MOST DEFINITELY WILL BOOK AGAIN! Booked this place day of and I can definitely say I was not disappointed. Upon arrival we were assisted within minutes, no hassle at all. Jeff, who was the person at the office was so kind and easy to work with. We stayed in the unit 5B, which was as beautiful as well as the view we had. Everything was clean and the functioning properly. During our stay, our friends wanted to stay as well and with the help of Jeff and Tucker, they made it happen. We all truly had a great time. This place is in a great location, only 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful, with breath taking sunsets! The pool was clean and very relaxing, they have grill (that we made great use of). This was honestly the perfect getaway.

What an amazing hidden gem! If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing getaway this is it. It’s not in the middle of all the bars and restaurants so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Beach access is right across the street which is so convenient. Never had to get back in a car once we arrived. The property is perfect. Small and charming. There’s a tiki bar that gives mega island vibes, and a great pool to dip in after the hot days. Jeff was amazing through our whole stay. Checked in to see if we needed anything and was so helpful. The unit we stayed in was perfect for our group. Multiple beds and bedrooms, full kitchen and good size living space. We will definitely be back very soon!

I rented 5F on FMB as a surprise trip for my husband’s birthday. Pretty disappointed in the unit and overall experience.Pros: close to the beach (very short walk!), close to restaurants, gas station, etc. price is good, they included 2 beach chairs in our room, pool access, for the most part - the host on Airbnb was quick to respond.Cons: the 5F unit was not clean by any means, needs a lot of upkeep (for example: there was a large circular hole in the wall that was just stuffed with towels????), door to the unit sticks and does not fully close - it’s very difficult to lock the door and it’s concerning when you may leave valuable items in your room, I inquired about a late checkout a few weeks prior to our arrival and never received a response, check in/check out instructions are a bit unclear and when we arrived the office was closed and no one answered the phone number listed so we were unsure of what to do but eventually figured it out on our own, there was NO parking available the last few days of our trip, not enough towels given (2 towels total - for 2 people for the whole week. If you wanted to wash them the laundry is NOT free, coin operated).The unit above us was rented out and they were blasting music as early at 7:30am and continued throughout the whole day, late into the night - when I contacted the host in hopes of resolving the issue, he stated that he would contact the property manager and they would talk to the renters the next day, which didn’t solve the issue that night, so eventually my husband had to go up and ask them to turn the music down because it was late and we were trying to sleep.

We stayed for a birthday party and nearly rented every room available in the resort. The location is awesome, walking distance to bars and the beach. Jeff and the staff were amazing!!!! Anything that we asked for, Jeff made accommodations for us. We are locals and can’t wait to make another trip to this resort!! Book your stays now!!!!

Was there July 7 through July 12. Jeff was amazing. Very accommodating. On top of everything. The resort was very amazing. Stayed in the amazing main house. The house is beautiful, very large. Will definitely book again. Awesome place.

Jeff was AMAZING! Resort was a blast and very well kept! We will be back for sure! Had a large group and every need was met!

What a wonderful place to stay. Very responsive to questions. A special thank you to Sarah for doing such a thorough cleaning and her patience with all the guests as we transitioned to another unit.

Just got home. Great location just so many small things needed. No pillows or blanket for sofa bed. Ceiling fan worked but not light. Living room needs lamps. One bedroom no curtains! Can’t sleep in on vacation like that! Kitchen facet leaked just little things that would make guests more comfortable

Steve and Jeff are extremely friendly and absolutely flexible - thanks for your hospitality during our stay in April 2019. We enjoyed our stay in an already renovated apartment. Their target is to renovate all units by summer 2019. The location is great, good starting point for trips as well as a lovely beach on the other side of the street. It is very good to have beach equipment available for free. Thanks again.

The hidden gem of Fort Myers beach. Stayed here with my family of 6, for 5 nights. Took the 2 bedroom apt. It was fantastic. The pool is steps away, as is your own private entrance across the street to the beach. Trolley stop is on the next block. Susan and her husband were the most hospitable and pleasant to deal with. They keep the property in tip top shape and are available anytime to help with your needs. The apt was well maintained with all the kitchen items needed to cook any meal. Clean, organized and fully stocked with towels and linens. My 4 girls, had a great time. We will be back next summer. Thank you Susan for making Palm Terrace an enjoyable, family style inn.

There are new owners and they have started a complete renovation on this place. we stayed in the large house with a big group of people and it was very accommodating and clean.

We arrived at this resort way before check in, only to be greeted very cheerfully by Susan. She had a couple things to take care of in our Apartment, and then was all ready within 10 minutes. On the second night, the cooktop was not working. Mark offered to give us dinner on him, so he could go and get new one! We thought we could fix it with the proper tools, but he took it away. We had planned on pizza in the oven that night, anyway, so we were good.The service could not have been any better. Complimentary chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, and a quick walk across the street gets you a great time at the beach.
