I am a regular resident of this park as of 5 years ago. Came here because parents have been coming 21 years. I found it wonderful when I visited. However, would like to say that management and ownership is all about money and NOT about the residents. They fix NOTHING. If it wasnt for residents in the park there would be NO activities. They provide next to nothing and trying to talk with them or even SEE them is a full time job. Do not buy here.

Very tight spaces. No free wifi. In dire need of some TLC. All the receptacles for cable, power in poor shape, about half had broken covers. Cable TV reception grainy. There was no TV in our space, had to run cable to the adjacent space...far side.. People very friendly, staff friendly. Spaces were gravel but fairly level. Very quiet and peaceful where we were.

It is an older rv park. That being said the staff, especially the maintenance man are exceptionally nice people. The spaces are smaller than some areas, and larger than others. It seems like a nice little oasis in a hot desert filled with sweet people. Other guests seem fun and are so friendly. Mexico crossing for medications and such is close and convenient. General shopping including walmart is close and easy to get to. Good job Desert Oasis!

It would have been 5 but out of the seven sewer connections we had nothing fit. We managed to jury rig a connection. We called the office twice and they said they were sending someone. I dont know where they sent them, but not hereAll the other sites had standard connections.

Dog Run/park is NOT closed in. Looks like a sandpit for volleyball. Most of the residents ride their golf carts in the sandput/dog run/park to walk their dogs. Very congested..... The laundry you have to buy a card for with no refunds. It says cable TV, but the cable TV has TERRIBLE pictures with ALOT of snow with no clear picture. Parking lots are VERY SMALL AND THIN for a Motorhome.... Would not recommend park. Way to expensive for what it offers....

Cactus Gardens was wonderful, as usual. This is an older RV park without all the fancy amenities, however, it is by far the most active park in town. Thats why so many guests are return customers year after year after year! Come join the fun and become a member of the family.5

Caring, helpful wonderful staff. They really reached out to be helpful. The facility was clean and well cared for. Easy in and out. Functional hookups. Lacks WiFi/Internet in the sites. Near the freeway but little highway noise. There were a few trains in the distance. Very nice people in the park.

Cactus Gardens is very nice RV resort. The streets are nice and wide making it easier to back your rig into your spot. They have a lot of different activities to keep a person as busy as you want. Cactus Gardens RV resort is a very nice place to spend your winter months. The office staff is very nice and helpful.

Nice rv park but you have to have reservations. They use a cash card for the lanudry. Then your stuck with it when you leave, no way to get money back left on card
