Been coming here 40 plus years.The rebuilt side (From a fire) is nice and done correctly.The older buildings are just that, OLDER. They try to do upgrades and do a good job at keeping up with them but I will say sometimes its worth not going with the cheapest guy.My only say is in all these years I have never seen bugs other than Ants, my A/C has worked and the toilet always flushes.The girls in the office are top notch and ready to help you with your stay.Thank you for the many years...

So my husband and I were planning on staying at the Caribbean Beach Club in Fort Myers so I opted to have my Nine Line R.E.D. shirt delivered there, but plans changed.Unfortunately, it was too late to change the shipping address so I contacted Mary in the office and she assured me not to worry. She let me know that as soon as it arrived she would send it to our next stop in St. Pete Beach, Florida. I asked her how much, she said dont worry its on me! Wow!Although I cant speak on behalf of their beautiful resort, I can speak for the staff. She was extremely willing to go out of her way to help me out. Thank you Mary, in the office, I got my package!

I loved that we were immersed in the extraordinary beauty of nature by just leaving the apartment and walking a short ways to the gulf waterfront. Because the lagoon was filled with water, you have to walk about 100 feet to the right to get around it so that you can get to the beach. But along that short walk, we saw all manner of wildlife including ducks, herons, egrets, a rabbit, swarms of newly born tiny fish in puddles of water, etc. I felt like we were on some kind of nature walk. It was an experience my growing up in the big city kids had never had.Also, the plant life was simply beautiful. Lush green, some plants were flowering, a tropical feast of beauty.And then you approach the water. The beachfront here goes a long way towards the Gulf. Sea shells galore, grasses here and there, a natural wonder. The word that comes to mind is majestic.The lodging units here are small but comfortable and have everything you need. Because kids will have to sleep on the fold out couch, and folding out that couch will limit movement in the living room area, this resorts 1 bedrooms are optimal for couples, or small families with up to two younger children. And those couples or small families will love every minute of their stay, as did we.

Fabulous place to stay! The staff are so very friendly and helpful. There are many activities to participate in at the resort. Beautiful pool with plenty of seating for sun and shade. We loved this place. It was a nice and quiet area

My husband and I vacationed here last spring. The staff and amenities truly make you feel like youre at home. We absolutely loved being right on the beach and the kindness of the other guests that we encountered here on our trip. It really is a great community. The room was perfect and set up like a little apartment with a small kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Everything was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be seeking openings so we can stay here again!

Very nice place, beautiful pool and views but the bugs about carried me away and the staff didnt seem to care when I told them about it. I was miserable most of the time outside because I was full of bites.

We lucked out with the best unit 213, second floor, front corner overlooking ocean. The unit was good for 2 people and had everything needed. It’s a bit dated but clean. Ocean front, heated pool, activities, bikes, beach chairs, pretty much anything you need. Trolley across street picks up and drops off all along Estero rd, early and late.

Relaxing with beautiful view of the ocean. Not a big place that gets crowded. Big pool and friendly people.

This place is amazing. The location was perfect. A smaller resort with lots to offer! It had a pool, decent sized hot tub, and plenty of loungers around the pool. It had barbecue grills, shuffle board, bag toss, and volleyball. It also had for checkout bikes and kayaks. There was also chairs and umbrellas to bring to the beach. The room wasnt huge (a one bedroom), but the couch was a pullout and a small kitchen with everything youll need. They also have a washer and dryer for free use, you just pay for your detergent. Theres a rec room that families were playing games in one night. Our only complaint was that we didnt get to stay longer and utilize more of what this place had to offer!

Ive been coming here for years. Absolutely can not beat the staff and their dedication to making everyone feel comfortable. Units may be smaller than other areas but they are user friendly with everything you need- kitchen, bedroom and bath are walkin ready. Personal Laundry is free and the staff launders the bedding and towels. So nice to return each year and see the families that have become friends.

My wife and I loved our stay here! We were on our anniversary so we were all over Florida for 7 days! We just could t have been happier to be staying right on the beach and have the fun we had.Perhaps an area for a continental breakfast of fruits, muffins, bagels and juice to go with the coffee.. That would be our wish for this establishment. Thank you for having us

Dated facility with old luggage carts strewn by the elevator, despite the reserved late check in no lock information was given until after the second request, all tiled flooring into even the bedroom, and despite advertising 10% off numerous local restaurants they never accepted it as the hotel/motel never provided us with the “required card” at all. Good for families but not for any romantic getaway at all.

We love this place! Second time here and it is the best. The rooms are always so clean. They provide beach towels as well. They have free bike and kayak rentals. Pool is well kept. The only thing I dont like is people can smoke around the pool. Other than that, it is great!

Staff was great - friendly & helpful. Property very well maintained but older. Room was smaller than expected. I would recommend for anyone. Good bargain for your money.

Great place to stay. 1 bedroom unit was a little small but if you go to the beach and stay in your room thats foolish. Staff was very friendly. location is great. Grounds are awesome it really feels like being in Carribean. Plenty of things at the club to do in addition to beach activities. Lots of grills around the club being used frequently by guests. The even have a deep fryer. Lots of guests/families having a great time. Good environment for family. We will be going back.

Condition and cleanliness of the property. Did not like people smoking outside of the rooms. A designated smoking area would be an improvement for nonsmokers. We could avoid it. The wifi connection was a bit weak. Overall a pleasant experience. I will recommend Caribbean BC to others. Mary Eggleston

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had 3 issues in our room that were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. The drawback was the beach access; it was not clear to me from the website that there was not direct access from the property to the shore. It was a bit of a walk. Not terrible, just unexpected.

The property checked all of our boxes - a kitchenette, nice pool area, close to the ocean, on the quieter side of the island... They had beach chairs to borrow, grills, picnic tables, shuffle board, ping pong, baggo - something for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need. Its a time share that rents out - many of the people there are regulars and are super welcoming. We would definitely go again!

Tiny and outdated room. Screams of the children in the pool could be easily heard through the whole condo and nobody says anything. Won’t stay here again and I do not recommend. There are better options in the zone.

Everything was very nice! Room was super clean, beach was just steps away and beautiful (this is the place to go if you are looking for shells!). It was quiet and peaceful, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend and will return!

The property was close to the beach. Pool was nice. You have to navigate the lagoon or you will be walking way out of the way to find the opening to get back to the property from the beach. Beware these I believe are time shares and they may try to move you from room to room during your stay. Make sure you check this out before arriving.

We have been coming here with our family for 20+ years over three generations. Yes, the rooms are small, but who cares! We come to Florida each year to be at the pool, walk the beach and go to great restaurants. The rooms and facilities are maintained with great care and the staff takes pride in their jobs. The shelling is amazing (check out Lovers Key....10 minutes). It takes a few dozen steps to get to the beach. Bird watching is fantastic. Santini Plaza is great for shoping. Highly recomended for families that dont need high end resorts but want to spend quality time together!

We booked using RCI and ended up with the smallest one bedroom Ive ever seen.

I liked the layout of the property and our room. The place was very easy to locate and the beach was easy to get to. The staff was excellent. The only drawback or complaint would be that everything was a little bit old and dated. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Fort Myers Beach. But also just minutes from the Fort Myers Beach action. Convenient location. Close to restaurants. Steps away from dolphin excursion. Close to Lovers Key park. Close to Barefoot beach in Bonita Springs.

This is a small two-story converted motel but it is fantastic. We actually bought a timeshare here. The staff is wonderful, it is always very clean and well kept up. The best part is you look right onto the gulf and the beautiful swimming pool. If you are handicapped make sure you get a room on the Northside it is the only place that is wheelchair accessible.

Great time on vacation, right on the beach, close to wildlife, quest, good location. Room is not new, but very clean and cozy. Great swimming pool, 5 minutes walk you can find plaza with 5 different restaurant

Very nice clean pool and hot tub. Nice grounds, right on the beach. Several amenities, like bikes, shuffleboard, ping pong, several grills and picnic tables, a rec room with games, books and large TV. Basically a time share, but they will rent open units to non owners. Enjoyed my stay very much.

There whats the very small ant problem the manager and lady in the front office seem very tentative to the problem and addressed. The room was a little small for me but if you like small and cozy this is your place.

Beautiful resort with all the amenities. Pool, whirlpool, bicycles, grills, outdoor showers. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only two detractors are 1: bright lights that shine in the bedroom window all night kept us awake. And 2: it isnt exactly on the beach as described. You have to walk some distance around a bog to get to the beach. Not a big deal if you know about it in advance.

Carribean Beach Club is a nice place to stay. Every room has an ocean view and its a very short walk to the beach. They also have bikes to use, which is nice. Theres a nice pool and hot tub and lots of lounge chairs. All the units have been updated and you get a kitchenette with everything youd need to stay for a while. The people are very nice and accommodating. Theres a trolley stop right across the street and for the low, low price of .75 (.35 for seniors), it will take you just about anywhere. We would stay there again. ️

Have been visiting Caribbean Beach Club since before it became a timeshare. Always enjoyed our stay, although the weather may not have cooperated every time. The staff go out of their way to be helpful.

When we checked in, we were told that we would need to pack up everything and switch rooms mid-stay. Very inconvenient. Air conditioning barely worked making for an uncomfortable south florida stay. Other guests went to pool area at near dawn to put towels on lounge chairs to stake their claim for entire day, whether they were using them or not. On the plus side, rooms were clean and fairly quiet and housekeeping staff was very nice.

The pool was great. Heated, and clean. The room was comfortable and clean as well. My parents were staying for a week, and I came to spend the day. It was a great experience.

I visited this condo timeshare with my aunt who is an original owner from the 80s. She had a great ocean view, there are activities to join. I made a frames with shells and attended a cookout! Nice pool, beautiful sunsets!

I thought the service was great. It really had a great range of diversity when looking through the menus for both drinking and meal purposes. I definitely recommend a family of any size to go eat there, very family friendly

This place was a pleasant surprise for such a reasonable price. The pool was right outside my door and my studio was equipped with everything I needed to fix my own meals if I wanted. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I loved every minute i was there!I rented a car but the Trolley stop was so close you could navigate the entire island if you wanted. Or, the resort has bikes available for guest use.

CBC IS the Jewel of Fort Myers, not only for the wonderful staff and price but for all the wonderful guest that stay there. I had the best time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful pool & Beach. I highly recommended Caribbean Beach Club !!!!!

The view was amazing, unfortunately it rained the whole week! Not their fault for the weather. Plenty of board games and books to keep people busy. Would definitely go back and hope for better weather!

Clean close to beach great pool

We stayed for two weeks at the Caribbean and enjoyed the Gulf views; the coziness of the unit allowing us to spend little time for tidying up. We are mature people who must avoid too much sun, so we use the condo as a relaxation for reading, watching tennis and soccer events, traveling to nearby (60 miles radius) parks and restaurants, the Everglades, Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, and nearby places of interest. Also traveling by hydroplane to Key West from Ft Meyers Beach . The Caribbean Beach Club is ideal for relaxation as well as adventure.

Nice enjoyed my stay

I called 45 days ahead of time to be sure we got a handicapped accessible room. I was traveling with my elderly mother and my sister who just ended a round of chemotherapy and neither was able to do stairs. On the phone I was assured my room # was 216 and had elevator access. When I got there though they gave me room # 211 that was only accessible by elevator if you went up an extra story and walked to the far opposite end of the resort, which involved going down 2 half-flights of stairs. Also, the room was supposed to sleep 4, but there was only a full sized bed and a less than average sized sofa bed. Staff was moderately friendly but only available 10am - 4pm. Pool area was nicely manicured. Room furnishings were dated but clean, towels/linens were aged, bathroom smelled musty. Beach is only accessible by walking thru or around the estuary, which was fine for me but impossible for my mom. This is a lovely location for birding but I dont recommend for the person looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We come to this resort every year. It is the perfect location on the Gulf. The units are very clean and appointed well. Kitchens have everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Gas Grills are located around the resort with easy access. The best part is the the beautiful well-kept pool and jacquizz tub. We walk the beach, shelling is plentiful and the people are friendly. Perfect!

The uncomfortable room and small bed. The hotel did not give me my accommodation just like what I paid. I paid for a queen bed overlooking the beach, and they gave me full bed and a view of the pool in which we felt uncomfortable. The road to the beach was very full of herbs.

Fantastic place to stay if you want to enjoy a beautiful pool, stunning beaches and breathtaking sunsets. The local food that Ive experienced is yummy as well.

Please rethink your stay here. This place has a serious bug problem that is not being addressed by staff or owners of this establishment. I arrived home with 63 bug bites covering by arms and legs. The room could have used a deep cleaning with bleach and hair was found on the towels that was not my own. I had talked with other people that were staying here, showing me bug bites on them. The staff is aware of the bug issue, they explained to me that they are noseeum bug, native to Fl. that live in the mangrove trees and went on to explain that it is not worth trying to spray for them because it is a cost of 250 dollars and by the 3 day the bugs would be back as if they had never sprayed. I feel like they should spend money to spray and make it more comfortable for their guests. There is a marsh that you walk past to get down to the beach that is full of these trees that the bugs live in. This marsh also smells really bad and is full of stagnant water. Also bed was not comfortable at all. What should be a box spring under the mattress appeared to be a small platform that was made up of some type of hard cardboard that was rippled up. This did not add comfort to the mattress itself. Please rethink staying here and continue your search to find a cleaner more comfortable room, away from this marsh and bugs.

Fun friendly family style resort, only downfall is that the rooms are small and there is not a restroom for the pool area.

Lots of rooms with a view of the beach. Good sized pool and jacuzzi. Theres even a few pool toys provided by the pool for the kids to play with. BBQ grills located throughout the property with picnic tables nearby. Youll probably see the resident egret that lives there. We see him every year that weve gone so far. Out by the beach there are a few little private cabanas to read a book or just relax in. Great resort!

The picture we saw online showed private balcony. only available on time shares. beach access is out of the way. you wallk down a path to get to the beach that isnt that great. ocean view only can see a sliver of it. staff as friendly as they are. are only available 9-5 sun 10 -5 so need to make arangements if your going to be late or if you are leaving early. overall clean units but not impressive beach view or access.

Quit side of Fort Myers, super clean grounds and well cared for. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Staff is great! Publix, CVS and 7-11 within walk/bike distance. Pool and hot tub are perfect. Feels like a tropical paradise. Great beach access just steps away! Will return for sure!
