Azure 414....very dirty upon arrival. Owner asked to send cleaning crew back but we did not want strange people in unit with our belongings and we would be put out while cleaning. We told owner we would clean ourselves. She agreed and said she would make it right with us. She did nothing. So beware if Azure 414. Bad owners and terrible cleaning crew.

These units are spacious and comfortable and the view beach side is amazing. From the balcony Ive seen more dolphins than Ive ever seen on a dolphin cruise. The grounds are clean and kept very well.

So Ill give this place 4/5, simply because not all rooms are really clean, that being said the views are out of this world and the rooms are quite big and comfortable once you do about 30 minutes of cleaning once you arrive.

We have been vacationing at 612 for the past 10 yrs. For our anniversary. The unit is beautiful with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and the amenities of being at home, Terri and DJ have thought of everything.For Azure itself, well kept polite staff and great location.Looking forward to our next stay .

Very nice place. A nice place to stay in Ft. Walton Beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby nearby. The condo has covered garage parking, secure entrance and exit to parking garage by gate with a code, luggage carts, 3 new nice gas bbq pits. Very nice property and very well maintained. Now for the bad. Pool shuts down at 10. No drinks within 4 feet of the pool. No radios by the pool. They police it all day long. Owners by the pool are quick to point out the rules on radios and drinks. Several rude owners at the location. We had multiple confrontations with owners who felt the need to voice their opinions on petty stuff from spilled water over the balcony to using too many carts to transport our luggage. Place is nice but owners made it not very enjoyable.

We stayed here with family in one of the three bedroom condos. The view and beach access are amazing, but that’s really the only thing good. Our appliances didn’t work. The dryer in our condo takes nearly 6 hours to dry a load of clothes, unless you aren’t in your condo all day to continuously restart the dryer, then it’s a good 2 days to dry. The refrigerator took 3 days to cool our drinks. The ceiling fans are somehow set so they can only be run in the lowest speed possible. The gate code to park randomly stopped working one night while we were there. So imagine how amazing that is when you’re tired from the beach all day and you can’t get back to your room. Also, the front desk staff are only there for several hours a day, so when you have issues like the gate code not working you’re just on your own.The best part is the bed frames. For some reason, the corner of the bed frames have an extremely sharp, knife-like piece of metal about ankle high that ripped off pieces of skin from by myself and my 3 year old son. $4,000 to stay here for 5 days and they can’t spend $40 on a bed frame that doesn’t rip your skin off. The Vacasa management company needs to do a better job making sure their clients have a safe, functioning condo. The other bedrooms also had a similar knife like feature that they tried to duct tape over to protect your ankles, but the tape has fallen off because...that’s not how to fix a sharp knife bed frame. I’m not even sure where, or why, you buy a bed frame like that.

Very nice location. The view is excellent .You can see mostly gulf water. We are in a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. We have a kitchen/den combo. The kitchen is furnished with plates, silverware, and cooking items.This is a very nice experience with very close friends .

Had a great time at the Azure resort! The weather was amazing during our week and the beaches were beautiful. We come every year to Destin and have been at Azure the last 3. We booked unit 104 with a walk out to the pool from the patio, super convenient! It was clean and nice decorated, beds were comfy and the owners were great to work with. We cooked several nights and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Rented a three bedroom. Was told that there would only be two parking passes and that the third vehicle would have to park in some nonexistent public parking down the road. I have two kids, one of which is a toddler. How safe. How convenient.No one at the front desk was any help. Would not recommend. For $2600 for a few days, you would expect parking to be available and for your vehicle to be safe.

We were invited with several other family members to stay at the Azure. Our condo was beautiful and well stocked. It was all in great condition and the pool and surrounding grounds was well maintained. The beach was clean and beautiful.I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper and maybe some nicer pillows with you, but the kitchen had just about everything you need. We 10/10 will stay here again next year.

Great location can walk to a couple of restaurants. Beach is unbeatable.

THE RENTAL PROCESS THRU VACASA WAS TERRIBLE. THE YOUNG MAN IN THE VACASA AZURE OFFICE WAS VERY RUDE. AZURE UNIT 506 NEEDS MAJOR ATTENTION. WE HAVE STAYED IN ONE OTHER UNIT AT AZURE RENTED WITH SOUTHERN RENTALS AND HAD NO PROBLEMS.

Street Side of Condos are somewhat cheap and gross. Beach side is nice though.

Rooms are great, view from the second floor is beautiful but rules are strict and some stuff doesnt really work all that well.

If you want to wake up to a gorgeous view. This is the place.

The rooms was very clean nice and comfortable but the jets in the bathroom needs more attention

This is a very ice place. It is right on the beach and in a convenient location. A big plus is the secure parking garage that requires a code to enter. Also it’s nice to have your car shaded all day!We had an issue with the microwave in our room and they quickly brought us a temporary countertop microwave until they could order and install a new built in over the stove. (Room #304)

Great place to stay. We had a 4 bedroom condo and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Its also close to the Gulfarium, and other attractions.

Went to spend time with my in-laws before their snowbird time was up later in the month. Their 4 bedroom, 3 bath, oceanfront, unit was great! Very clean, and updated! Also conveniently located to a lot of wonderful places to eat and shop. Cant wait to hopefully go back next year!

We love the beach, but when we arrived our unit was dirty. The linens and covers were filthy. There was mold on the bathroom ceilings. Both bathroom fans are inoperable. One of the dining chairs has two broken legs. The bathroom and bedroom door locks do not work. The furniture is old and worn out. Bathroom faucet broken. Towels are dirtyThe owner tells me that he is replacing the furniture but that doesnt help us during our 9 day stay. The only thing that has had attention is the mold. We are so unhappy with this rental I advise all to not rent from this owner(unit522). The owner hasnt offered any type of compensation. If I could give zero stars I would.

Our friends stayed here during a fishing trip with us and we did not have enough room at our place. This place is remarkable and I would stay here with we did not have a place here. Our friends really liked the extras they provided to them during their stay. The place looks great and we might be tempted to stay here for special date night or something like that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ Azure. Our unit was equipped with everything we needed for the week including big fluffy beach towels and beach toys. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family dinners and lots of room for our family of eight.Theres Plenty to do within walking distance and a short drive to Destin.

Excellent place! Located on the beach with 2 pools and lifeguards. Grounds crew kept everything tidy daily. Convenient to restaurants, Destin, and shopping. 10/10 would stay again!

Let me start by saying this place is really nice. They have beautiful condos with great views. There is 2 huge outdoor heated pools and 2 hot tubs. Located right on the ocean front. Only a hop skip and jump away from the okaloosa pier. My family and I stayed in condo #120. Heres where it gets interesting. We were on ground level. The view is on the west side of the building. It overlooks the blue dolphin beachwalk public access park. So there is always people coming and going from sun up to sun down. We had private beach access, from 2 glass sliding doors. Both in the living room and master bedroom. The doors can not be locked from the outside. So unless someone stays behind, it renders the private access part quite useless. We had to keep the wooden sticks in place everytime we wanted to leave. Another family that stayed in this condo actually left a review stating they got robbed just before our stay. That was because they didnt make sure the sliding doors were securely locked. Probably while at the beach. The owners of this condo should put 2 way locks on both glass doors leading to the balcony. So familys can actually use the private access! My family had no issues with theft. We even left some things out on the balcony over night. Azure condominiums are very swank and make you feel upper class from the moment you check in. Other than a few things that need attention. I would definitely recommend this place. We will be going back there again next year!

In my college marketing class, I remember them saying the three most important things contributing to the success of a business are: Location! Location! Location! The Azure resort definitely has that going for it. My aging mother wanted to be somewhere that wasnt such a trek for her to get to the beach. This place was ideal! We had a ground level unit whose porch opened right into the pool area, just steps away from the boardwalk going to the beach. The condo itself was absolutely perfect! And the Azure resort is located close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We had a wonderful time!

My husband and I have stayed at Azure multiple times. This place NEVER disappoints. The condos are just like they are pictured online. Its truly our home away from home! You cant go wrong here no matter if its a romantic getaway or a family trip...This is the place to stay!

First time here and not what we thought it would be with our condo 422. The place isnt like it shows in the pictures. Totally filthy and hard lived. If I was the owner, I wouldnt be happy. We have to wear shoes cause the carpet is horrid, so much filth on the baseboards/doors, inside cabinets...I cant even tell you, shower has so much mold/mildew that you can smell it when you walk in bathroom, couch is so stained we cant even sit on it & back door to patio takes two people to open and close it. We have went and purchased so much cleaning stuff just to be able to with stand it for the time we are here. Sorry, just such a let down and hopefully no one else has to experience it!

From the entrance onto the property, all the way to the shoreline, weve enjoyed this facility tremendously.The beach front is well managed. The beach is fine. We had several afternoons of volleyball there. Weve enjoyed the pools there. Weve enjoyed group dinners in the condos (which are lovely).The only surprise for me was when we exited the elevators and the vast, dark, open spaces reminded me (as another nearby location has as well) of a scary large parking deck. Once inside the condo everything was great (we visited a lot of friends at this property).I can easily understand why some return her again and again.

Need many more carts it shouldnt take an hour to load in to start a vacation.

Nice place to vacation. Enjoy the beautiful view, nice clean and spacious rooms for a large family or 3 familys! Nice big pool..needs a few more activies, but a great place to be home away from home.

Its ok. The condo my fiancees family rented (517) had many flaws for the price. The air conditioner never worked/did not cool the condo/didnt have a filter and froze over...only getting fixed the last day of our trip. The fridge would also not get cool (our milk gallon had condensation on it constantly) and every knob on every kitchen cabinet was loose and/or broken. Speaking of kitchen, there were hardly any kitchen utensils or pots/pans, strongly recommend bringing your own. Beds were uncomfortable (more so than you would expect from a vacation rental) and there were only 2 extra blankets for a four bedroom condo.The outdoor pools are lovely, but often crowded and the rules are frivolously enforced-- for example, cannot bring drinks (water/alcohol/etc) within 4 ft of the pool but you can throw frisbees which hit people in the face. The wash/rinse off area coming in from the beach only has a single hose for a rather large complex, so there is usually a line to rinse your beach gear. Not the best condo Ive stayed (we love Waterscapes which is a few buildings down) at but i guess you could certainly do worse too.

Nice place. Not so big that you had trouble finding a spot on the beach. The chair rental guy was awesome. We were on a family trip, he put us all together. Two pools, too...

It wasnt too bad. The beach was beautiful it was right on the water of the hotel. The rooms were okay. Nothing amazing outside of the view.

Our three bedroom condo was absolutely gorgeous and beach/ocean front. This place is designed for families and their children so I wont go again if its just my husband and I because there is nothing quite like waking up on a Sunday morning to the sound of twenty screaming kids in the pool right off your balcony. There are two large pools and hot tubs on each end and it would be great if they had one for the kids and the other for adults especially if you want to use a hot tub without toddlers in it. It is still a wonderful place to stay and I have children but I still want to be able to enjoy my condo in some peace and quiet.

I was disappointed in room. Master bath door nearly impossible to open or close because its off its track. Clearly has been for long time. DVD player not hooked up no audio cables long enough. How many have wasted time trying to get it to work. No hair dryer in room. No food at all onsite. Pools beach and staff were all very nice. Lots of stuff within driving distance.

Weve had the pleasure of stay at the Azure for the past 9 yrs while on our Family vacation. Its our hime away from home.

We rented an ocean side unit on the 5th floor. Overall we had a great experience. It was nice to swim in the chilly ocean and be able to warm up in one of the two hot tubs afterward. Our unit itself wasn’t super well maintained, but it worked for our purposes. If you want to be right on the water and don’t mind the crowds and noise that come with that then this is a great spot!

We stayed at Azure for a family vacation. The condo was very nice. There was a full kitchen, so you could cook if you didnt want to go out. The bedrooms were comfortable enough that you could hangout and watch TV or read. There were two pools, so there was plenty of room to swim for the size of the complex. By the pools were some water features that the kids enjoyed playing in.. The back of the complex backed right up to the beach, and the water at the beach was clear enough to see your feet. The workout room was very large, and had lots of weight machines and a few cardio machines. There was a covered parking garage. We definitely enjoyed our stay and loved the amenities.

Beautiful beach front. Nice pools. Was there over spring break week- it was very busy. We were in room 518. The walls are not very soundproof, so I didnt sleep very well! Other than that, the place is clean and our condo was very nice with a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. Close to many restaurants. A walk on the beach was nice - but walking on the street sidewalk was pretty busy & noisy.

Weve been staying at Azure for at least four years now with my in-laws and now two children (3 and 1). The two large pools and beach access are fantastic. The views from the beach facing condos are great. Weve stayed in two ground level units in previous years which is nice for easy access to the pool. The condos have an upscale feel with granite counters in the kitchens and bathrooms. The three bedroom layout is nice and the grounds are kept pretty pristine. We attend the Feast of Tabernacles in the area and the location in proximity to the Emerald Coast Convention Center is fantastic.

Just loved this condo, rooms are great, heated pool is perfect, the only very annoying thing is the way the condo sets up their beach chairs, the make a V shape occupying all the area close by to the beach so your umbrella or tent has be be set up way too far from water. Only negative thing!

Great place to vacation we stay there every year

Nice property right on the beach. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Parking garage has steep ramps, be careful with hitch mounted cargo racks. Rooms comfortable and good views of the surf! Everything we could need for a week in Ft. Walton.

Overall experience was Good. Its hard to get a good set of chairs for the beach if youre only staying for a week. Parking deck has clearance issues for taller vehicles on 3 out of 4 floors. Condo was nice with plenty of room for extra guests. After traffic dies down on check in day the roads are pretty open with close access to surrounding areas especially Destin.

The condo we stayed in 502 was amazing very clean and comfortable for a family of 8, 3 beds 3 baths and a small room with bunk beds for the kids. The only drawback for me with no fault of the owner is the seaweed in the ocean, would like to know for future bookings what months have it or if it is always there, we had to drive to destin public beaches for clear water. Other than that we loved everything about this condo and the pools are great and clean!

I thought the condominium was very nice and very comfortable with a fully furnished kitchen and dining room with living room. I have been to several different places and this is one of the best places I have stayed with great views from rooms plenty of luxury that makes it really nice to enjoy a vacation only issue I had is we were unable to check into our room until 530 which was kind of a pain but not a big deal would definitely recommend this condominium for anyone wanting to stay at Ft Walton

Had a great stay. The accommodations were top notch. The beach was excellent. Not as crowded as the beaches at Destin. Will defiantly come back.

Beautiful resort. Our condo is privatly owned on the property but its great pool is really nice. Includes beach service umbrellas and chairs has some great stuff really close by.

Our room was recently renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. Both the pools were awesome as well. The views were amazing and the beach access was so close.

First time at Ft. Walton, condo 121 was beautiful. Pools were huge and warm plus all restraunts within walking very good! Our Beach chair guy was super and beach beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience, just could have used 1 extra bed, had 5 adults, 2 children. Did not have Ocean view but patio large and spent quite a bit of time on after beach. Thank you. Fyi used work out room 1 day too, very nice!

The condo were staying at is a little outdated looking. but theres two pools and the beach is behind it with a nice balcony. if youre spending all your time indoors then youre doing something wrong anyways

Quality place, immaculate, friendly family kinda place. Close to everything.

Very neat and clean resort. Beautiful beach. However, the rooms are not very soundproofed. You can hear everything going on outside even if they are not on your floor.

I made reservations for this room months in advanced.For a three bedroom for me and my family.Once I arrived at the front desk they treated me and my family like we were less than human. Everyone from management to there housekeeping was very rude and not helpful at all.I spent almost $1500 there, and i will not be going back.Really feel they treated me different because I was African American.So if you dont want to be discriminated against because of your race I highly recommend you not to go to Azure Resorts on Okaloosa Island.

I have been coming here for years and have always had a good experience. The condos are cleans, spacious, attractively decorated, and stocked with basic necessities. The beach is gorgeous! The staff and beach crew are friendly, polite, and accommodating.

We love Azure unit 620. The owners are great to work with, and their condo is nicely furnished with everything you need. The facilities are top notch, the pool/spas are well maintained, and the views cant be beat.

The room was fantastic. Of course, I was staying with a family that owned a condo. The life guards were very alert, even pulling us out of the water to warn us of the current being stronger than usual. The attractions were amazing, and the sand and water were beautiful.

Really couldnt ask for much more out of a condo! Easy beach accesses, two pools- both with a Jacuzzi and a mushroom for the kids. Spacious and updated. Can be kind of like a maze trying to get the the pool,though, depending on where your room is.

Great view facing the ocean the rooms are great. TV service was good the pools were well kept and overall was a pleasant experience that I would highly recommend.
