One of the worst rv parks I have stayed in. Management plays favoritism with people. Cant believe a word they say. They advertise 50 amp hookups but their electrical wont handle two air conditioners on a unit and when the power is disrupted they blame it on you for having two air conditioners.Totally false advertising on their part. Their maintenance guy decided on a holiday to drag a pallet behind a golf cart stirring up dust when people were outside trying to enjoy themselves. The managers in this park must be mad about their supervisor person named Cricket because they constantly complain about her and blame her for the reason stuff happens in this park. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere for a rv park in Yuma. There is plenty. Youll be glad you did.To much drama in this place.

Management dont like green and like to complain

Absolute worst rv park weve ever been in. The summer management is worst managers weve ever encountered. A lot of drama and a lot of lies. I hope others find a better rv park and dont go through the b.s. we went through.

Nice friendly park with nice facilities. A little road noise from I80 and septic smell at times. Cannot use washer-dryer in our coach due to septic limitations. Management is super helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. The park has large parking spaces and is a quiet friendly place. Would stay here again on our next trip to Yuma with our motor home.

This is a wonderful smaller park that is mostly friend oriented. There is many activities that give people options as to food, games, as well as shopping and restaurants near by

Had a great St. PATRICKS Day dinner there, and Jam music before!!!

Very friendly staff and guests. Its close to so many things yet also close to the out- skirts of Yuma foothills with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Excellent concert. Much enjoyed the park dinners! Nice clean park, nice people.

Office staff are nice and helpful. Spaces are larger than most parks. Nice amenities, library, pool, exercise room, community room, laundry, community room, etc.

Extremely clean, nice management, large spaces your not right up against others, concrete patio, pool, spa, laundry, shuffle board, pool table, exercise room, library, rec. Room, card tables, bingo, bath rooms/showers, pot lucks and other activities, great rates, quiet. Will defenitly be back next winter.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sites are narrow and difficult to get into. All back in sites.
