Love the activities, residents, and warm pool

This is not a good park, we were there for 6 years and went thought a lot of management which do nothing for you. We left this year after 2 months, sold our unit because this park just wants your money and gives nothing back, I suggest people, find another park to stay, not Capri for they left us no choice but to leave, next year we go elsewhere.Unhappy residence

Its a quite place for older people. Very nice and pretty. Close to city and close to grocery stores. Yuma palms is about a 15 minute drive with traffic, if there is a lot. This place is only for 65+ only as they want it to be quite and no disturbance with noise.

A nice & quite RV Park

Very friendly park. Nice and clean.

I love it here. My parents have been coming to Capri for 20 years now. Everyone is freindly and they have lots of things to do. They keep pool warm so you will never have to get into a cold pool here. I would recommend everyone I know to come here. Just love it.

Friendly staff and friendly residents. Clean facilities and public areas. My only complaint is their dog run. Its a tiny space in a corner with no gate and definitely no room for any size dog to run.

Site had no sewer hookup that could be found by me or staff and quite difficult to get to the water unless you climbed over obstacles. Bathrooms need some attention but were clean. Got water and dumped at another site before leaving. Glad my water tank was almost full and holding tanks empty.

The place is large and impersonal. Pool and social area are small and do not engage guest like near by locations. Many residents visit Mesa Terrace Mobile estates next door for activities. Look around and see what is available before you make your choice.
