Nice and super clean and most important a safe quite place

Nice amenities, but a little cramped. A mostly permanent community with RV spaces intermixed.

The locale is beautiful and fairly close to the stores and restaurants of Yuma. The people are friendly, and there is a community center with a library, pool table and workout equipment, as well as two outdoor pools and hot tubs.

Clean showers, nice people. Easy in and out. The park is mostly longer term folks but easy bike ride to shopping and a perfectly good stop over for the night.

We enjoy the Sunday evening Jam sessions. Better chairs would be good.

Dogs are not allowed in this park.

This park is mostly set up with permanent residents with a few narrow traveller RV spots mixed in between. That being said, they were friendly and offered clean amenities, like showers, bathrooms, pool, and community center.It is situated tightly in with several other similar RV parks, close to the airport. There isnt much of a scenic view, but beautiful landscaping with fruit trees lining the roads.
