Loved it! Great view from your balcony and the rooms are nice too! Affordable too!

We have stayed here 3 times and although we always enjoy our stay, this time our unit wasnt nearly as clean/taken care of as it has been in previous years. Upon arrival the floors were sticky, the cabinets had what appeared to be spaghetti sauce and other gunk on them, the appliances were smeared, the balcony was covered in sand/debris, the table on the balcony hadnt been wiped off and still had leftover food/sauce on the top and there was a lightbulb out in one of the bedrooms. We bought a few cleaning supplies and cleaned the cabinets/appliances/balcony table ourselves. This unit has appeared to gone significantly downhill since we first stayed there in 2016. This unit could definitely use a deep cleaning and some fresh paint.We still enjoyed our trip. The weather was beautiful!

Upon arrival at approx 4pm on check in day, we were told room was ready. When we entered the room, there random dirty towels around, only one bed was partly made, and the floors werent swept. We called and didnt get a call that it was ready until approx 730 pm. And the housekeeper laughed about it and said she forgot to call us when it was ready. Not happy with that.

It was just a wonderful place to stay. It was 4 ladies and the unit we stayed in was just perfect.I would recommend putting curtains in the 2nd and 3rd bed rooms because of the porch security light. But all in all we will be back next year

It has two nice pools a hot tub is right on the beach has an exercise room which I can use cause its 18 and up I wouldnt anyway cause Im lazy the condos are nice and all have balconys so overall very good

This condo was wonderful for our extended family vacation. My parents, my sister and her family, and myself my husband and kids fit perfectly in this condo. The view and access to the beach was awesome. Our balcony was directly above the pool which initially concerned me with noise but the unit was very well soundproofed and noise was never an issue. The unit was very clean. The listing stated linens and towels are provided and they were, however there were no dish cloths and only 2 or 3 washcloths for the whole unit. Not a big deal, we bought an 18 pack at Walmart to use for the week just a heads up you may pack a few washcloths. The only cons I can think of is it is so crowded (the city not the condo) traffic was a nightmare at times which is to be expected if you are visiting that area the condo was just off of a very busy stop light which made getting in and out of the condo difficult at times. The large volume of people also lead to pretty crowded beaches although we noticed after Tuesday the beach cleared off significantly even though the water was very rough Sunday and Monday. Next time we go we will plan activities the first few days and plan our beach days for later in the week when everyone else is staying indoors to nurse their sunburns!

FANTASTIC!! We started coming here for Thanksgiving week and it is wonderful every year. The condo is great and the beachside balcony is amazing to wake up to and sit out in the morning to watch the sunrise. The sunset is pretty nice too! The condo is very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Definitely would recommend and if you are worried about the price, just split the cost among friends!

This is a great place right on the beach. The apartments and pools are well maintained. Very recommended for low stress family vacations.

Stayed here through VRBO. My family had a great time. Unit was comfortably appointed & well maintained. Its near to restaurants & attractions without being overwhelmingly close. Every unit has large balconies and beautiful Gulf views.

Awesome place! Amazing beach and pool

The resort is very clean and built nicely. It is small as well giving more room in the pool and out at the beach under the umbrellas. I would reccomend this place to anyone with or without kids.

Location is easy to get to and surrounded by every thing you can think of, spacious rooms, incredible view from the balcony and its right on the beach. Service is amazing and always ready to assist

This building is nice, a bit smaller with maybe 50 units. The pool is nice, there is 1 small hot tub. Its beach front so the walk to the beach from any condo is quick.

Summer place is a great location with a great view of the beach. The rooms are very spacious and give you a warm feeling.
