the outside and left our skirting off and caused our pipes to freeze and our yard is torn up and just a lot more things,it went down a lot so we loved our after 1 1/2 yrs of being there and it was our best decision to do that

Doug smash I dont who you are but Renne Conn is the best person you ever meet.. and skyway is the best place to live and Rennne has been the best manager Skyway has had. She walks the park and is very kindto everyone. She is fair and takes pride in our community.

I love this trailer park. Theyve been amazong to me and my daughter in the year weve lived here. Rene conn is amazong and sweet as could be.

This place is falling part. Sewer problems every other week. They sell homes to people tht are not livable. The park for the kids is faling apart for 2 years now and they wont repair or replace. They dont enforce the guidlines. Have been through 5 or kore managers in 2 yrs since Heritage Financial took it over.

I lived here for 22 years and was glad to see it go we had been asking for a shelter that all it takes is four 2 x 4s and a piece of plywood over top for the kids school bus stop but they never made it but yet somehow Troy manner can build one at every bus stop Glad to move out

I currently live in Skyway trailer park, it is the worst place to live. Weve lived here almost 4 months and our window has been leaking the whole time, my wall is about to cave in and is even growing black mold because of a problem they are neglecting! Rene is a liar and very deceitful! Please save yourselves the head ache and dont move in!!!
