All the parks owned by this outfit are ran very well. The place is clean and the folks are friendly. Thunbs up!

Great place spent winter there.

Sandy and Mel were great managers, so friendly and accommodating. We could not have been happier with our choice of staying in this park. We highly recommend this park, rates are very reasonable, management Sandy and Mel are awesome, park is clean and quiet what more could you want.

We have had the pleasure of staying at Adobe Village over 3 months. All the sought after amenities are here plus two of the very best on-site managers, Jim and Bobbie Baker. We have deeply appreciated the caring and strong community atmosphere here. Kudos and thank yous from us!I also left a more detailed review on Yelp.

Clean, smaller park, reasonable fees. City/road noise but it is in downtown Yuma. Close to many vendors and shops. Friendly management and neighbors.

This is a great park to stay at. 55+Resort. Thanks to our park managers Mel and Sandy and assistant park managers Chuck and Ann, the park owners are the best also!

Nice clean 55+ RV park. Multiple activities throughout the week. Good price, w/water,sewer, and cable included for $325/ month + elec.. Nice management.

I checked into the park on Oct 29th 2014. Tried to get involved did several b reakfasts and also several lunches. The lunches were done outside on the BBQ s.I asked permission to have a lobster boil which I got permission to do but come the day of after the first boil we were told to shut it down because of a open flame I am not going to go into a lot of detail as per the other complaint.I have been dealing with the public all of my adult life and what I saw from your management team was far from professional.They gave the impression that this was the worst place in the world to be.Another thing were the bathrooms cleaned once a week.A good park but in my oponion needs a good overhall.

This use to be a friendly park until Ron and Sue took over this year as managers. They simply are not suited for this job. Especially Sue. She is miserable not friendly and difficult to deal with. Example a group of RVers had a lobster feast at the clubhouse. They had permission and were boiling water far outside the clubhouse in the gravel area. They were using a propane stove. Ron and Sue came running over and shut down the operation saying open flame fires were not allowed. This flame was no different than a BBQ flame boiling a pot of water. They have absolutely no discrection. This was not a hazard in any way. Atleast no more than a BBQ would be. Many people were upset. One camper left the park the next day and the rest said they would never stay at this park. This is just one situation, there have been several more where campers have pulled out ahead of time due to Ron and Sues poor management.
