1st time coming here, the floor space is real nice and the seats. The picture quality seemed a little dim and can see some faded marks on the screen theoughout the movie. I did think it was strange how the ticket prices are, the earlier showings cost more than the twilight showings. Still a cool theater to check out.

Ok, this place is awesome. We were in theater #5 and it was a nice one. The seats recline to a laying down position. I like that a lot! And the rows have a lot of walking room even when my seat was fully reclined.Its not a massive theater but I think its a good size. Its clean and there service was great!

United artist looks like a pretty nice theater. Highly accessible from the interstate 635. Just passing by however I figured Id get a few photos on this overcast day.. there is a Frys electronics and a Sams within walking distance for those types who get bored sitting still for a long period of time and need to stretch their legs...

From the Auditoriums to the men’s restrooms are very disgusting inside the United Artist Galaxy Theatre 10 are very unkept. If you are a person whom does not enjoy walking on other males urine you will not like the way these restrooms are kept. As for the seats in the Auditoriums, you will find them full of grease because the staff do not bother to do their job and clean the seats before the next group of people come in to watch the next movie show. I brought my concern to a person on the floor by the name Luis but he said, “I don’t care about what you had to say.” I asked if he could get me a manager and he said, “I have not seen him.” I asked if he knew the name of the manager on duty that night around 7pm and he said, “I do not know his name.”With this in mine, I will take my business elsewhere. I commented on his uncaring negative attitude and said, “How can you not know whom your manager is?” On my own I could only think of the following reasons:1. Not having common sense about asking who is he will be reporting to for that day while his on the floor.2. Not taking an interest in knowing who is supervising the staff during that shift.3. Not having any work ethics or respect for what he does.4. Not standing for anything and lacking respect for himself, customers and his managers or supervisors.The above mentioned reasons for not being able to understand why an employee of United Artist Galaxy Theatre 10 by the name Luis would not know the name of their manager can only equal to ‘Not Caring at all.’

It was a chill atmosphere. Maybe because it was the day the kids went back to school, but it was quiet and clean. The seats recline! Thats always a plus. My boyfriend and I will be coming back

This place is nice, I love the reclining chairs, and the cashier was awesome! My friend asked for lots of butter, and they delivered! Sadly I think something in their popcorn/butter didnt agree with me and gave me bad heartburn, but over all it was a good experience!

The theater is always pretty much closed when you catch the last movie. The kitchen is closed by 10:00 and all you can get is nachos from a bag of chips and candy or popcorn. When the movie is over there is no staff in sight. I dont like how this place operates at all. It bores the atmosphere greatly and its depressing. I do not recommend this place unless you already depressed and feeling down or want some all alone time.

I love that this is a forgotten gem in Dallas. Always have plenty of space and the popcorn is fresh!

My first time going to a United Artist Theatre since 1995. Nice and well kept theatre. Will be making another trip. The reclining seats are comfortable too!

Well done remodeling this theater.Very clean as you walk in. Courteous and freindy staff. But most of all the spacious seating with fully reclined chairs.

We love this cinema! We have been going to it now for months. It is very clean. Staff are mostly young, and friendly. Prices are what are expected from most theaters. Popcorn is fresh. Seats are so comfy and recline way back that twice i took naps and snored! According to my wife haha. No but seriously. It is our to go movies from now on. We stopped going to the amc in mesquite even though it is closer to us. As this one is Clean, & comfy!

Clean & it has an Elevator for People with Disabilities or Senior Citizens but call ahead of time to make sure its working Because when we were there it wasnt working.I think Management should always be aware that they are working or let people know that it isnt on there Websites.So People can know what they are facing before going there.My Dad is 90 years old with Knee Problems & he had to walk up some steps up.The Movie was Great the Service and People, and Popcorn and Cold Drinks were great, we enjoyed the Reclining chairs Also.Cant wait to go Again.

Under rated movie theater. The next movie that im looking forward to see is The Lion King, or any A24 movies. I love this theater because the seats are so comfortable and modern. Most of the time that i come AU GALAXY with my girlfriend its not crowded and the employees were also very nice to me and my partner.I always come here because i enjoy the movie experience and i never fail to enjoy the service. The only recommendation i would give is to add more food items to the menu, but other than that this theater is perfect. Highly recommend.

Went here on 9/3/2020 to see “New Mutants”. I went to theater 7, and the chair I picked out was broken. I haven’t been to a Regal cinemas since 2015 when I left San Antonio. This is not how I remember the theater chain.

Good screen/sound quality. They dont have which movies are playing in which theatres, so you have to read your ticket to know which theatres your in. Food and popcorn is good also. The style of the building screams mid 80s. Drove in from the back side of the building which had me worried at first, but the front side is much better looking.

I discovered this theatre about a year and a half ago, and has been my only ever since. Very comfortable, clean and spacious reclining couches for everyone. A little less expensive on concessions than AMC, but still movie theater priced. I have the Regal app and I use it for every purchase here for movie tickets and food, and their rewards add up pretty quickly. You can get free drink upgrades, free food depending on points, and even movie tickets and move merch- you should definitely use it when you come here going forward, because you’ll end up loving this place.

The theater itself is nice but they keep choosing the worst movies and play under preforming movies FOR WAY TOO LONG with out adding any of the newer movies or better movies. I have the unlimited and am super disappointed that they never play things I want to see, like Bombshell, Like a Boss, Little Women. But they are STILL showing Ford Vs. Ferrari multiple times a day. Grrr. I wish I kept my AMC membership instead.

The theater is very nice! I saw Spider Man far from home on a Friday night at 7pm and there were a total of 6 people in the theater. The seats are really comfortable and recline.There is always a line for concessions and it tends to be slow as they have 2 or 3 people working the food area.Purchased tickets online the day off and have no problems.

Nice place to watch movies with reclining seats but the fact that they do not have combos at the consession stand is crazy. They are a little over priced on the tickets and once again no popcorn and drink combos or nachos and drink combo like every other theatre has is why I rated it a 3 star. Plus a false fire alarm went off right as the movie started and made us evacuate for no reason only to tell us go back to our seats.

The theater room itself was awesome with reclining seats. However, the lobby/snack bar was just ok. But overall it was very clean.

Wife and I really enjoyed it. May make it a occasionally date night. Wasnt too packed and friendly service.

Always clean. But the staff has a bit of attitude. Well some. And today I found out why. The manager had to help with the ticket tearing today and he was rude. Your staff behaves the way you do. Lead by example. Maybe better management will lead to better behavior.

It has a long line but I liked the buttery popcorn.When I went to the bathroom tissue is on and in the toilet. When I first walk in its cold but the theater itself isnt very cold. The ctheater was kind of dirty but it was worth watching the movie. Other than that its pretty good.

We got here at 7:15pm to watch a movie that started at 7:35. It was 8pm and we still in line. We couldnt purchase tickets outside, we had to buy them at the concession stand. Theres only 3 registers open with about 30 people in each line. Went and talked to the general manager which name starts with an R. Im so upset I forgot his name. And asked if they were going to open another register and he said NO! Not at this time! With a grin on his face. Other people were asking him the same thing and it looked like he didnt care. This is the worst experience I have ever have. Its ridiculous that on a saturday night they only have 3 registers open. I dont recommend it to no one. I rather go to the dollar movies

Nice theater. The seats lean really far back and are comfortable. The screen was also large, but that caused the image quality to lack sharpness, though that may not be a theaters fault. It was also excessively cold in the lobby and theater. I understand that Texas is hot in the summer, but a jacket is required while inside.

By far the best theater around Garland. The staff is friendly and the prices for tickets are hard to beat. The facility itself is great! The restrooms are always very clean and each theater inside is always spotless.

Went here on a Tuesday it was a ghost town. The chairs were comfortable, but Im trying to figure out how come they advertise $5 movies on Tuesday but the movies in it up costing me $15 for 2 tickets? Whatever I was happy to waste my money on captain Marvel, but regretted coming here when I Saw End Game at Alamo. Yes Alamo gets 5 stars.

Love this movie theater! Ive gone here a few times now and every experience was great. Everytime Ive gone was after school and I was able to get their twilight tickets using the atom app. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the recliner seats are a plus.

The theatre was clean with comfortable reclining chairs. The staff was friendly and respectful and the popcorn was delicious. The lines were kind of long but it was avengers: endgame opening weekend so thats to be expected. Great experience

Extremely helpful staff. But too expensive. For an adult ticket and a childs ticket it cost $21.84. A large drink, candy, medium popcorn and a childs drink costs a little over $25.

This Theatre was nice clean and quite, We did see the Lion King. But this was a 10:00am showing. It was like getting a private showing. There was only a few other people there. But going to any Theatre at an early time is The Best....I wish I could take back my first review .and give 1 star, because on 8/15/19 .we went to see once apoun a time in, I was a very bad experience. The showing was for 11:25am and, 10min into the movie strobes light started flashing and and automated message was saying exit the the movie. There was smoke detected. So we exited, the the employees said its OK the system was just being tested. So we went back in and the lights and message wouldnt go off. So we waited with no lock. They finally gave out movie vouchers for another day but what about the money that had been spent on drinks and popcorn. It was very unprofessional and a bit scary, when the lights started flashing. And the manager wouldnt show her face she was just on the radio telling the younger employees what to do .

I havent been to a movie theater in over 2 years. I usually go to AMC @ North Park but was dreading the crowd. I honestly have to say I was impressed with the cleanliness of the auditorium I was in. I finally watched Avengers and while the auditorium wasnt empty, the chairs were comfortable enough to enjoy the movie.

I have to mention the tall gentleman with the walking cane he was very personable and professional.So overall: The food, the staff, the sound in the theatre was quality but not too loud, and the seats... Oh my God those seats are so nice. This will be my go to movies now.

The seats are awesome! Still really huge screens, sound quality is good and service is good. They do serve alcohol if youd like to enjoy a cold one. Some people can be noisy, but just let a worker know and theyll take care of it.

Great movies, arcade for entertainment, delicious but pricey snacks/food and refreshments to enjoy while watching the movie. I love their reclining loung chairs. I recommend buying tickets at least an hour ahead so you ensure a good spot because deat availability can be scarce with the rather small size of the auditoriums, except one that seemed to be twice the size of the rest. Plenty of parking. Very clean and modern bathrooms.

This theatre has large seats with plenty of leg room that you can reserve, plenty of parking, and is hard to see from the street, but easy to get to once you know where to look (behind Frys if youre coming from the highway). They are usually pretty organized when it comes to managing high traffic, and theyll let you bring in pillows and blankets, within reason. If you can, get their Cheetos Popcorn - worth every penny.

Its easy to purchase tickets at the kiosk. The wait for snacks is usually pretty long but there is a good selection as well as dinner items. Bathrooms are pretty clean. Reclining seats are awesome. The only thing missing is being able to bring my lap dog for company.

Would of been great if someone working there would of come to quiet the brats talking, playing, asking too many questions since the mom obviously couldnt do it.

We came here 4/27/19 to watch the Avengers End Game. I thought all theaters would be properly staffed considering it was opening weekend for one of the biggest movies of the year. Nope... Not this place. The lines for the movie and concession stands were unbelievable. I dont mind waiting for a good movie, but this place had no organization whatsoever and the staff was in over their heads. When we finally got to our seats, the movie had already started. Someone was sitting in one of our seats and they seemed to not care. The seat I was supposed to sit in, was full of nacho cheese and jalapeños. At this point, my boyfriend and I just decided to leave and get our money back. It was surprising that the staff was way more concerned about our bad experience than the management. Leo handled our refund. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or even address the issue. Unfortunately, we had already ordered popcorn and drinks. BAD BAD BAD experience. We will never return! Avoid this place!!

The management team here are young talented individuals that take pride in their work and the way that people perceive them and the company. I give them two thumbs up!! Prices were high, we froze during the whole movie. I bought nachos with cheese. Was given a package of chips and melted cheese in a container on the side. Complain of temperature to management she just said ok. They wont get my business again. Oh asked for water, they gave me a cup small than a coffee cup with ice, had to get water from water fountains in lobby. Such poor service for the price of entrance and food. I spent 25.00., we saw What men Want.was a good movie.

I love this place. The only movie theater I go to. Reasonable prices, fresh popcorn and food. Mostly clean. Seats are comfortable. I have personally not had anybody steal my reserved seats. I do recommend you check this place out
