The resort is very noisy. The Main Street is right beside the pull thru’s and the constant reving of engine, police, fire trucks and Harley bikes and ATV’s is crazy.The showers and bathroom are nice but there are some shower heads that need replacing. Would be nice to have wand shower heads so that u can shower properly. The head in the showers do not articulate very well so aiming the water if your short is a problem.The tile work is starting to crumble at the corners which indicates that the bathroom could use a renovation.We asked the staff about the personal park models and how we could find pricing and were told they know nothing. They pay them a monthly fee on their property but don’t know anything about it? Could be more helpful.They do not accept mail at the admin office so you need to ship something to your site. Not sure why as most others will help by accepting parcels.We were flying a Friendship Flag and were approached by a camper who reminded me of Flag Etiquette instead of being friendly. Was insulted that he would complain as other people in the USA do not follow The Flag Code. We ignored him. Talked to others and were told this resort likes to complain.The pool and hot tub is open 24 hrs which is nice.No drop box or a way to return the cable box if your leaving on the weekend.The sites were very nice and clean and includes s concrete slab which is nice. All utilities worked fine and we would certainly stay again but not too long as the noise from the road is constant. If you were further back in the resort it would be nicer.

Very nice and clean. The camping sites have adequate space and all the people there are very friendly.

Good park with welcoming employees. Lots of park models with limited open sites for RVs/trailers. Our back-in FHU site was right on top of our neighbors home. Lateral space was so limited that our slide-out almost hit the side of her car! Hookups were mysteriously located at the far back end of the site. Our sewer hose almost wasnt long enough to make it. We ordered a ladder from Amazon during our stay and had a scare when the tracking number said delivered inside mailbox. It turns out that this park has a dedicated locked mailroom shed for USPS shipments - very cool! A resident named Stella runs the mailroom and she was very kind. Good fitness center. Other amenities include multiple pools and spas. Decent free wifi inside library building on Egret Drive. Womens shower in this building had issues with water not staying hot consistently. Park is infested with rabbits.

We really like Araby Acres. Were going back many times. Nice wide paved roads.

Excellent RV Resort...spent a few days there. Really good place to stop if you are going to Mexico to shop. Staff very friendly

Very clean and the people are wonderful. Huge dog run, two pools and activities almost every day.

Clean park with friendly and helpful staff. The park is situated on a well traveled street here in town (32nd St) so the traffic noise can get excessive at times but I think the positives far outweigh this one issue.

The RVs are parked next to a busy highway and it is a bit noisy and we are on the glidepath for the Marine Airbase. The pads were concrete and there was nice concrete patio attached. The roads are all paved and the connections appear to be well maintained. We would come back again. It is part the Trails Collection

Relaxing 2 pools, hot tubs exercise room Schuffle Board horse shoes Dances Cards Wood working, quilting painting all at your finger tips. Laundry rooms swim exercises you name it they have it

Overpriced even with good Sam discount. Wish we had looked around before booking. Staff friendly and park is clean.

Terrible management was good for ten years this place is now a joke they want it empty their gonna get it

Very nice Park in the desert

Compact park with a limited activity schedule and even though the staff seemed to be doing their jobs, warm welcomes and smiles seemed to be missing.

The park is smaller than others in Yuma making it more fun as everyone gets to know each other. From shuffle board teams, water aerobics, dances, bingo, Christmas parades, dinners in the park, two pools, library, game room, pool hall, laundry, gym, you name it they have it. Beautiful park.
