What a Friendly well run Campgrounds!Lots of activities, and great amenities. Easily a place I could have parked for a Season! Manager and Staff are AWESOME!! Maybe do Seasonal next year. Great Job guys!Tim&Dawn Dye

The staff is just awesome. They went out of there way to accommodate us. The park is neat and clean. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. If we come back by here we will definitely stay here again.

As 55+ urban, parking lot campgrounds go, not bad. If you like the sound of military afterburners, its great.

Great service from employees and several perks (example: will pick up propane bottles at your site, return full, pay at office) they also pick up and return shopping carts to Walmart.the place is clean along with the pool & hot tub.Bit noisy due to MCAS across the street. But very loveable.

Encore resorts are some of our favorites. Flat wide paved roads are great for walking and biking. Pool and hot tub open 24hrs a day.

Summer is what I thought it would be- HOT! The service from Michael and Lin has been great. In the winter l bet this is a 5.

Fairly typical Thousand Trails RV Resort. Good & bad things depending on your needs...location as its right next to Wal-Mart if you want that type of convenience, its right across from the airport so it can get a bit noisy with military practicing. February is the air show and you get a front seat for that. LOTS of snow birds come here.

I live here permanently and its in a safe place to live several places to get to within a mile the other people that live here are nice management is patient

We spent a month here and were quite disappointed. The park is very close to the airport and a millitary base. We had the very loud millitary jets. They flew almost daily and started early in the morning and some night flew as late as midnight. The commercial flights were not a problem.We also found the full-time campers were very unfriendly for the most part.. we also were told that we could not fly our Canadian flag. The pool and hot tub was great. They have shuffle board, horse shoe and many other activities. Very close to shopping and other activities around Yuma. We enjoyed our visit and exploring Arizona. Would definitely come back to Yuma but not Sunni Sands RV Resort.

This was the second Enqore Rv Resort. I would RECOMMEND this resort. it does get noisy because its located at the end of the airport. the sites are tight but quiet at night. People are very nice and friendly.

The residents were incredibly friendly.The RV parking space was satisfactory.The airplane noise was horrendous/terrible.The price was high for the resulting accommodations

Ive been boondocking for a week and I googled public showers this place came up. When I asked about showers the guy tells me only for residents of the park. So I asked if you knew any place that had showers he tells me go to the mission. Well I went back to the campsite talk to a few people found out that the Y had public showers, so I went there the next day and they were having a promotion free shower day. Made the day with the jerk fade away, but he was still a jerk. Glad I dont have to stay at that Park.

Great place woman in the office makes you feel good she is wonderful, great time there will be back

Age limited (55+) RV, well kept, good location and tenants. Pool and hot tub, activities. All in all a nice community.

We love Suni Sands! Friendly, active park! SomethIng going on all the time! Clean and well maintained grounds, In the heart of Yum.Walmart is next door! You can walk there, do your shopping and push your cart back to the park and leave empty cart in front of your coach! Golf carts come around frequently and take carts back for you!! Other shopping, dining and medical facilities are a short drive away. Like home away from home...We plan to return frequently!!

Suni Sands RV Resort is covieniently located in Yuma Arizona. We stopped here between Quartzite and American Girl Mine in-between two week long Convergences. It made it a very easy stop to dump our tanks, fill up fresh water and propane. They have a walk way that goes to the Walmart next door. It is so close you can walk over, grab a cart, and Suni Sands staff will return the grocery cart for you! That was definitely a first for us! We have a 41ft 5th wheel and the pull through spaces were easy to get into. The Marine Air Station is right next door so it was neat to see the Jets training and practicing formations too. They have social events, yesterday was an ice cream social. Their laundry facilities are clean and goes by a card so it is easy to use. They have a pool and hot tub to relax in, dedicated pet area, and conveniently located dumpsters. The staff is very friendly, and use golf carts to show you where to park which is handy when you have never been here before. There are many full-time residents of the park and they seem to love it!

We love Suni Sands. We come every year to an event at the fairgrounds in Yuma. This is really close. Theres a marine base across the street, so it can be noisy. People are so friendly, and they help you park your rig. Pull through slots are awkward, but adequate.

The pool is well maintained and nice and warm.
