Great service, was in there a 1hr ago and Our movie ended at 12 something. we sat in chair #15 and after we paid our waiter we left my wallet, it has a good amount of money in there and my friends social we couldn’t get back up to the 7th floor so we will be there as soon as you open thank you. we’ve been calling but no answer we watched “the mutants” theater 7 we still have our tickets

This luxury cinema has the worst service possible. Placed an order before the movie started and out of 6 things ordered received 1 after 45 min. Then went and asked the manager who sent couple of other things 15 min later. Upon follow up for rest of the items an hour and a half later the manager said he would try and get us the remaining items as soon as possible and we should enjoy the movie in the mean time. Incredible!

Great surround sound, crystal clear amazing picture, fully reclining premium leather seats. This place is amazing! It is located on the 7th floor and it has a great lounge are where you can meet friends before or after the movie. It has stellar views of victory park and beyond. Monday through Thursday they have $8.00 matinee tickets. I highly recommend this theatre.

Came from out of town and saw a movie. Theater was very clean and the chairs were SUPER comfortable. They reclined really far back too. And the speakers had some serious bass!

Found this place when the other theaters were full and Im so glad that I did. Very comfortable seating and the staff is wonderful. There is plenty of room everywhere. The theater is very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and modern. I was concerned about where I was going to park but the theater had indoor parking that will be validated by the theater. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I really enjoyed myself.

Nice place clean but way over priced a great place to use coupons, the seating is awesome and very comfortable, this is a great place to have a party, event or group activities, family reunion etc you are able to rent out individual theaters..they also have a full service bar and attendants that serve you while your watching the movie.....you can download the app and order from your device....it is an experience worth trying

Now this is what is called watching a movie in style. The family watched Shazam and the entire experience was delightful. The staff at the Cinepolis were very polite and helpful. The parking is fantastic, loads of place. The environment was very luxurious and the food was not too bad. To be able to recline and watch a lovely movie was a true pleasure. For the price charged I do believe its worth it. Take your family and go experience this place. You wont regret it. Btw dont forget to try the games in the lobby. The gentleman manning the counter is super friendly and he wants you to win.

When we originally visited this theater it was clean, staff was extremely friendly, and the food was great. However it has since gone downhill. I come in expecting to sit in a clean comfortable seat and I am greeted by this. I won’t be back.

Cinepolis is a great concept. A luxury movie theatre. I love it. I went for the grand opening and was pleasantly surprised. The lobby has a great atmosphere. Its on the top floor with floor to ceiling windows. I recommend the happy hour from 3:30pm to 5:50pm. 40% off drinks and $5 appetizers. The theatres themselves have epic leather seats that recline. The front row seats have a large space between the movie screen making every row a comfortable viewing position. The customer service is top notch.

It’s a nice concept with horrendous execution.Pricing is ridiculous, I get it though being A 7 story building in downtown. If you want to order anything make sure it is before the show starts. They won’t come back after the first round. My wife got a drink couldn’t get a refill. I wanted to order food and after 20 minutes with the call button pushed gave up.Tried to pay cash but make sure you pay with a card unless you have exact change. They won’t be back to give you change.During the movie several times the speakers were being pushed past what they could handle and the sound was breaking up, expect distorted sounds during any loud scenes.Also don’t forget that parking is going to cost you an extra $20-$30 on top of $15 tickets. Overall just drive 15 minutes further to a dine in theater chain. You’ll get better service and actually be able to order food

Pretty good. Food and beverage service in theaters could use a little more fine-tuning. Every other visit there’s an issue with tablets/ordering input system or with a bill/settling a check: minor but consistent hiccups. I like how limited seating is in theaters. Seats are comfortable. It’s a nice place to catch a movie, but, some might consider tickets, food, drinks etc “pricey.” I’ll happily pay a premium to see a movie in a theater (with waitstaff) with as few other people as possible.

Love the long escalator trip up to the seventh floor to see a movie in the sky! Amazing views out the window. Haven’t tried the food. Pricey for a movie ticket (even early in the day!) but the city skyline views before and after the show makes for a treat of a theater experience. Perfect date idea.

I had a very modern yet nostalgic time at Cinepolis. I was expecting VA VA Boom old Hollywood glamour. The theater was modern and so were the leather upholstered recliners. The food was good and the popcorn not overly saturated in butter and salt.

Definitely ups the stakes in theatre going! Surprised my 14 year old son by taking him here and he was thoroughly impressed! Would certainly recommend going! Great date night idea.

My experience was very pleasant . The service and staff was great. Its a bit pricey but I say you food is hot when you get it. I am very high on my food being hot and not lukewarm. I think I have found a new home for movies.

Amazing!!’ Was my first time here and it was definitely worth it :) the restroom is so nice and clean, they have amazing mirrors with great lighting!!! Take the escalator if you can, it’s a little thing that definitely is worth doing. The sides are wide and fat friendly. As a plus size person I was very comfortable. Not to mention the little table top that comes into the seat area did not cut into my stomach. Definitely fat friendly! Loved everything about this place can not wait to come back :)

Sure, its pricey... Even for matinees. But its really comfortable and their food is good. The waiters dont seem as intrusive as the ones at other local dine & watch movie houses. Parking is free for 5 hours in the pay garage (Victory 2 parking garage).

This is a great date night, not your first date of course...but a great place to have a drink, watch a movie, cuddle up together! The service was friendly, the food is amazing and definetly adult beverages galore to choose from. I suggest you buy your tickets online and possibly make a movie marathon night! Why not? With all the amenities available and super comfy chairs, my date and I ate, drank and cuddled up for a wonderful evening together!

The theatre itself is great. Seats are comfy and recline further than most. Food is a step up from the Alamo chain although Ive only had the flatbred and sliders. Reason Im giving three stars is that both times Ive been their I never got an item I ordered. They also charged me for something I didnt order after they delivered it to us and we sent it back. If you dont care about the food, then its hard to justify the ticket price.

Coming here was the best experience Ive had in a while. You can order food, drinks, or even a bucket of champagne in ice while watching your movie. Loved it and will definitely return!

Really nice leather reclining seats with good spacing between each person. The food is good and the service was quick. Parking is free and there is easy access to the cinema.

Very upsetting experience. Spent $30.00 on two tickets and have been waiting out side the theater for 30 minutes. The only communication from management had been that they will start to movie in a couple of minutes for us. That was 20 minutes ago. Staff at the front refuses to serve us because they don’t know where their manager is. The kitchen is closed so there is no dining option available... can’t even find a manager to get a refund on the tickets.What a joke of a place. Don’t plan on seeing a movie or eating if you make the mistake of coming here.Never giving this place a chance again.

I must say I have never been to a movie theater like this before. This was my first time going and I am not sure I will be back, First, when I arrive the movie theater had a sign saying it was being cleaned. I was like ok, I’ll just wait. The movie was supposed to start @ 10:25pm and we were not allowed into the theater until almost 11. Then once we get in the movie didn’t start until 11:20 then when it started there was no sound. I ordered popcorn and a sprite, that’s all I wanted. It took at least 45 minutes for them to bring the popcorn and then they brought me a Dr. Pepper or coke, not sure which one. I understand that things happen but they didn’t even try to give an apology or anything. It was a great first experience.

This was an awesome experience, a true deluxe movie night. The first time I walked in to a ciepolis was in chihuahua Mexico.

We have been going here since it opened. We used to love it. Service and atmosphere were great. But now, it seems that the service gets worse and worse as time goes on. Last night the drinks got there 30 minutes after the food. I hope they get it together soon.

So disappointed in our experience at Cinepolis. My husband and I went to a late showing at 11:45pm and arrived about 11:30pm. The theater wasn’t ready they were still cleaning so we waited outside the door, the workers were so unprofessional. They were arguing the whole time with each other. They didn’t let us into the theater until 11:50pm. We get to our seats and the waiter tells us the kitchen is closing is 15minutes so we need to put are order in. During the movie the theater smelled like weed. The atmosphere was just not what we expected. Definitely overpriced and we will not be going back.

Beautiful, new, great food. Love the seats that recline and that you can press a button on your chair to order food or drinks. Only complaint was I asked 3 separate movie servers for water and noone ever brought it to me.

Great seats but you do pay a premium for them. The food and beverages are also over priced compared to todays modern theatres. Id only come back if it was a movie I had to see in the first week.

The customer service needs work it really depends on the day you go and who you have as server. We love the theater. It has become our go-to couple date night location!

Movie was good but in theater dining experience was horrible, I would have been better off at Studio Movie Grill or iPic. For the proce I totally felt cheated o pushed the button to order my my food for a 5pm movie at about 5:20, at 6pm our entree came before our apps. I had to ask for the rest of it and it took another 15 minutes to get it. Basically the movie was almost over so I felt rushed to eat so we could go.....now I feel sick from being so stuffed and the place wasnt even busy.

Very new, very nice theater. The food was just so-so though, and way too expensive for that. Also, the menu was rather limited, and pretty much the same as you could get at Studio Movie Grill, which is not known as a luxury theater. Additionally, although a small thing, they will not allow you to substitute onion rings for french fries, though they offer onion rings as an appetizer and side item. I just expect more from a luxury theater, certainly a more accommodating menu/kitchen. Its not like I was attempting to order veal or escargot..

Great movie place with nice comfortable chairs. Their food is also good (unlike many other cinemas), however.. if its a popular movie night they tend to forget your food/ drink order and sometimes even repeated calls dont help. This hadshappened to me 3 times already.

The theatre was awesome. The service was unmatched. The movie frozen 2 should not be allowed to be displayed in such an awesome place. Frozen 2 really really really sux.

It is a great theatre, beautiful views, nice atmosphere, and customer service. However, it is very difficult to enjoy your movie with ppl waking back and forth. I prefer the old school way of picking up your items.

It was fun to be 7 stories up and the place was way comfy. The popcorn was super good. Unfortunately, our service call button didnt work or they just flat out ignored us. Im not sure which but I left the movie to get popcorn and we didnt get to eat dinner there, as intended.

Awesome seats and friendly staff. Too bad the device for the hearing impaired didnt work for my daughter. Half way through the movie before they came back to tell us it wouldnt work. She was already so lost, she took a nap. But they gave her popcorn. Ask before you pay if you need captions!!!

I am appalled at this theater. I will never go back. When we got into the theater we didnt have any menus at our seats so I had to get up to find one. Our food came out freezing cold and was barely edible. They also forgot my dipping sauces I requested. We ordered a drink before the movie even started, and the drink didnt come out until the last 10 minutes of the movie even though we asked FOUR times. Who wants to watch a whole movie with no drink? Absolutely unacceptable. The sound was also really poor.I added a star because the theater itself was really beautiful and upscale. The service however is awful. I would recommend look cinema, its a bit of a drive but the food and service is really impeccable.

Great place, great service. It was crowded and yet our order came in a timely manner. The sound system was just fine. We watched Aladdin and we know its a musical movie and it was a great experience.

Pretty cool theater. Seats are comfortable and recline almost flat which is unusual. Service was quick and the food we experienced was on point. Liked the blue button to call for service, We were met with prompt service. Definitely adding Cinépolis to our theatre rotation.

The absolute worst service ever. Waited over an hour for them to bring drinks. They got our food order wrong the first time, then the second time brought it out cold. This was such a horrible experience for our first time here. ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE!!

The service is excellent!! I would know... I am also an employee. Mon or Tues are when I usually watch a movie. The seats are comfortable and soft leather. Meal oders are delivered right to your seat as the show plays. Staff if fun/family friendly. And great grown folk drinks. Ticket prices are not bad for a luxury theater.

I hope this theater gets better because its in a great location down the street from me. The accommodations are very comfortable and it shows a great selection of movies. However, the service is really lacking. During our last two visits, we had nobody take our order, and we even arrived early.

I love this place, I come at least twice a month. The atmospheres is lovely, the prices are reasonable, and the seats in the theater room are simply amazing.The service is also fantastic, never had any real issues out of all the many times I’ve come. Management is also very nice, they actually make an effort to help when issues happen. David Judd for example, very attentive and friendly. I had an issue with my tickets for avengers on opening weekend, and even though he was incredibly busy he still made an effort to actually help and resolve my issue.I cannot express enough how much I love this place, and I will surely continue to enjoy my movies to come here.

So, Ive visited this place several times and it seems to be the same each time I go. Poor service. The food is just OK the drinks are pretty good but the service is horrible. Today there were only 4 of us in the entire theater and our service was terrible the fries were cold, the drinks were not so good and again the service was terrible. Got to enjoy the movie here with my husband. No long lines for the popcorn coz theyll serve you on your seat! The screen was so nice as if the animated movie was a real one, super hd. And not to mention the crowd, it felt like were on a private movie house.

Terrible service. Their food order system needed a reboot and we never heard from them again. Many people waited way over an hour for basic orders. Since they never took my order, ( a sever came by and turned off my order light) I went to the concession to order, no one was there. When they finally showed up they were busy just handling and staging the in- theater food. Very disappointing. Have to give them kudos for the great design and seating though. And the screen and sound were great.

Our chair was broken. Seat H6 in theater 4. Apparently the runners were on strike or something because we had to line up for 15 minutes to pay our bills at the end. Used to love this place but tonight’s service was so bad that I had to leave this review. Please figure this out management.

We’ve been here in the pm before, and rate that 5 stars. Today, we came in at 10 am. Not nearly as good. I recommend to management you stop morning service. ‘Out of’ coffee cups? Server didn’t know what a Screwdriver was. No brunch menu. These things don’t happen at Alamo. If you are a luxury cinema, it has to be run really well.

For as much as you pay for this theater the staff didnt pay attention to details, my food was delivered to me but my popcorn and soda to another theater but it was all order at the same time. My cousin order pork fries and ask for ketchup but never got it to go on the fries. I hope this was just off night but I wont be visiting anytime soon.

Pretentious, expensive, but very comfortable. The people next to me were the loudest eaters I have ever head. The woman in front of me would not turn her phone screen off. The waiters passed through my view of the screen over and over. We did enjoy the plush leather recliners. The seats are in groups of two, which was also nice. Also, not having been there the ordering process was a bit confusing

Beautiful cinema Food is just OK. I ordered the sliders. Gross. I ordered 3 slider plates for my 2 daughters and I ..and one of my daughters could not finish the first slider (the meat was weird, definitely didnt taste like beef). I ended up sending hers back and our server saw that I only ate one out of 3 sliders and ended up taking 2 of the slider plates off the ticket which was really sweet because I was still going to pay for mine even if I no longer wanted it, so Im very appreciative that Brandon look out for me and did what was right. Outstanding customer service! Also dont leave without trying the caramel popcorn, its SO delicious, nice and warm. we ordered the large and shared between us 3 and we STILL had tons leftover!

So not only did my husband get sick from them not turning on the AC the employees were rude, and not wanting to help him. He never got the food, drink, and popcorn he ordered. Then he had to argue for a refund on his concession stand purchases (when I feel they should have refunded the whole thing!). Im sorry, but for some fancy place where one ticket is 17 bucks I think you would get better services!! Nope Not Cool!!

This is the 2nd time Ive gone to Cinepolis. Both times I ordered the pulled pork fries and yesterday when I got it it was cold the waiter came and took it back and they did bring me another Luke warm pull pork fry I dont know what it is about heating up the pork and ensuring that it is cooked the fries were hotter then the pork I just dont seem to get it. I was about to send the plate back for a second time but that my husband took it away I dont mind paying for food at a certain price but I have an expectation when it comes to it being serve. the wings I ordered also were lukewarm I manage to eat them very quickly. Overall I didnt enjoy my dinner last night the movie was great

Food service was good, attentive. Marguerite flatbread was crisp with gooey cheese, fresh tomato. Shrimp quesadilla was hot and flavorful, melty cheese. Ordered a peach bourbon drink that was DIVINE, definitely sweet, but with great depth of flavor. Chairs are comfortable - everything was new, and empty for Fri matinee. Prices are pretty high - spent ~$50 food bev, $27 matinee tickets for two ppl.

This is an amazing place, totally worth the money. One can relax and stretch on the comfirtable recliners and order food. The picture quality is also very good. This place is easily accessible via an elevator. The floor no. is mentioned on the button inside the elevator

Horrible service at this place. I didn’t receive my drink but my wife got hers, and we noticed multiple other patrons having trouble with their food orders and checks. I decided to ask for a printed copy of my check just to make sure they weren’t charging me for something I didn’t receive. The waiter told me they didn’t know how to print a receipt. Then he offered to reimburse me for our order out of his own pocket. I never asked him for a reimbursement, I just wanted a copy of my receipt. I found the entire ordeal really strange and suspicious. Too bad since the actual theatre and the seats were very comfortable.

It cost $15 to park in the parking garage. The burger was obviously precooked. The theater itself was very nice.
