We came here to watch Tenet and had a great experience. They are at 40% capacity right now, due to COVID-19 and we felt they were taking proper precautions. The staff was friendly and helpful. They kiosk to buy tickets was easy to use and ran smoothly. The theater was spacious, we loved the recliner seats! and the quality of the sound and picture was great.

Big screen, vivid image, immersive sound and clean theater. After seeing TENET, I highly recommend Dolby Cinema at this location. A true experience.

Great theater.Well maintained. Very clean.The lighting makes it very easy to find your seats in the main Dolby Cinema theater. Tons of leg room and the seats are impressive: comfortable and relaxing. The controls light up nicely so you know how to get perfectly comfy.The shaking of the seats was interesting and took a bit to get used to but added to the experience.Sound was excellent as was the digital video. I recommend the daytime showings if possible as it’s relatively empty for the new releases. Either way tons of space so you shouldn’t be bothered.

This is the ultimate luxury reclining movie theater. The seats are super comfortable and the sound system is incredibly loud. I could feel my seat shaking. They have a bar that is separate from the concession area. The popcorn is always fresh. They have carbonated vending machines so you can pick your own mixture of sodas, which is convenient.

I loved this theater! And will be going back!For starters, its in a beautiful area surrounded by many Restaurants, so keep that in mind when trying to park.The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and used very well done Covid SAFE practices.I cant stress that enough. Its so important when finally getting out.And for the first time out and about in months, I have to say I couldnt be more pleased.They are taking so many comfortable steps to make sure your solid.The theaters or steapened so there is no contact with people from above and the the recliners were comfy and spacious.And dont get me started on the Vibrating bass in the theater and seats! too my ears and body!So happy I finally went! Considering its right down the rd from me.Hands down cleanest AMC theater Ive been too yet.

This theater is so nice! The seats are super comfy and they’re love seat style. They have family restrooms which is a big plus! All of the staff seems to really enjoy their jobs and they’re very helpful. The only downside is the parking is difficult. Pro tip: when exiting go to the west most side of the theater where there are doors that say “exit only” they lead straight to the parking garage. (Handicap accessible)

Social distancing was great, felt safe with my mask on. Only 4 stars because of menu item cuts too drastic and free refills not offered on drinks or popcorn.

Great theater. Very comfortable seats and excellent projection. The lobby is state of the art with every kind of food and beverage you could want, including a variety of liquor. Theres plenty of parking in the area, as well as restaurants for a bite to eat before or after the show. Ticket prices arent cheap, but comparable with any like theater in Dallas.

Nice theater. The chairs are unbelievably comfortable and lean WAY back. No popcorn or soda spills that I saw. Great hot dog. Parking is a little rough at busy times, but its worth the money to watch a flick here.

Update: I went there today 05/13 at 10:45 Pm for the last show and the Doors are locked and a lady came and did not allow me in, I mean I can buy a ticket from kiosk. Not great.This is my favorite movie theater, just the theater as it’s new and has nicer seats and screens.The location is very good, nice restaurant around.Kiosks to get the tickets are very convenient, most of the times there won’t be any line to wait as there are 5 or 6 kiosks.Recliners are very comfortable.Screens and audio quality are nice, Dolby cinema is exceptionally good.Couple of down sides are there is no gap to walk through the seats when the sets are in reclined position, if your going for a popcorn refill, you might have to struggle if you are in the middle seats and also the movies don’t stay longer as there are only around 9 or 10 screen and new movies are offered.

This theater is excellent, I really enjoyed the surround sound and how the seats shake makes feel like youre part of the movie. And the food is awesome. They even have a great bar.

This is MY favorite theater. I come right across the street from work before the rush while its still clean and quiet. I love the recliners it feels like Im relaxing at home

Everything was good, loved the movie I watched. Popcorn was fresh! Employees makes you feel welcome. Just missing 1 star because in the theater were I was when they turn off the lights, they left one on shining right above me.. Didnt like that all.

This movie theatre is located in a nice location with nice restaurants nested in the same location. Its not a stand alone movie theatre like many others. I enjoyed the movie experience.

AMC has an app to make reserving seats at this location a breeze. You can use the app to show your ticket to check in, making it easy to get to the movie when your running late. The seats are plush and recline. The team here is incredible. This location is always clean. They have good movie times. There is a ton of parking in the parking garage next door (just keep going up y’all...) and a second flat lot on the opposite side. They have a great bar and have great snack options (especially the mozzarella sticks) for during the movie. If you want some dinner before or after, it’s surrounded by restaurants! This is a full package movie theatre!

Love this theater, very clean, and comfortable seating close. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 stars is the food. Not impressed with their “quick” meals flatbreads, chicken tenders or sliders. My recommendation is come with time and go get a burger across the street then catch a movie. Pop corn is old every time I go. I literally can’t eat it!

Watched Star Wars:the Last Jedi at Dolby Cinema theater#1. Theater is upscale and worth the difference in ticket price!!Seating is awesome. Dolby has raised bar on both sound and vision, no doubt. Around this theater there are so many nice restaurants, easy to make a great dine and Movie night out.

The staff are really prejudiced against foreigners: I and my AMERICAN friends came to see a movie with our a-list thing. It requires ID which I perfectly understand, but eventually my student one wasn’t “valid” enough while my fiends’ IDs weren’t even checked. I’m highly disappointed that I cannot get what I am paying for (since September while it’s been January so far) just because of my accent. And speaking of the service in general, all other AMCs were perfectly fine with the issued by school student ID.So if you’re an exchange student, or just simply have an accent, be ready to be totally unwelcomed by staff — preciously the manager — and get your evening completely ruined.

Amazing location, there are plenty of places to eat dinner or have a drink after the movies. Even the theater has a bar so its amazing.

Saw Queen and Slim here on my first visit. Sound was great. Picture quality was top notch. I will be visiting this theater more from now on.

After years of going to the AMC at Valley View, I finally decided to start going to this location, since it was closer. By far, the cleanest, most bang for my buck kind of theater. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming the second you walk through the door. The seats are comfy and the theaters are always spotless. This is my new place to go for new releases.

Quality upscale theatre with reclining seating. Popcorn is oddly cold when served, bad for the price you pay. Staff are friendly. Generally very clean and high quality projection and audio equipment. Good experience overall.

This was one of the best movie theaters Ive ever been to. Very comfortable adjustable seats with plenty of room. The visuals and audio were superb.

Grear first time experience. Easy to get tickets, getting food was quick, and seats were comfortable. I went on a Friday night at 10:30 pm February 28th.

A very nice AMC theater location. Lobby and theatres are always well maintained as far as cleanliness. Dolby, 3d, and other screen options are available for your movies and they offer your typical snack bar stuff like popcorn, slushies, and soda.

Great seats and great 5.00 value for small popcorn and drink for 1 person.

It was clean and quiet. Great sound and picture. Really enjoyed Jumanji!

Some cool amenities here like the soda fountain which has like 10,000 options, but the food is really expensive.

Love what we call the rump shaker seats. Its a giant screen with the best sound. Its great to see an event movie there. We drive about 40 miles to catch a good movie in that particular theater.

This has been my favorite movie theater in the north Dallas area for years but recently weve run into some issues. Our seats were given away at a showing, we sat for 30 minutes waiting for a movie before finally being told the whole theater was down. Just little things like that keep adding up and have knocked off a star. The location is great though because there are tons of restaurants in walking distance to grab a meal or drinks before or after the movie.

I went to the the joker showing at 10:30pm this evening upon the movie beginning I forgot my keys in my car. I walked to the front of the theater and asked the ticket handling employee if I could step out and go to my vehicle. She said it was fine as I walking to the front doors the security guard Stephanie proceeded to yell across the theater and say “once I lock these doors you are out” so I turned and looked at the employee and The security guard proceeded get up from the place she was sitting at and come towards me in a combative way. At that point in time I proceeded to leave because I was humiliated in front of the customer’s there and the staff said nothing. I called the theater shortly after I left and asked to speak with the manager DARIUS and he proceeded to insinuate that the reaction and treatment from the security guard was valid. The manager proceeded to brush me off tell me to file my grievance with corporate. This indeed was a distasteful memorable AMC experience one to share with all my social media, friends and family.

Theater was nice, and clean, seats we good, id sneak in your own snacks though, $8 for a small bad of popcorn? Ill pass on that, lol, only thing i didnt like was their concessions prices

Great theater & everything but they have glass in your eyeline that is always dirty. If youre crazy about dirty glass, bring windex wipes or a spray bottle & newspaper.

Saw movie in Dolby theater #1 which is so huge has entrances on both sides. Clean renovated theater and restrooms. Spacious leather recliner seats. Hard to see seat numbers w/o phone flashlight once auditorium lights down, but recline buttons light up when press any button. Lots of on-site parking, but other establishments in area, so had to circle for a spot in back end lot @7p Fri night.

Quick question. Do they not sell tickets at the front no more. Bc there is one in mesquite and they told my sister she had to do it online and they didnt wanna sell her a ticket that they only scanned them on your phone

My girlfriend and I are A-List members and this is, by far, our favorite theatre in Dallas. All of the screens have recliner seating, the staff are always super friendly, and its clean!

The seats are comfy. The bartender was surprisingly kind and helpfully. She made us delicious drinks and was really personable. The rest of the staff we encountered were really nice well. I dont like going to movie theaters but this was refreshingly not unpleasant.

Last night wasn’t a very good experience for me. Our movie was in theater one and the a/c was out. It was terribly hot. I tried to push through it but it got worse and it gave me terrible anxiety so I left the theater to buy a water and the concessions were closed. I saw an employee and asked if I could pls buy a water seeing as it was so hot in the theater and they said they were closed. Before our movie started we were not informed that there would be no a/c.. my experience was not one that makes me wanna come back.

Parking near the entrance is hard to come by. No restrooms or seats in the lobby area. So if you are meeting someone you have to stand and if you need a restroom you have to ask and they will let you go past concessions to the restroom

Great space to watch a film, good audio system for movie, a little expensive on food and drink compared to other theaters.

We went to Hopdoddys. They are an upscale burger house. They have an excellent array of Craft Beers and a very fine selection of burger types. Their fries are an awesome addition to any meal. They will bring them out before your actual meal just to get your mouth watering. The fries came out under 3 minutes after we ordered. The burgers came out roughly 3 minutes after that. The burgers were awesome. The reason for only 4 stars is there were only 5 people in front of our party and it took 25 minutes to Order. They opened up a second register or it would have been 30 minutes. Seriously your food is good but having to wait so long to order definitely takes away from the experience.

Very nice place but Prices are kinda high even for a first show of the day. But the bathrooms are clean and the seating is excellent. The sound system seems low and not as clear. The film projector lighting seems bright!

Excellent seating and screens. Prices are comparable with some early prices. The theater is very cold, so shorts not a good idea. Parking can be difficult due to all the nearby restaurants, but there is a garage to the west of the theater.

Have been here twice! Love the reserved seating! We got our tickets then went to eat realized we wouldn’t make it to the movie in time my Husband walked over and was able to switch our movie time as easy as pie! Great place to see movies!

This is probably my favorite movie theater in Dallas. Reserved seating in very comfortable power recliners. Each row only has maybe 10 or so seats, so it feels somewhat private. Good concessions and a full bar in the lobby. Reasonably priced tickets and very clean throughout the lobby, theaters, and restrooms. Lots of parking a short walk from the theater.

Nice, newer theatre with AMCs signature red power recliners which are very comfortable. Went here for a 4:00pm showing and the place was empty which was great, no lines for anything and only one other person in our theatre. However, the popcorn wasnt the freshest and it took a while for others in my party to get beers because the manager had to be tracked down to pour them each time.

Great recliners, awesome monthly price of $20 per month for 3 movies per week! Hard to beat!

I like the theater just fine but Ive been trying to buy tickets online for 3 hours and have been getting a network error. Once I got my seats selected but it crashed before I could pay for them. Im still trying but getting a network error. I scheduled on their app to give me a message with Avengers tickets went on sale. I still havent gotten that message. I saw an announcement the tickets were on sale today online. You would think a theater chain this big would be able to handle a rush of purchases.

I recommend this theater to anyone who wants a CLEAN and QUALITY AMC. Theater is always clean. I always choose this place to watch any blockbusters due to the cleanliness.

Ive given this theater so many chances because it claims to be a premium experience, but they dont clean after every screening so you have to wipe trash out of the recliner before you sit. The projection standards are spotty at best. And they dont care if half the theater has their phone out during a screening. Literally had nine people in the theater playing on their phones at full brightness while a baby screamed in the back. This was not during a childrens movie.Awful experience once again.

This is my go to theater. Its never crowded, always clean, and staff is friendly. Dont use the kiosk though, everytime I use it, it never works. I was charged multiple times using it, and had to go through too much to get a refund. Other than that, great spot.

One of the best Theatre in the Nation, For a great value go on Tuesday or matinee, for around 5-6 dollars you will experience greatness and thats just on basic screen, plush leather recliner, reserved seats at push of a button on the AMC app, and earn free goodies, It is well worth the visit.

Great experience. Very clean and the movie goers are courteous enough to not have cell phones going off. The reclining seats are sooo comfortable. Well worth the price of admission. I gave 4 stars as the food is crazy expensive. Perhaps, I havent attended a movie recently where I paid almost $9.00 for a bag of popcorn.
