Beautiful resort, family friendly, game room big pool and Hot tub and great customer service, great views of Destin Harbor. Check it out. Very reasonably priced.

Was given a small room with no fridge or micro as Id reserved. Not a deal breaker. Asked to be moved at 1 am from noisy guys next door. Was immediately moved to a huge suite on the waterfront. Desk clerk was kind and understanding. Pool and hot tub areas are clean and relaxing. Only issues(small) were that the floor in the suite wasnt cleaned properly prior to my using it and air out of a/c unit in bedroom smelled badly. Beautiful place! Really enjoyed my stay.

Well maintained older hotel. Great views and quiet. Area a little rough. Not on beach, but close. Rooms dated, however my wife loved the views of the bay and the greenery near pool.

We had roaches in room they did not offer a change of rooms. They told us this happens this time of year. SUREROOMS WERE GOOD BUT MY WIFE TOLD THEM WE DONT DO ROACHES

It was very quiet and private. It had a nice view it was so peaceful we even stayed an extra night. The only thing that we found wrong is the main reason we chose that place was the hot tub. The hot tub was out of order the whole time we were there which was 5 days. Overall though I completely recommend this place. Will for sure be back in a month.

Had a great stay here the price was reasonable and the boat rentals behind the property give you a discount if youre staying at this location ask for zack its very close to the public beaches and stores are literally the next block over if you need to go shopping for groceries its a publix

I liked that it was clean, pool was clean and great temperature. Nice landscaping with nice places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Nice to see the boats at the pier.

This place stinks-literally. Room smelled horrible of mildew and mold. Would have given 1 star except for the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful despite the bad situation upon entering the room. Booked this place via Air BnB and for 170.00 a nice would highly recommend just doing a Holiday Inn Express room. Much nicer, cleaner and no terrible odor.

Great Hot Tub And Pool.But Need To Upgrade the bathroom its too small

The front desk people were amazing. I locked myself out. I needed to readjust my reservation. They were always pleasant and willing to work with me.

Only stayed one night but it was a nice, clean and quiet, was not crowded during our stay, had a great time swimming in their pool.

Excellent place. The rooms are very nice. Loved the hot tub and the heated pool. The game room was nice. Awesome views and places to just go walk. Would definitely recommend.

Would have been 5 stars, but we were not aware of a 200.00 deposit at the time we booked directly through the resort nobody told us. I foubd out when I noticed 200.00 missing from my account and was informed when I called and asked why there was two charges.

The landscape looks amazing this year, alot of improvements made by the new maintenance guy Jason, we met him, and he was so nice and willing to go the extra mile to help us with our bags. Definitely going back next year. A must stay for us!

Absolutely love this place. Started going when my kids were little and they have wonderful memories of staying here.

Booked through Expedia and everything seemed fine until I got a message from the hotel mentioning that I would need to put a $200.00 deposit down at check in. I have never stayed in a place in my life that required something like this. It wasn’t mentioned at any point during the booking process so anyone staying on a budget for a night or even a vacation beware. If you not prepared for this I would pass on this location.

This is such an unprofessional and mismanaged facility. The rooms have mold damage, stink, pubic hairs, and high humidity. This entire facility is so outdated and is such a low-quality motel. Management is abrasive and the counter clerks are so unprofessional.

The negatives are no shampoo or conditioner, The room was small but adequate.No window but some people might like it dark.If the neighbor was loud you would hear them. We heard his alarm go off.Checkout is at 10amNo continental breakfast.

My wife was looking for a place to stay and booked at your place online via travelocity, the photo they had online was of a nice bay view so she held it with a credit card.we arrive at the check in time and i went in to get the keys for the room and were not received in the manner i shouldve been.right there and then i decided to ask about the room and its view, instantly the two people behind the counter were defensive about it and once i showed them the printout of the AD and the photo in it, they said OH NO these rooms are more expensive and that they were all booked also they blamed the AD as being misrepresented by travelocity .i didnt want to argue, took the keys and left .once i opened the door, a strong smell of some kinda chemical odor was present so we opened both doors wide to let the smell out, it was obvious that someone sprayed insect killer in there.10 minutes later we had to shut the doors because it was so hot outside, an hour later we went out to eat and then hung out at the beach after, when we came back we watched TV for a bit then slept, you cannot fathom the bites we were getting, its like weve been eaten alive, you cannot see them but they were there( bed bugs), i wanted to get another room and almost went to complain but my wife while aggravated and disgusted said if this room is this dirty, the other rooms would be the same . after shaking the hell outta the sheets we layed them back and slept.

Its a nice place not too far away from Destin. The vibe was good but not very hapening as we had stayed for just one Tuesday night. The suite was nice but it was smelling of fish alot. The lady could not accommodate elsewhere as no other room was big enough. She did give us an air freshener though.

I got an au juis sandwich & when I got it home there was no au juis in the bag to dip it in. The sandwich had zero taste without it. I didnt eat it!!

Very worst service. Check in at 4 and there is a long queue of ppl waiting to check in with 2 really slow receptionists. After a long wait of 40 mins we were told that the room is not ready and will be ready by another 15 mins at 5.15. Got our keys and the room was unclean and bed was not done.Had to miss our cruise plan due to their irresponsible service. Its basically a motel.

This place is not the place for a short stay. I have an idea their long term rentals during the winter are probably quite popular. We were there for business, which was only a mile away. No elevator and quite a hike through a parking lot full of deep puddles. Room a/c barely could keep up with the extremely humid conditions. One wooden chair at the desk, nothing else. TV remote was all fouled up and it was hard to change channels. No food service available anywhere near the hotel, and not even a coffee maker in the room.

Great place, a little old style for some maybe. Nice pool with plenty of seats and a separate hot tub. Minus points for no elevator. But great overall.

Beautiful view facing the bay. Nice balcony to enjoy sunrise. Disappointed no coffee pot. Comfortable bed and free WiFi worked pretty good. We were enjoying things to do in the area so did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub or other amenities but looked very nice.

Rooms are clean but not well designed. They are somewhat cramped and unusual. Be aware that they accept reservations but may not have the room you reserved. Housekeeping did not make our beds. View along the bay is nice though.

Check in was at 4:00 but my room wasn’t ready until 8:45 no one did anything to fix the problem. They didn’t even give me a later check out. Very disappointed with staff and hotel. Will not be back

The room we were in was not the cleanest. Carpets turned your feet black.The bathrooms was semi gross as well. It also was a challenge to get anyone to do maintenance to our room/bathroom. It took someone to get locked in the bathroom before anyone would come to change the door knob. The only thing really enjoyable was the pool and the hot tub. So more than likely I will not stay here again

This property has lots going for it. The pool and hot tub, game room, movie room, laundry facilities, great view of the boats, close to the beach and attractions, and the kitchenette is a big plus. The room layout was a bit awkward with the bathroom by the entryway far from the bedroom, but other than that everything was very comfortable. Linens aren’t plush or posh, but are suitable. Overall you get a good value for the money. We have stayed here once before (this was 2nd stay) and would return again.

Easy to walk to delicious food places. Great staff. A little dated, but super comfy bed and pillows. Could use a new coat of paint, but overall no complaints on cleanliness. Being next to a park is great for kids to play at the playground. Rec center is less than two miles away and has a great skate park.

For the price charged this hotel is a excellent value. It is older but well maintained. View is lovely. We stayed facing the water so not all rooms have same view. Easy drive to the beach.

I have stayed at this property mutiple times and always have a great visit. The property is conveniently located. Minutes from shopping, groceries, beach access, liquor stores, night life, anything you could need. The suites are always cleaned, well stocked, comfortable beds, well maintained. The pool area is always clean, water sparkling clear. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Need lounge chair, microwave, and fridge to perfect the stay. Will return to stay in future.
