Sea Crest is a big beautiful 3 story house on the beach. Rented out by Holiday Isle Properties

The function of the condo was good but was a let down in a couple of key areas. The bedding seemed old and really cheap, the pillows were completely flat, the carpet seems to be 30 years old stained and very gross. It would cost so little to replace the carpet like has been done in the living room. Overall it is a great location quiet and nice balcony, good kitchen and living space. If the really rough padding and carpet or simply replaced this would be an excellent place to stay

Very clean and well maintained. Our condo seemed like it was brand new. Quick and easy access to the beach and an indoor/outdoor pool. A great option if you are looking for a less expensive quick getaway.

We had a great time and an awesome condo. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was very clean and had the complete set-up. Of course it has a beach to match. Very clean sandy banks with beautiful emerald water.

Front desk and maintenance guys are all very nice and helpful.

Check-in email was missing details on how to check-in and we arrived after hours and spent an hour talking with the office who was just as confused as we were on where our keys had been left but other than that, the room was nice and clean.

My brother stayed here it was perfect

The first problem I noticed was that the condo hadn’t been mopped. The bottoms of my feet turned black with dirt after a few moments of walking bare foot. The second problem was the pool filtering was either not working or not turned on, on the last 2 days of our stay, because it was full of mucus. And when I say full, it was covered in what looked like snot floating everywhere. But the worst problem we discovered the night before checkout. We had seen some very large cockroaches (about 3 to 4 inches long) dead in the stairwell. We just assumed they were outside bugs and so we didn’t worry about it. But then I saw one on the wall in our condo. I had my husband kill it. Only it wasn’t the only one!! We saw more which we couldn’t catch, and realized the place was infested with HUGE cockroaches. When we informed the staff they didn’t seem surprised or to even care. We didn’t receive any compensation. In fact we had a future reservation for the same unit that we wanted to cancel, due to the roaches, and they charged us $50 cancellation fee. Unbelievable, needless to say we will NEVER be staying there again. And I will be sure to let all my family and friends, who go to Ft. Walton Beach, know never to stay at Seacrest Condominiums.

Great condos! Stay two weeks here and loved it.

These little condos are right on the ocean, have a pool, and a rinse off area for when youre covered in sand from the beach. The balconies were nice, even though we did not have a suite, the view of the beach was amazing. You can rent a umbrella and chairs for $15 a day and they also had paddle boards and kayaks available for rent. Full kitchen. The beds werent terrible and it was a pleasant stay over all. Will definitely rent again.

This is a perfect place to stay! Everything we needed and right by the beach! We had a great time!!

Had room facing the water. From our bed one morning we could see the dolphins jumping out of the water for about 3 minutes. Great view on this side! Clean and great sidewalks for jogging along the peninsula!

We have stayed at sea crest for many years every Labor Day weekend. For an 890 square-foot two bedroom condo with no view of the beach their rates went from $740 for four nights to $1240. An increase of $500 for four nights. This is absolutely crazy when you can go up the street for a luxury three bedroom condo and get it for $930 for the same four nights and you have a view of the ocean with lots of extra amenities that Secrest does not offer. Needless to say we will no longer be renting from Seacrest

I got married here 7/7/2018. Everyone everything was so nice the condo the meeting room the staff. I couldnt have asked for more it was so bomb. Me & my husband loved the condo, he said every time we come he wants to stay at the Seacrest now & we come at least once a year. So Ill see you next year on our anniversary hopefully.. THANK YOU SEACREST CONDOS FOR MAKING MY DAY THAT MUCH MORE SPECIAL!

We love the condo. The only negative is there is no beach view from our balcony. This is our 3rd stay at Seacrest. The condo is updated and really nice. We will continue to use it as long as it stays available for rentals.

A little dated, but very clean and very comfortable. And very affordable. Will definitely come back. Went through Kimberly Lang and they are super good to at stocking the condo with all you need, even beach chairs!

The condo was very nice. Beach was a little crowded but probably what you would expect anywhere in mid-July.

Very nice and well kept place. My family members stay here a couple of times per year. Virtually all of the units face the direction of the sunset. The beach is easily accessed and is great for picture taking.

Great place to visit or live. They have a pool that is indoor or out, gym, tennis and basketball courts. Short walk to the beach.b

This property is average at best. Staff were mostly under age kids working front desk making it very difficult to deal with. I would definitely never go to this property again. You have been warned.....

My organization reserved a number of units during the second week in October, 2018. Yes, during the same week of (Cat. 4) Hurricane Michael; the strongest storm ever to hit Florida. The airport was closed, the Seacrest shut under a mandatory evacuation and local businesses shuttered. We had individuals coming in from around the country for a meeting - not a vacation; so their offer to re-schedule is irrelevant.The administrators at the Seacrest are refusing to accept our legitimate cancellation and refund our deposits. Their attitude that we should have obtained travel insurance is shocking, regrettable and downright crewel.So having never been to this condo, I cant comment on its amenities. However, I would warn any potential guest to be leery based on the ridiculous and unforgiving attitude they imposed upon us.UPDATE:Ok, weve rescheduled our meeting for later in November. Well see how they amend from their initial rigidness and see what the place is like.

Seacrest Condos unit 201 is the best place to stay on Okaloosa Island.

My wife works here. I often stop by to take her lunch. Its located on Okaloosa island right on the beach. All of the condos are privately owned and the properties are managed by the awesome staff. Its a great location but Ive never actually stayed in one of their condos.

Pros:1. The view is amazing from mostly every room due to the angle of the building. The rooms on each floor with the lower numbers have a better beach view.2. The rooms are very clean.3. All rooms have a kitchen.Cons:1. The internet barely works. I couldnt even get through an entire CNN article without the internet going out. If anyone has children, dont plan on keeping them occupied at any point with any device that needs the internet even if you have a hot spot. It goes out every 5-10 minutes. The management office said its Florida so this is what I should expect. When requesting compensation in some form or fashion for the inconvenience, we were told no. I was then told the building owners voted to upgrade the internet due to it being extremely poor. With all of that being said, how could they possibly NOT offer compensation for the internet being down more often than not? They dont need to advertise that WiFi is included if they know its not going to work or at least say its not the best connection until they do an upgrade. Then the reception without WiFi isnt great so youre pretty much in the dark most of the time.2. The HDMI cable didnt work on our tv. As a result, we couldnt attach our Roku to the tv. Again, when we requested compensation for the inconvenience, management did not budge on providing any type of compensation, not even a free beach chair rental. We mentioned we paid for a fully functioning tv but no empathy was provided at all.3. As a result of management not being empathetic, I have to say the management team needs training on hospitality.Overall, if I pay for amenities I expect for them to work 100% of the time. In the event they dont work, I expect to be compensated for my inconvenience.Im my opinion, it doesnt seem fair for them to have the ability to charge your card in the event you break or displace items. But in the event customers are inconvenienced youre at the mercy of SeaCrest to determine if they will compensate you, even though the known amenities are inoperable. This in no way means we damaged or displaced anything and were not charged for such. I am purely making a point.You can do better in staying at a real hotel since you wont get compensated for lack of amenities you already paid for.

The good: The condo is clean, just enough space for me and my wife (efficiency unit) and the view is great with the balcony facing the beach.The bad: The HDMI ports on the TV were not functioning. We brought a Roku device to connect to the TV to watch Netflix but couldnt because of the non functioning ports. We mentioned this to the staff and we were told that all that is promised in the contract is cable TV. We asked for a small discount due to the inconvenience of not having a fully functioning TV ($50 bucks off would have satisfied us) and were told no.Also, the internet is barely usable. We attempted to stream Netflix on my laptop since we couldnt on the TV and every 5 to 10 minutes the connection would drop. I would disconnect and reconnect my laptop to the internet and it would give me another 5 to 10 minutes before having to do the procedure again. My wife had the same issue attempting to read articles while connected to the internet on her phone. We again brought this to managements attention and they acknowledged the internet is poor. But again, no discount was offered or extended for the inconvenience.We have stayed here multiple times but will not in the future.

The view

Love the room, pool is awesome and the beach is right there. The sand is pure white with clear water. Also, there is a sand bar about 10 feet out from the shore.

My place to escape from home! I highly recommend any room on the Gulf Side, although everywhere is great. Terrific location only a few miles from shopping and Big Kahuna theme park.
