Good price, just a big parking lot with hookups and usual buildings in center. No trees of any size for shade. Electric rates a bit high at .18 cents/KW.

We didnt park there but it is a nice tidy park. Everyone was friendly and the club house was busy..

Very nice RV park. Large spaces, not as expensive as a lot of them. Full up at this time, but worth trying to get into.

Great small park. Staff is fantastic. Most of the occupants are there for the winter. Full on New years day.

Have lunch with snow birds at this casual cash only bar/eatery. They specialize in burgers, beer and a nice view of Martinez Lake. Nothing too fancy, much like their patrons.

It is a good place to stsy with 5th wheel. Been there 10 years. Made lots of friends from all over the usa and Canada
